Usually I like this place although their prices are on the high side but this is DECEMBER we’ve been in this pandemic for how long now? And they are walking around with no masks on coughing and I had to run out of there. I definitely did NOT FEEL SAFE ! they need to fix their ways.

The personnel might change (as with any Business) but, I have always been treated with POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, and RESPECT!I TREAT OTHERS THE WAY(S) I WANT OTHERS TO TREAT ME!! Excellent store best presentation great products

I really liked the store. The prices were reasonable and there was a good selection, I dont want to speak about race but I left the store thinking that I should say something. The woman at the cash register was Korean(I think) and very helpful and friendly. There was another woman working (African, I think) anyway, I observed a customer ask to see a wig and the African woman told the customer to go to the African wig shop a few doors down. I asked if she could help me find Shea butter, she walked me down the isle and told me to go to the African store across from Chuck E. Cheese. Now Im not sure that whether or not all of the stores work together but it felt like she was sending customers away.I called the beauty store to speak to the manager when I got in my car and the African lady answered and told me there was no manager, I then asked if I could speak to the Korean lady because my friend speaks Korean and had a question, she told me that I could not. It just seemed weird so I am posting. I think the African lady is trying to steer business away from the store and its wrong.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! You get the small town neighborhood vibe from this shopping center but this is a horrible beauty supply simply because the customer service is non existent. Drive to the nearest one because this one is not it.

Very nice staff.

Large selection of hair and skin care products. They have just about everything except the one product I was looking for. I did find the brand of shampoo and conditioner I use at a much lower price than most beauty stores I frequent so I will say their prices are competitive. I also found some products for my hair that I usually have to go to DC to purchase. The store is tucked all the way in the back corner of the plaza so its hard to see.

They have a nice selection of products i was just absolutely disturbed by the amount of skin lightening products. I can understand clearing dark marks but the images on the bottles seem to have a message that dark skin isn’t beautiful. Full body washes i mean a whole side of an aisle was dedicated to skin lighting products. I can’t support a store that is pushing this image

Their posted time is 8 pm .I walk in at 7:20pm and the cashier says they are closed. They closed at 7. So why are your doors still unlocked. Bad customer service.

They have EVERYTHING. The prices are more reasonable than Sallys. The employees are helpful. But most of all, the owners are kind and dont follow people around the store like in a few of the other Asian-owned hair stores in Laurel. The gentleman who runs the store doesnt know it, but his kindness and the fact that he remembers me whenever I go in (its not even often!) is what brings me back.

I loved the store ! I must say the customer service was Grate each time I went. l really was surprised at the everything they had. Good prices which is hard to find in Laurel.

It was a great place with great customer service. I didnt like that being in there I felt like the floor associates were focused on whether I would steal something rather than pay for it... Left spending 80 dollars, wig, natural oils, shampoo and conditioner, etc... I left with almost what I need but the prices are nothing compared to my store in Charlotte, NC... definitely not a bad place to shop, but they could have more of a variety of oils!!

Absolutely horrible experience at this business! The African lady at the counter was very rude and treated me like I was not going to be able to afford the cream I came in to buy. Don’t judge a book by its cover, you never know who patronizes your business. And it doesn’t pay to be nasty to people. Anyways, I will be taking my business somewhere else. Please learn to be kind to your customers, they spend their hard earned money at your store!

My first time at this store this young lady that server us was nice and to see a black person working in a store like this God bless the store manager for his services in the community. I would return only thing I dont want to spend too much money.

They have one of the beat selections in town of beauty/hair supplies for all hair types especially ethnic hair types. Extensive collection of wigs and hair extensions that will allow your find the right style for you.

They had all the products I needed and good customer service.

I visited this place was on Thursday night after I got off work I went searching for reasonably priced textured hair that matches my color and asked an African worker for assistance as I don’t have any experience in matching my hair color, she told me I would need a number 2 which I then said I’d come back the next day to purchase as I only went there to pick and choose the hair and color. The next day I returned after work purchased the hair got home opened the packaging and saw that it does not match my hair color at all! I was dissatisfied I returned today to exchange the hair. The Asian workers behind the counter said they wouldn’t exchange the opened package because it was opened and how it’s final sale because it was on clearance. (THE ONLY WAY TO SEE THE ACTUAL COLOR IS TO OPEN THE PACKAGING AS IT WAS NOT THE TYPICAL SEE THROUGH PACKAGING WITH THE HAIR EXPOSED) This infuriated me due to the simple fact that I had gotten their own workers to help identify which hair will best match mine only to be misguided! I sternly explained this to them to which they went and got two of their African workers and asked who helped me BOTH DENIED HELPING ME. Long story short the Asian lady went on to say that they weren’t supposed to help me At all because THE ITEMS ARE IN CLEARANCE LEAVING THE DECISION TO BUY UP TO THE CUSTOMERS DISCRETION. I then confessed I should’ve looked for a BLACK OWNED BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE AS THEIR SERVICE WOULD BE SUPERIOR TO WHAT I RECEIVED AT THIS PLACE TO WHCIH THEY THEN CHANGED THEIR TUNE AND ASKED THAT I PICK THE HAIR I NEEDED, I am never returning to this location ever again due to THE POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF INTEGRITY ILL TAKE MY HARD EARNED MONEY ELSE WHERE! The only reason I rated this place with 1 star is because I had no choice! You guys need to work better at servicing your customer because your days are numbered!

Found what I was looking for and I am happy.

Found what I needed but very unorganized and Cluttered stuff was everywhere.

They tax too much and the old cashier kept trying to confuse me with prices so I called another one to help me.
