Let’s get something straight: No one likes to go to the car-dealer; but just like wanting a great smile and hating the trip to the dentist--getting a great car sometimes requires going to, I hate to say it, but, yes, the dealer.I have been to pain-free dentists and love the benefit of beautiful teeth without the discomfort. If a dentist advertises that he or she is pain-free, it’s pretty straight forward. It gets more complicated with car-dealers— THEY ALL advertise as pain-free.Ourisman Honda was truly different; they made the car buying experience as easy as it could be. The pressure game, and stress inducers intended to get you to that much sought after “yes” were nonexistent. Instead, the “yes” came not because of the shenanigans of the shady salesman, but because of a fair deal.Our sales representative, Donny, helped my wife and I trade in our old CR-V for a new one. We came into the dealership with the intent of only getting an oil change—I had toyed with the idea of trading into a new car and I wanted a to know how much that would cost us, so I asked Donny while I was there. The original number was out of our range, but he worked to get us to a place that made sense…and just like that—our oil change turned into a new car.Donny made my wife and I (and my budget) feel great about our rather spontaneous purchase, and I would whole-heartedly recommend him as a sales rep to seek out at Ourisman if you are in the market for a new car. The battery in my car was dying. I went in to have it checked, to confirm it was dying. I arrived at 5 PM. They took care of the battery and took care of a couple of other service issues I had. Everything was done and I was out the door before they closed at 7. It was excellent service that fit into my schedule.
Quick and fast. People are nice. Definitely a bit pricey but most dealerships are. I have a new Honda car though so the work is pretty much guaranteed

We were traveling from Northeast and maintenance indicator showed up for oil change and tire rotations. I had walked in for these maintenance. Service folks were very courteous and took the car in and completed the maintenance. Took a little longer but being walk in that was expected. Excellent service and very responsive folks. I should they were wah better than the service folks in our town in northeast. Awesome folks. Would recommend this place for anyone with Honda car.

I dont think Ive ever written a negative review before, but was disappointed at many aspects. First, after keeping us waiting for a while after an appointment was previously scheduled, the salesperson gives us paperwork to sign with many extra fees they tried to stick in as part of the price. This included an inspection fee for over $2,000 and another fee of over $1,000 for IKON connect, which my wife and I didnt want, but salesperson actually insisted with a straight face that since they already put it in, it couldnt be removed (though they ended up removing it about 15 minutes later). We refused to pay most of these fees and was ready to walk out and the salesperson ended up going back and forth to her manager 4 different times to fight for us until the price became more reasonable. Once we came to an agreement, they told us the inspection expired, so we couldnt get the car that night and would have to wait until one was done the next day (To their credit, they at least had someone drive it out to us, which is why Im giving 2 stars and not one). Then as we were waiting a long time for the finance people to be ready, the salesperson told us I told you not to take so long going back and forth on the price because it would take a long time afterward. Theres more I can say, but Ill just stick with that.

I came here without an appointment because my fuel cap check suddenly came up when I was getting off work. I also had my belt checked due to a recall on my Honda HRV and they were able to check my car within 2 hours!! Im really impressed with the speed and customer service here!

Great customer service. I was assisted by Marvin in the service department this time and he communicated very well and made sure that I knew what was going on every step of the way. You can tell that they care about their customers and the quality of service they provide.
Service was fast and excellent. I got a tire rotation and I got an alert on my car that my tire pressure was low about a half hour after I drove away from the lot. Unfortunately it was a Saturday and they were closed Sunday. I didn’t have this issue before coming there. Can I have this checked please?
I am going to start by saying I had the most wonderful and helpful salesperson, Jimmie. He was such a gentleman and was working hard throughout my car buying process to make whatever he could easier for me. He was very transparent and got me a good deal on my 2021 Honda Accord EX-L even in todays market with the shortages. Thanks, Jim! I would definitely work with him again, in fact my dad wants to buy a car from him in the future but for that Jim might have to move to another Honda dealer that has a better finance department. As good as Jim was, the finance department was just as worse. Actually, far worse. Brian Blackmon, who was my finance person, was God awful. Definitely dont know who would put him as a business manager because this man doesnt even know how to speak to someone without a bad attitude. When I was in there, he barely spoke a word, was zooming through all my paperwork assuming I wouldnt want to read about an investment Im making, and just plain arrogance. I didnt even bother to thank him because he did not deserve appreciation for doing his JOB. Awful, just awful. One thing this Honda dealer might want to consider is changing their finance department workers because that would be the reason I would not recommend or return for another vehicle.

The gentleman in finance was also super amazing! His name escapes me, but he’s the young man with a beard and slimmer built. He took the time to walk my parents and I through everything & even offered some great financial advice & tips when it came down to budgeting and payments so that things wouldn’t seem so overwhelming with this being my first big purchase. This was my first experience with service at Ourisman Honda - the 7500 mile checkup on the Civic Hatchback I bought at Ourisman earlier this year.The oil change was free; I added new windshield wipers and tire rotation. The service was performed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. No problems. Service Manager Marvin answered my questions and kept me posted. This was a very positive experience.

I have never bought a car from them but we have gone a few times to test drive cars we later decided not to buy. Each time we go we have an excellent experience. They allowed us time to just walk around the parking lot without pressure. The employees are all friendly and they arent too fussy about where you go for your test drive. I personally appreciate that no salesman has ever gone with us in the back seat! Even before Covid. Especially now it was nice to just test drive without a stranger in the car. Ask for Terrell. He is great and very helpful. We are still considering the car we drove yesterday.

It was simple to schedule my appointment online. I havent had a bad experience here, but this time was much better than usual. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment, and they serviced my car that night! I got a call maybe 1.5 hours later saying my car was ready and my appointment was even until the next morning. I was able to leave my vehicle there overnight, and in the morning I got a reminder call that my car was ready 30 minutes prior to when my appointment was supposed to start.The staff was friendly and very efficient.

She ensured to earn my business and introduced me to one of her sales representative her name was Tiffany.She contact me and introduced herself and provided me a great experience to visit and test drive the car, she made me feel special I was pleased with her communication skills and amazed with her professionalism I believe she a great asset to the company, even she made a video of the car I was interested and sent it me I was sold at the point, next day I went and purchased the vehicle she made it so easy process and pleasant experience, I can tell if I need another car or referral a family or friend I will send them to her at Ourisman Honda.I am kind of a person, who values customer service and people not only to sell you the product, but to care and make sure that you are happy with your purchase. Maintaining my car is easy here. They only did what I asked them to do and worked around my budget with absolutely no pressure. There was frequent communication and I was told a shuttle was available if I wanted to go get lunch.
Greeted promptly and courteously by team member Paul. Wrote up what I wanted done to my car in a very timely manner. Showed me where free coffee/hot drinks were located and showed me where waiting room was located. Work on vehicle was completed in a timely manner. The service manager, Bill, and Paul walked me out to my car and showed/inspected competed work. Will definitely be using this dealerships service department again in the future.

First, I was told I had light bulbs that were not working so I was sold a $35 halogen bulb to replace my passenger side fog light. The Parts Rep told the Honda Service Rep the bulb needed to be installed by the Labor Dept because it required going under the car bumper but he tried installing it anyway. After he saw he couldnt, he told me to go to some company called Collision Auto to have it installed because the labor cost would be cheaper than yours. I asked if the $35 included labor and was told no. I dont feel comfortable having it installed somewhere else because the bulb is very sensitive and cannot be touched/contaminated with fingers or it will not work so if I go to Collision Auto and they install the bulb and its not working, they may not assume responsibility for damage to the bulb because it was purchased/handled by your company. Then, if I return to your company, I run the risk of you saying THEY contaminated it.Second, I was sold another bulb for $11 to replace the interior ceiling light on the passenger side (the one located by the rear view mirror). The Sales Rep installed it and said the light still doesnt work. I asked, Could it be the replacement bulb is faulty? He said no it had to be something else and didnt attempt to try another bulb. My issue is if the driver side interior ceiling light is working, why wouldnt the left side not work with a new bulb? How does he know the replacement bulb he installed is not faulty if he doesnt even try another bulb?Bottom line, I spent $46 on bulbs and didnt get either issue resolved. At this point, these bulbs may be useless to me. The Sales Rep said he didnt touch the fog light bulb but I dont really know if he did or not. Also, when the $35 fog light bulb was sold to me, why wasnt I informed it would be an additional cost to install it?The visit could have been better if 1. I had been informed there was an additional cost to install the fog light bulb BEFORE I purchased it, 2. The Sales Rep had listened to the Parts Rep and sent my car to the Labor Dept to have the bulb installed instead of referring me to another company, and 3. The Sales Rep had tried replacing the interior ceiling light with another bulb to ensure the problem wasnt with the bulb.
Made an appointment and it (the Honda appointment) was followed up with reminders via text and phone calls. Nice touch. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than the 1pm appointed time. My vehicle was taken on time and I chose to wait. The desk representative said it would “probably” take an hour and a half to 2 hours for the oil change and tire rotation. After counting all the passersby, reading magazines and scrolling through my phone, a little over an hour and a half passed. I decided to go outside and look for my vehicle which I found parked in the “ready to go” space. I quickly got peeved because no one alerted me that the car was ready at which the serviceman quickly let me know that the keys on the counter must be mine. He explained briefly what was done and offered extras to be done totaling a few hundred dollars. I declined. I also overheard a customer mention getting his car washed. After spending almost 2 hours there, who knows how long a car wash would take? I took keys and left - not totally satisfied butt miffed at having to stay so long and not have all amenities in regard to Ourisman services .

When I arrived at the dealership they didn’t greet me they just asked for the keys and asked me what’s the problem what a lack of professionalism. When I was seated in the waiting room the guy who took my keys didn’t even tell me an estimate of my time with them today by the way ( this was an unscheduled appointment). Throughout the appointment I noticed loud obnoxious laughter coming from the front desk. An hour later I asked the same person I gave my keys about the status of my car and he said “I don’t have an update”. They continued laughing after i left but eventually towards the end of my stay with them they provided me with the information I needed from hours ago. Thank you and be careful who you pick to work on your car. P.S. they have broken a accessory in my car before and left it there for me to find out.

Paul my service technician was very helpful and explained all that was included in the service reminder for my car. The repairs were done quickly and to my satisfaction. The car looked lovely after it was vacuumed and washed. Thank you so much Ourisman Honda.
First time I had any work done on my 2021 Honda Passport. Got an oil change and tire rotation and all went well. Was met with a smile and all encounters were professional. Took less than an hour for my service. Now if I would have gotten the promised car wash this visit would be considered perfect.
I stop by Honda dealer in order to ask for a recall repair. It was walk-in and The advisor Marvin, was really helpful and nice. He was really quick to adresse my issue. I went with my 2 kids and there were even kids area to play. At one point my kids ask for a cookie and it was in my car. They even bring the car back so that I can give the cookies. I felt like home. Everything was completed so quickly which really surprised me. They even offered me a discount for my other services that I need to get it done. I really suggest this place.
Jesus was communicative, pleasant, and answered all my questions. The dealership did a fine job.

The service here is amazing! My serviceman Marvin was caring and professional. With my super busy schedule I was able to get dropped off at Walmart and was picked back up. I made appointment for 8 this morning but front desk person helped person arrive ahead me who just show up without appointment. What is the point making appointment if serve as come. I waited at desk but no one say anything if they will get back to me or not. Finally i have say something to get an attention. Kevin was great who actually helped me.

I visited this dealership on 10/7 after my mechanic referred me to Tiffany. When I called in the morning of the 7th to speak to her, I spoke to who I believe was the sales manager and he said that Tiffany was off that day. Although I had no intention of buying a vehicle unless Tiffany was there, I figured Id at least drop by to see the cars on the lot.However, within 5 minutes of hanging up, Tiffany called back and said that she was indeed working that day. How did the sales manager not know what day their own employee was working? Tiffany stated she was scheduled to work that day which leads me to believe there is some preferential treatment towards certain sales people (or worse, an unhealthy dose of cynicism towards others). Anyone who is a referral like myself, please make sure you actually get to work with your sales person because they appear to have no qualms with snubbing their own sales staff out of potential commission.Even though I didnt walk away with a vehicle that day, I still thoroughly enjoyed how responsive, understanding and knowledgeable Tiffany was when working with her. All 5 stars of this review go straight to her and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking at purchasing a new or used vehicle.
Purchased a new car with George on Monday and the process was swift and painless! He was very attentive and stuck with me from start to finish. Came here to get my new Honda CR-V serviced. Hands down 5 star on the first impression! Had Marvin, great guy, confident, knows what he’s doing, gets you in and out. The atmosphere of this place was very much akin to a well oiled machine. Customers are a priority for these guys! I know I’ll be coming here for the foreseeable future ;)
I had a great experience with my car purchase on 7/29/21. I was quoted a price based off what I saw online and that price was honored by Bobby, the GSM. He was very helpful, honest, and upfront (there was no hidden agenda). I drove quite a distance from VA to MD in order to get this deal, which was the best that I could find. My salesman was Donny, who was also wonderful to work with. Donny took the time to go through all of the bells and whistles my Hatchback had to offer and explained how things worked. In additional n, he ended up staying late past his time to get off to see my deal through from start to finish despite my late arrival due to excessive traffic. If you are in the market for a Honda - I definitely recommend this place!
Thanks to a wonderful gentleman in the service department who overheard my stress about the rental car that in fact was NEVER booked for me (after I asked multiple times with the scheduler last week to make sure it was set up with the Ourisman rate), what was turning into a hassle and frustration (would have had to wait hours for a rental and go thru who knows what hoops at that point to get the discounted rate) ended with a loaner from their department for the few days while my car was in the shop. Thank you so much for that customer service, after an oopsie that could have turned chaotic for a mother who had a toddler tagging along and could have put a major damper on our morning! Hopefully, the scheduling department will iron out this rental car thing moving forward. Thanks again!

The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Mohammed was very good. Even gave me a loaner car, while my car was being serviced.
East to make an appointment which was nice. I got a tire rotation, an oil change, and a general inspection on everything else which took 2 hours. After I left, my brakes are now squeaking. If there was an issue with the breaks, why was it not found and corrected during the inspection? The car is only 1 year old.
Using Ourisman was my first dealer experience and I was incredibly nervous. They made the process comfortable and easy to understand. I was very pleased with my time there.
Excellent communication before, during, and after the appointment. Kris was processing the vehicle in within 5 seconds of me pulling into the bay. The shuttle service had me on the road in under 5 minutes. Definitely better service than Annapolis. This is my new service center going forward!
Customer Service was awesome even though I did not book an appointment. They took excellent care of my 2018 Type R. They called me with a very quick response time alerting me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Nothing but great things to say about the Ourisman Honda in Laurel.
Have called this place three times to schedule a recall service for navigation upgrade (4 months ago) and today I called again to inquire on an ATF cooler. They tell me they’re going to have a service technician call me back, yet to happen.

Ourisman did everything that Heritage couldn’t. They got me in for an appointment the next DAY, not 3 weeks later. The Service techs At Ourisman were extremely helpful and honest and explained what Heritage had done wrong and how they were going to fix it. Constant communication was great and I trusted their diagnostic abilities. Will now become a long term customer of Ourisman for their ability to identify the problem, show where others went wrong, and then fixed it. Going on a week with ac unit functioning just as designed and well.
Mr. Yoon was friendly, knowledgeable and didnt waste any time diagnosing my cars issue. He was 100% sure it was a battery issue and he was right. No bs, no wasting time, no pressure - excellent experience!
Took the car in after a major oil leak. I thought I broke a hose but the mechanic said it was just a burst gasket. I had it there first thing in the morning and I was out in 45 minutes. My warranty covered everything so there was no complication. I did just have this vehicle serviced at this center a few months ago, Im willing to believe it was just a freak part malfunction rather than someone didnt do the job right last time. Well check back in a few months.

Chris in the Honda Service Center was great to work with. The work got done very quickly and I would highly recommend asking for Chris when scheduling service.
The service took longer than expected, but the crew made sure that everything was in proper working order before returning my vehicle to me. David and Mehgan are very courteous. The only thing that bothered me was the 400 miles put on my vehicle while it was un the shop. Not sure why that amount of driving was required.
Great customer experience. My service representative, Vincent, was great and found me $200 is coupons. I only had issues with finding a parking spot when my wife dropped me off.

Great customer service. Was able to make an appointment pretty last minute, as opposed to another nearby honda dealership that does not do service appts at all. Was in and out quickly, and they even offered to grab me breakfast while I waited. Super friendly and efficient. Will return for sure!
My fiancé and I had a pleasant experience at ourisman Honda. Everyone is nice. Tiffany is our sales person she’s so sweet. They all were upfront and communicated very well during our process. Tiffany still continues to reach out and check up on us, I really appreciate her. I been to other dealers and never experienced customer service from the staff like this. We definitely will be returning in the future.
