Chandler and his assistant fixed my broken garage door today. They were very curtious, professional and knowledgeable. They listened when I explained the problem and took the time to explain what my options were for fixing the problem. They had great attention to detail and their work is high quality. They cleaned up after completing the work, leaving my garage area in the same condition it was before they started work.

My technician was Tim (from Alaska) who impressed me when he honestly admitted that the company made a mistake and the problems I was experiencing were not my fault! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Then he drove to Hattiesburg to get the right part and came back to Laurel the same day to make sure I didn’t have to go overnight without a functioning garage door. I purchased a home in the area with a closed in garage. With no prior experience with garage doors, we had no problems until the power went out after the storms that came through our area. We manually were able to lift one door but a part that raised the door broke. I was referred to Overhead Door by a friend who just had garage doors installed. I called them at 8am, within an hour a service man called and was on his way. And in less than an hour, my door was fixed, I was given a lesson on maintenance and was given information on updated equipment if interested. Absolutely no pressure and so patient and friendly!! My service man was Jason, and he was so professional, friendly and informative not to mention patient!! I wish every company had a service person like Jason!! I will make sure that if anyone asks me about service on their garage doors I will send them to Overhead Doors in Laurel! More than thrilled with the service and timeframe!! Very affordable as well!!

In the midst of an already hectic week, on a Friday morning, one side of the top panel of my garage door popped off as I let my door up. Of course this meant I could not lower my door whenever I left the house. I called Overhead Door and we scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. When Mike arrived he was very courteous and provided me with detailed information about fixing my door. He thoroughly checked all the mechanics and structures regarding the door and made all the necessary repairs, fully explaining what needed fixing and why. Jason Barnhart with Overhead Door of Laurel was professional and thorough while providing maintenance and upgrades to our garage door. He was knowledgeable about which accessories would work best with our current setup. He gave me all of the options that were available to replace parts along with upgrades, but didnt make me feel pressured to purchase them. Jason made sure our door was working safely and that we are able to use all of the conveniences it provides. I appreciated him taking the time to program our cars and showing me the process. Jason called at 7 am on the day of the appointment and arrived at the exact time we had set up.

Jason and his helper came out last Friday and got one of my doors fixed for me. He called ahead of time to let me know what time. They arrived right on time, got in and got the door fixed and that was it. Couldnt be more pleased with the friendly customer service and work that was done.
