I came here for the first time a couple of days ago with my car to get a set of aftermarket wheels mounted/fitted on my garage queen Camaro and throughout the entire process, these guys were honest, detailed and up front about what needed to be done to make them work. They couldn’t finish the install the same day- unsurprisingly, due to the work being more involved than anticipated, but Chris was quick to get me back on the schedule at a later time to bring the car back in to finish it up. I am very meticulous and detailed with my car and can tell these guys are as the same way. Highly recommend!

Been going to Elite for years. Being a 30yr mechanic myself I dont easily trust my vehicles to others for service. That being said, for me leaving my vehicles for service with Chris & Elite is like leaving my kids with my mother(RIP). To much, maybe just saying I trust them. Chris has always been 100 with me. When I cant do it myself, they can. They have helped me keep my 2002 330i running like new. Starter went on my 2010 Dodge Journey recently towed to Elite, repaired and back in a day. All in between handles appropriately. I could continue with numerous repairs they have performed for me. . Major, minor or cosmetic, I recommend Elite Auto.

Brought my car in for clutch replacement and am content with the work however the professionalism displayed is off putting. Broken oil pressure gauge upon return of vehicle and company blamed the vehicles wiring for the issue.In response to the manager who commented. The reason I did not come back in is because I immediately was told that the issue was because of interior wiring which has nothing to do with the oil pressure sender. Upon inspection of the vehicle I found the sender had been unplugged which is next to the oil filter . I am sure your mechanic would have found this but the way I was responded to on the phone was not professional. Instead of blaming a customer vehicle for an issue that was nonexistent before dropping it off a simple apology and offer to look at it would have sufficed. Your shop does fine work but the professional aspect needs work. When I arrived in the morning the gentleman i spoke with could not even give me a firm quote on my vehicle. Additionally I never received a call when the vehicle was completed which is odd to me. I called at 12 and was told the vehicle was almost completed but then had to come in for myself at 5 to see the car already completed. Again for anybody reading this comment this shop does good work, but for me the professionalism will prevent me from using them in the near future. Chris and his team at Elite are honestly the best. I have been going to Elite for several years now. He has worked on all my families members vehicles and cars I have previously owned.There has plenty of times that I have had last minute emergencies, or things break and Elite always worked late or worked diligently to get the issue fixed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Loyal, honest shops are hard to come by nowadays so I am grateful for these guys.

I am really happy with the quality of work from Elite Auto Service, but Im most impressed by their professionalism and honesty. I went in with a check engine light that required a very costly repair. Chris researched the problem for me, found out that it was a defective part in my model year, and encouraged me to reach out to my dealer before they did any work in case there was an extended warranty on the defective part. He saved me a very costly repair! Any time I have been there, they have been transparent and honest about the work that was needed and show the utmost professionalism. They have always helped me to understand exactly what is going on and what my options are. I know I can trust them, and look forward to continued service with them.

Went there to have my fenders rolled and to do spark plugs and coils on my Audi S4. Fender roll was fine, but definitely overpriced at $60/ corner when most places only ask $25-30. The real killer was that they charged me $300 for spark plugs and coils. When I asked for a breakdown the lady at the desk told me that it was 2 hours at $100/hour for the plugs, and it SHOULD have been another 2 hours for the coils making the total $400 but they were doing me a “favor” by knocking it down one hour. The coils are already out when doing plugs... so I was charged $100 to reach over and pull one out of the box I provided instead of putting the old one back in. Literally 0 extra labor but I was given a “break” by paying for only one hour. Even when I expressed my frustration at the desk when checking out all I was told was “it should have been $400”. Other than that it was an average experience. I have no doubt in the ability of their work, however would have preferred a little bit more humanity with the pricing. Definitely would recommend but only if you have deep pockets.Bumped from 2 to 4 stars after the shop response as I did agree to the pricing of the coil and spark plug replacement, although I was definitely never notified of the pricing of the roll. Partially my fault as I didn’t ask and just assumed it was the industry standard from past experiences.FWIW Chris the owner was extremely kind and helpful, just had a bad experience with the pricing.

Chris, and all the guys here are great. Anytime i take my car or trucks anywhere i get anxiety, will the work be done right, is everything going to get torqued to spec, will they start the lugs by hand and not with an impact, is anything going to get cross threaded... just things that go through my head. Chris put my mind at ease and did a great job with my raptor leveled and getting the wheels mounted and balanced. The work is done in a very timely manner and I felt like everyone took pride in their work and cared. Would highly recommend them! Its hard to find a shop that not only does routine service work but also works with the custom aftermarket side and these guys deliver. trustworthy, fair pricing, and great work. I drive all the way from virginia and will now continue to do so to have them work on my cars.

I was happy with experienced mechanics

So I was driving behind a huge Mack tuck when the Mack truck released all these huge rocks that hit my car and I ran over it. Immediately my car was advising me that I was low on oil so I pulled over and noticed my oil pan is been cracked open and oil is leaking out. I googled mechanics near me and came across Elite import auto service Chris, Sean and the whole crew are amazing!!! They went above and beyond to help me and my situation. I had to be back in Jersey the next day!! they were understanding, honest and Professional they stayed up all night working on my car so I can go home ! I strongly recommend anybody to bring their vehicle to Elite import auto service!!! Ps I drove back to Jersey with no problems great quality work !!!

Im not even sure if there are enough positive things to say about this shop! About a year ago, I brought my 16 Veloster Turbo into Elite just to see if they could help me realize my vision for my car. Within minutes of talking with Chris, I knew that this shop would take care of me. Since that day Ive had all of my performance (and some cosmetic) work done here (aftermarket exhaust, coilovers, air suspension, aftermarket pulleys, upgraded fuel line, wheels, tires) Im a DIYer with most things car related (I know my limits!), but when the time comes, I know that I can call up Elite and have my repair (or otherwise) completed with exceptional results.I am also a HUGE fan of their meticulous attention to detail. This may be annoying to some, but for me, Id rather a repair be done right, not quick!The staff at Elite are knowledgeable, friendly, and keep you informed throughout the process of your repair. I simply cannot overstate how much I appreciate these guys for putting the time into my car. It means a lot to know that they care as much about my car as I do.Consider me a fan for life!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I wish there was a no star option this place is a RIP OFF. I went for an estimate knowing my waterpump may have been bad. The owner has me pull into the garage and within 2 mins he goes you need to replace the waterpump no problem I thought that may be the case. He goes on to tell me that I needed to replace every hose and gasket associated with the water pump. I questioned his diagnosis and he stood by it stating that they would not fix my car without replacing ALL HOSES/Gaskets etc. His reason was that those other parts sometimes dont work after changing the waterpump. I took my car somewhere else and found out that the waterpump had fallen down ontop of my engine. These guys didnt even see that the waterpump was ontop of the engine and the worse part is I paid Elite a $100.00 diagnosis fee. I paid less than their estimate to have everything fixed including fixing the damage from the waterpump falling *motormounts* ... I should have believed the bad reviews before wasting my money with these guys. Went there to get a motor blower replaced in my 08 nissan. When i called the morning of for a quote i was quoted 150 for labor and was told to bring my own parts. After going to buy my own parts i was told that they do not install parts that are not theirs. Ok not that big of an issue so i leave my car to be worked on. I get a call and the guy says it will actually be 755 dollars to replace the motor blower ( which is a $78 part at autozone). So i was upset that they did not honor anything they said over the phone i guess they were just trying to get me in the shop or the guy that answered the phone just had no clue of what he was talking about. Still however that not big of a deal. So i decline the service and just get an oil change and fluids checked preparing for a road trip. Next day i come pick it up the passenger side underneath the glove box had some of the interior pulled out and not replaced.Heres where things got bad and is the reason im leaving the bad review. Got on the road and about one hour into the trip my car stops running. I get it to a 711 ( nothing else is open) do my checks and the transmission fluid is depleted. All the way. Never have i see that before even in a car with a leak have i seen it this low. I bought 8 liters of transmission fluid poured it in was good to go so that also proves that i didnt have a leak. The only thing that ot could have been is that they drained it when the checked fluids ither purposely or accidental and never replenished it.Long story short do not go here.

Dont Waste Your Time or Money. I had purchased new tires that were installed at Costco. I was getting a steering wheel vibration, so I brought my vehicle here since they have the fancy Hunter GSP9700 Road Force Balancer. They balanced the front wheels for $30. Still had the problem. Had to come back a few weeks later. They claimed the front wheels were still balancing to zero, so they balanced the rear wheels for another $30. Still had the problem. Ended up going to another shop that knows how to use the GSP9700. The balance on one wheel was off by 0.25 oz. After that, problem solved!! I wish I could get my $60 back from Elite Importz!!

$120 to mount and balance 2 tires on OEM rims? Seems expensive.
