Great place to shop. Many good products and good prices. Employees are super helpful and stay away if you aint feeling it. Easy out and in. Though leaving you should drive close to the front of the building, as Chick Filà keeps traffic backed up. Also, love the self check out! Fast and efficient.

Competitive prices, the variety of items offered, online shopping options, pick up/shopping options. I shopped on 11/2/2021 at the store located at 3343 Corridor Marketplace, Laurel, MD 20724-2378. I went in to purchase sewing needles. I was not sure where to do and I did not want to walk around to search because of an ankle injury. I saw KELLY (last name unknown) folding clothes in the Girls section. I asked her if she knew where to find sewing needles. Without hesitation, she said, Isle C31 in the center section of the store. It was the EXACT isle I needed to find and not only did I save time, but saved myself from the pain of walking on my ankle more than I needed.

ALWAYS check expiration dates on the food items, because this locations staff surely dont. Purchased a dip on 10/17/21. Got home to find it expired well over a month ago. Unacceptable. They also have panhandlers who walk around the store and approach customers for money, consistently. Ive reported it countless times.

The entire shopping experience from my entrance to exit was stellar. Lloyd (both greeted me and assisted me with checking out my purchase), treated me as if I were golden. His genuine warmth and kindness were truly felt and appreciated. This beautiful interaction confirmed why I relocated back to MD.

Today, I went into Target to get my 9 month old some shoes. I found some and tried to check the price. The scanner said “Item not found” so I took it to a cashier. The cashier was incredibly helpful and basically explained that he had to manually enter a price since the shoes were no longer in the system. He gave me the shoes for a great price and said “we want to make sure our customers are happy. We take service seriously here.” I’m sure most people say that, but he actually lived it. I don’t even live in Laurel anymore but this is still my favorite Target.

Drive up turn around time needs to be better, waiting over 10min for my order

I needed help and had no problem getting the info I needed.

Wish this location being so big, had more help atbyhe register. At least during the weekends since is when may be busier...I had no issues with the staff, actually they were very helpful to make a line and tell people where to go, either cashier registers or the ones where you do it yourself.

I placed an order and paid $10 for an order fee and got less than half of the things I ordered. That is not OK. That is not cool. Not a good time to be that way.

Really needed more cashiers. Our cashier was nice. Outside trash was as more than the containers could handle and trash was everywhere. Managers your managing skills are needed.

The convenience of the order pick up is great. I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Ive visited other businesses that have outside pickup and target is the best so far in timeliness. It is a great service.

Dont use the drive up or order pick up at the Laurel target!!! I have tried on 3 different occasions and each ti.e they got my order wrong. When I tried to tell the person they walked away. Twice I had to go in stand in a long line with only 1 person working the customer service section and even after I got up there they were having trouble fixing it. Just go to another location and save yourself the headache!!!

Nothing special. Not well kept and staff seems not happy to be working here. Ask someone for help and you get a “don’t bother me” look.Other than that it has what you need for household items but it comes at a hefty price compared to wal Mart.

Its a normal Target. Went to get sunglasses. Theres a large selection with one tiny mirror. Had to wait while other shoppers looked for sunglasses. Headphones and TV cables are pretty bare. Other than that, is not bad and way better than Walmart across the street

I love Target Curbside and think this was the best thing since the pandemic to drive up and have our items brought outside. I tell ALL of my friends and family to try it and they will fall in love. The target employees are so friendly and quick when I pull up.

I usually alternate between this target and the one in Columbia. Usually with no issues. But today I had a terrible experience here because I feel like half of the store was completely out of stock. The majority of the small items that I was intending to buy were unavailable and entire shelves of merchandise were completely empty. To top it off, the line for check out was extremely long. If you’re not going to open up the extra checkout lanes then you need to expand your self checkout lanes. Because that’s common sense.

Being at the Customer Service Desk last eve., the young lady was so courteous, professional, and helpful. Her name is A J. She has that great hospitality that keeps you wanting to come to Target! Kudos to her! She deserves a raise! I wish there were more store clerks as she. Many Blessings to you AJ and to Target Laurel Team!!

Dirty. Unorganized. No cashiers. Long lines to the back of store. Weirdo security guard with tear drop tattoos on face harasses women in store. Cant find management very unprofessional.

As a Target employee I can vouche for the customer service but the lines can get backed up. If youre looking for a particular item, finding the item specific DPCI on our website will save you a lot of time and help us get you what you need! We also do not sell PS5s or the latest Xbox in store, only via online order pickup.

Good experience today at the Laurel MD Target. They really understand how to assist with the checkout process during covid-19. Plus every stocker I came in contact with was friendly and helpful.One in particular was joking about the weather. It was really nice.The person running the checkout area was spot on.Nice outing.

I believe the young ladies name at the Starbucks was Diana? The other worker was Laurel...between the two of them the service at this Starbucks is better than the stand alone store in the same parking lot. They were friendly and professional as they worked to take care of my order as well as several behind me. I have begun coming to this Starbucks for my daily drink because of the service at this Target coffee shop - Laurel, Mayland.

Fast, convenient and received great customer service. I was in and out of the store. I went in to pick up a few things from the $1 area and then checked out at customer service while I was waiting for my order to be brought out. Literally, I spend less than 15 minutes between shopping and checking out.

Let scalpers run schemes with pokemon venders that take from little kids. They have an operation running all the walmarts and targets in the area.

Did a pick up order with them today and when I got home there were items missing and an item that they had switched for something else that would not work for me. So I called them because the app wouldnt let me take care of the issue. After explaining the issue to the staff member I was asked if I wanted to come in person and deal with it or if I was just calling to let them know. I explained that I was looking to have the issue fixed and at this point I would just deal with being charged for the substituted item even though I couldnt use it, but that I would like a refund for the items I didnt receive. I was told that I would have to come in store for that. I explained that I couldnt enter the store due to at risk issues and was told that there was nothing else they could do and hung up. So disappointed.

It’s Target, I loved my stop here. I haven’t been there in a very long time and it was stocked well and I didn’t wait long in line considering it was the day after Christmas

I ordered online and there was no issues when I went to the store to pick up items. Customer service was awesome.

This Target has ridiculous long checkout lines because only half of their registers are manned. While the long line does move at a good pace, it seems inconsistent with Targets brand to keep people waiting and oh by the way, congregating during a pandemic.

This Location apparently decides to close much before 10 pm. I arrived at exactly 9:46 (wearing a mask) to find the door locked and the security guard shaking his head no at me. As someone who works in retail, i can understand wanting to close up as soon as possible, but you would never arrive at my store 15 minutes before closing and be refused entry

Had the item I was looking for! Customers are directed to the next available cashier and staff members are helpful. A great experience!

Usually stop.by this Target...... Emily went above and beyond to try to get me what I wanted...a viral face mask. The store was out but she went to the stockroom to check and came out with a handful that she had grabbed from the pharmacy. Good thinking cos we really needed it....to protect a newborn baby from colds all the adults had. Great job, Emily! She will keep me going back.

I love target and being a teacher I spend a lot of money there weekly for my classroom in the seasonal section in the front. However at this location the male security makes you feel uncomfortable making it obvious they are following you! Very unprofessional and simply has NO REASON TO! I am a paying customer who gives no reason of suspicion!

Service is always excellent.... Unlike other retailers, Target stores are always clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate. I will go out of my way to visit a target over other stores.

My wife and Is Playstation 4 started to stop working and nowhere near us had any in stock (we live in Pennsylvania) so we ordered one at the Centre At Glen Burnie Target . We started the hour and a half trip to pick it up when fifteen minutes away from arriving my wife checked online to learn the item was marked out of stock. Moments later she received an email confirming that they no longer had the item. Luckily this Target had one in stock so the trip wasnt a total waste.

It is generally so easy to shop and checkout at Target. Staff have always been nice and it’s always such an efficient shopping experience, unlike that other place. Their clearance buys are great deals and some stores have better stock than others. Overall very pleased.I did a pickup order for the first time and it was so fast and easy to do. The store employee made sure to check ID and helped me discreetly hide the toy I was picking up from my son. I appreciated that a ton.

Everything ran smoothly.

This place is okay, customer service is pretty good, but never ever go to the bathrooms here! Theyre honestly more disgusting than the local Walmart bathrooms. It always smells and theres always a huge mess. Last time I was there, one of the stalls didnt even close and there was toilet paper and puddles all over the floor.

Love the store but no management. Group of young men running through the store horse playing and blocking isles. Old enough to Know better (16&up).

I had over $150 worth of items, some grocery items that are more expensive at Target however I typically prefer to shop at target for convenience. There was not a single lane open to be checked out in. I had three small children with me and was told to use the self checkout. It took me quite awhile to scan all of my items and because self checkout is not designed for a great big shopping trip I held up the self checkout lane and had other customers frustrated at me, even though I had no option but to leave the store with none of the items I just spent time shopping for or to scan my own Items (which is difficult when the self checkout here doesn’t have a belt, only a small ledge to put a few items on. After the self checkout associate refused to help me I asked customer service if there was a reason for not having even one checkout lane open, they told me they that they didn’t need one open between 1-9 and they aren’t a busy store, it was 11am and the line was long. I am a loyal target shopper however I will be doing the rest of our back to school and further shopping on Amazon and at Walmart because using self check out with three children when having over 40 items is a bit ridiculous.

This is my go to Target and it’s usually very well stocked and clean. The associates are also very helpful. Can’t complain!

I was amazed to see only one cashier and that one also offer and process red card applications while people line up at the sole payment area. What a nice way of attracting customers. Maybe that is why target is losing customers.

Every time I go in this Target there are many lines open and the cashiers move quickly and efficiently to get you on your way. Customer service at this location is pretty good.

Organized store, I shop in there a minimum of 3 times a week

I love Target and was really happy about how quickly I was able to place and pick up my Drive Up order until I got home and found that half of the items that I ordered were not in the bag. I had asked the worker if everything was included and he said yet. Turns out, there was a second bag. I had to go back for it which kind of defeats the purpose of placing an order online for pick up. The issue was quickly resolved and I received a gift card for my trouble but it has soured the experience for me. I was about to rave to all of my friends about the convenience of picking up an order. Everyone was apologetic and had great attitudes but that doesnt replace the hour that I lost driving back to the store to get the missing items.

Your typical target: a good place to get a variety of things. Its got a very complete and diverse selection, with sections for home goods, groceries, toys, plus a cafe to grab food while your there. Nothing bad to report.

Target only having one enterence is rough, everyone gets funneled into that small spot. The store itself is nice. The food lady was a but rude but not mean. The bathroom was so gross and unacceptable.

Nice target. Men’s restrooms need updating. Toilets looks 20 years old, paper towels as rough as newspaper.
