Why is this Sally’s still open. Most of my visits have been while the store was manned by clerks. Which is a joke. The spend most of their time talking amongst eachother in the back. But Today I met the “ manager” she was so clueless as to her role. I walked out in mud sentence. She try to tell me a shipment was sent out to her store without an inventory list. This store is so poorly managed I wish they would just move out of our shopping center. Fire the whole staff.

Store associate was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She was very knowledgeable of the products and the pricing. She knew exactly what I wanted, even if I wasnt exactly sure what I was looking for. I only knew what I wanted to happen to my hair.

I was a little concerned about this location after reading so many bad reviews people have left--but I ended up having a great experience there today!When my mom and I stepped in the woman at the desk greeted us and asked if we needed help with anything and we just let her know we were browsing.The store was very clean and everything was in stock!After finding what we had been looking for (*hair color*)we checked out and everything went smooth! The employee even checked and asked us if we had developer and all that at home, which was nice!Since the Sally Beauty we normally go to on Baltimore National Pike is either closed or going to soon be closed we will definitely make this our go to store now after the good experience we had!

They have been out of product everytime I go here. I started calling to make sure they have what I need before I go, but sadly nothing has changed. Last time I went in, I was told they had a shipment 2 days ago but no one to stock shelves. I waited a day or 2 and called to see if they had the product I needed, but they had still not unboxed product.

Joke of a place. The two girls working, or more like not working, were rude and could care less about your business. They don’t even look up when a person enters this little store. I asked where a product was and they had an attitude for having to stop conversing with each other to answer a question. Both openly looked at me up and down, and vaguely pointed in a random direction. Still managing not having to say a word to me. Just walked out and would never go back. This place is horrible.

Know before you go:1. As told to me by a Sally phone rep, online prices are usually cheaper, and with free shipping over $502. Sally Beauty does not accept manufacturing coupons that do not display the Sally logo.3. You can return online orders to a store, if its not an online-only purchase.Positives:1. Stocked shelves with clearly marked items and prices.2. Great Location. Shares parking lot with LA Fitness, Starbucks, Harbor Freight, etc.

Horrible costumers services. None of the girls who works at this store location have any knowledge about their products. One of the employee was bother when my friend and I asked for her opinion about a product quality. She reply...( when people comes to this store, they know what they are looking for) So... if you know what your need and how to used it you good, BUT dont even bother to request some help .

I shopped here many times and never had a problem. Today, I will never go back... after being followed around by two employees in the store, while shopping. Note to management: following customers around the store isn’t a good look and it’s very insulting. No one wants to steal from your establishment. Maybe you should actually sit at the register instead of conversing in the back of the store. To top it off, one of the products that I purchased had already been used. I plan on exchanging this and have no plans of returning after.

I would have given it a no star if possible. The WORST customer service EVER! Absolutely useless/unhelpful/rude staff, might as well get a robot to take care of the place. If you MUST go to this place, do your own research and know exactly what you want before you go in as the staff wont help you with anything.

I wish I could give zero stars. Ive gone to multiple Sally Beaty places all over the country and have never felt like such a nuisance as here. They had boxes sitting out blocking most of the product, and didnt show any intention of trying to help me when I was trying to get to what I needed. I returned the next day and the stuff was still there. I asked an employee w a thick accent 2 questions and the amount of attitude I was given simply asking where something was was terrible. Do yourself a favor and go absolutely anywhere else for hair stuff.

If there was a way to give less than one star this location would have it. Dont try to use a credit card here their machines wont accept it and they have to call the company to accept it first. They dont inform you of what they are doing they just take your card and start dialing a number and giving all your credit card information to whoever is on the phone which to me is not secure! I watched this happen to every single person that tried to use a credit card while I was in the store. The two cashiers in the store dont know how to do returns and when their computer system wont do it they tell you to go to another store or come back later which is terrible customer service! They dont know their products or how to even work their own cash registers! There was no manager present to fix any complaints that anyone had in the store! An absolute waste of time and at the end of it all, I still couldnt return the merchandise and I watched many people walk out including myself very frustrated!

I will definitely go out of my way to shop at another location. The one in Laurel, MD has the rudest employees that provide the WORST customer service ever!!!! If you call corporate, they dont even follow up. Its a company that only cares about the profit and NOT their customers.

I purchased the Midern Elements Ionic Rollabout Dryer from the Laurel, Md location and it has since been a nightmare. Product was horrible, corporate does not have a system to track any transactions or anything else for that matter..Cant understand purpose of Prichard... manager never called back, and no results. Bad business.. I will never shop at Sallys nor will I recommend anyone else to, if in need try some online source or go to any other beauty supplier.. So DISSATISFIED!

Please do not EVER go to this Sallys they provide the most awful and ignorant customer service I have ever experienced much worse than even McDonalds in the dirtiest parts of Baltimore city.I went in, in a very excited and happy mood to get a few things to start a new job tomorrow, and I left in quite the opposite of moods. I Could barely get either of the employees off their phone long enough to even ask a question, one woman was sitting in the thresh-hold of the backroom door carrying on a conversation so loud you could hear every detail through out the entire store.When I did finally ask if they had any Sanek dispensers in stock the girl didnt even look up from her phone to let me ask my question, she just walked me to the Sanek strips themselves and when I told the girl I was looking for the dispenser not the strips themselves she SMACKED HER LIPS AT ME ROLLED HER EYES AND WALKED AWAY. When I was ready to check out I stood in line behind a woman (another customer or friend of the employee) showing the clerk a video on her phone of what sounded like people fighting and shouting obscenities. I guess when they noticed I was standing there both women turned and looked at me and rolled their eyes. Then the cashier motioned WITH HER HEAD while smacking her gum (or just her lips idk) for me to place my items on the counter, then she with aggravation and awkward silence scanned and bagged my things.I did however get a mildly pleasant have a nice night upon leaving but no greeting when I initially entered the store. I have worked in customer service my entire life and if I ever acted like that I would have been immediately terminated. I will certainly drive out of my way to another beauty supply store next time. Which is a shame, I just moved to the area and have a chair at a very busy Barber shop of which this is the closest beauty supply store. Ill gladly drive an extra fifteen minutes and spend an extra dollar elsewhere and ill be sure my fellow stylists and barbers do the same.

This place has nothing for professionals, Laurel has all these new stores and new spa/salons and this Sallys will not be able to help us. I will drive further to Cosmo Pros in Laurel by Target.
