I love this hair salon. It was so easy to book my appointment online . my hair turn out great. Aleyda was so nice and very knowable about my hair. I am so grateful for have meeting her.

I booked 5 days in advance. Made a $45 deposit. I show up for my appointment and the Solon looks abandoned. The website has the wrong address. She doesn’t check her website because if she did, she would have called me and told me the new address. And she would have known she had an appointment booked. Then she told I should have called her. So unprofessional. And what kind of lazy business owner does not check for bookings on their own website? I was highly upset and booked with a different salon.

The first time I went to this salon the owner Aleyda was rude and the salon was extreme messy. She looked like she just got out of bed and she didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in and proceeded to talk on the phone for 20 minutes while looking at me. When I finally sat down in the chair she continued to talk on the phone. Although I didn’t like her customer service or the cleanliness of her salon I was impressed with my hair. I decided to give her another chance because my hair looked great. When I went in the second time I still got the same horrible customer service. When I sat down in her chair to get my hair washed she talked on the phone the whole time. After she finished styling my hair I told her looked nice with a smile on face but she had a stank face and started picking apart my hair and telling me how thin it looked. I was so sad! Here I am thinking my hair was in pretty good shape. It made me extremely self conscious. I didn’t feel like she was coming from a good place at all I felt like she was purposefully being rude. On that day she said she could only accept cash so I told her I would be right back and it literally took 10 minutes when I came back the door was locked and the lights were off I called her and she told me to slide the money under the door. How rude I’ll never return.

I went to this salon just a few days ago and was assisted by Roxy from beginning to end. I am very pleased with the outcome. Just a little background, Ive been natural my entire life, have coarse hair, and have only had my hair professionally cared for or styled less than a handful of times. I searched this salon online and was pleased with their reviews and emphasize on organic hair care. Most of my previous salon experiences have been a huge disappointment with mishandling of my natural hair. Anyways I was pass due for a major trim and wanted something different. I got color, deep condition, blowout, and a cut. My hair turned out flowy, which was amazing being that I rarely use heat on my hair and have never worn it straight. Roxy was gentle the entire time and kept me informed on what she was doing throughout the process plus she was good conversation. The entire staff including the owner were very friendly and it was great to hear stylist speak highly of natural hair. The other clients in the salon also had thick hair and I didnt notice any hesitation from the staff to care and style this texture of hair. Very pleased with my overall experience. P.S it may seem a bit pricey but its worth it if youre looking for a complete transformation to your hair.

Owner does a great job. The prices are very reasonable. Shes the only one that can get my daughter hair so straight and shiny. Please do not forget it last even through hot and humid days. Hands down this is my favorite place to take my daughter to have her hair done.

Aleyda is amazing, When I first came into this spot in January this was my first time in a Dominican Hair Salon. I have always had a short style and relaxer and I finally decided to go natural and grown my hair out. But when I find this place I was Amazed with Aleyda she show me a true person who knows the definition of customer service, she talk me out of ever relaxing my hair again and now I been coming back to her every week to get my hair done. My hair has grown so much without relaxing it and going natural for 5 months and I will continue to come to her salon to get my hair done. I feel very welcome in her salon and she have come a long way to make her salon a successful business.

Aleyda has been doing my hair for over 5 years! My hair is long healthy and flourishing! She has always put the health of my hair over financial gain! That is what I respect more than anything!!! Roxy took care of me. My hair looked amazing. The staff were very friendly. The deep conditioner smells amazing. I also got my ends clipped. I will be returning.

On my most recent visit I can see the growth of my hair, the growth of the salon, I love the Organic Deep Conditioner (makes my hair smell and feel amazing for weeks). My only reason for not giving 5 stars is there was a woman that was detangling my hair from the root. Anyone who truly knows natural hair care would know to detangle from the ends. Although I gave these ladies the tough task of lifting and highlighting...they were very professional, they saw the vision, and they worked together to make the end result exactly what I was looking for! Thanks again!

Aleyda, Salma, Yanelis were wonderful since the first time I walked in to their shop. Professional and Superb customer service, prices are fair and they treat you like family. This is my fist time coming into their shop and I will definitely come back and will refer this place to all my family and friends, thank you Aleyda so much.

Ive been going to Aleyda for years. She always knows just what I want and styles my hair beautifully. The employees are very kind and make sure you are comfortable the entire time.

The customer service was great but the price was sincerely outrageous for my 10 year old. They apparently did some extra stuff without first telling me the cost. My 10yr old’s hair was a little over $100. I found that to be very unreasonable, but her hair was indeed beautiful.

So glad I decided to try something new! Aleydas is a wonderful salon offering a variety of hair services. Its clean, the owner/operator and her staff are extremely accommodating and have made me very pleased with my look the two times Ive been there in two weeks. Aleydas ranks high in this customers opinion!

Called at 10:40 AM and asked if they took walkins and was told yes but they were not open until 11:00 AM. Went there at 11:40 AM which is well within the posted hours and they were not open. No one greeted me when I entered and was told as I was leaving that they would be open in 10 minutes..... I decided to leave. People seemed nice enough but the decor of the shop, location, and lack of timelyness left a bad taste in my mouth. Wont go back.

The end result was nice but definitely not worth the price. The reasoning behind the pricing makes no sense at all. I will not be returning!

I went to this place not too long ago. No to impressed with that beauty salon, dirty and unprofessional. You show one thing and they do another. They charge too much money for a very bad hair style.
