Took my vehicle here for Safety Inspection. It took almost 2hours for the inspection. It worth the wait, coz I love their seat couch! And, the place is clean and calm.Kirsten (not sure of her name exactly) is so accommodating and loves to share stories with you.Even the mechanic (I forgort to get his name) will fill you with some advise and tips for your car. I learned a lot from him. Now, I know why this place has a 5 star rating in Google Maps. π
Avoid this place at all cost. The shop manager refused to service my car after having it for an hour because he didnβt want any βtroubleβ. Nothing about me or my interactions here suggested I would cause trouble. Except for my appearance of course.
Steve, Nick, and the other staff are incredibly competent and they have been taking care of my car for 17 years. I can always count on them not only to tell me the truth but to be reasonably priced and I dont know what I would do without them. If you are in Laurel or anywhere near Laurel I wouldnt waste my money on any other car care place but there.
I actually applied to work here. It is very clean and organized and have good customer reviews about the service they provide to the public. The whole atmosphere is upbeat. The owner Steve was professional and pleasant to meet with. He was direct about what he needed for the position and listened to my response with interest and consideration. I also met a couple of his employees who displayed a positive attitude and seem to respect and enjoy working there. I hope to get hired by this company.
Great service. Steve is knowledgeable and no nonsense.
I took my car there for a state inspection and was told that my car didnt have a catalytic converter and the brake light didnt fully illuminate along the back hatch, and a laundry list of things. They wanted to charge me almost $1500 to fix those things. I knew it couldnt be true. I actually took it to the Toyota dealer to get inspected. Guess what, the car did have a catalytic converter and the brake light is not supposed to fully illuminate across the back hatch by Toyota design. They tried to rip me off.Would not recommend them to anyone.
Very friendly staff and was very pleased with the work that they did to my car. Definitely will go back to them again.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Steve and the rest of the team at All Pro. I needed a lot done to my car to pass inspection, in a short time-frame, with a limited budget. Steve didnt hesitate to listen to my story, be truly honest about the work that had to be done and the price range, offer his opinion on MVA logistics, and he was very kind keeping me updated throughout the process. In the end, the work was finished early at a fair price, and All Pro did a beautiful job. They really care about their customers. My recommendation couldnt be more enthusiastic! I will drive the 35 minutes to All Pro again and again!
Been going to All Pro for over 20 years, The Manager Steve is a Straight Shooter as is his Chief Mechanic Nick. Sherry, their Receptionist & Office Manager is exceptional as well. They have handled all of our Family Cars for years & will always give you a fair cost estimate up front- - as well as a Heads Up on potential problems in your cars future. Try them ! Youll be a customer for life.
Very nice receptionist, the owner came out personally and inspected my car for a fix it ticket. Plus they didnt charge me. This is one of the few ships around that dont gouge you
I am kind of surprised at all of the negative reviews. We have been taking our car to All Pro for around 8 years. Steve is always great at telling us what we need to do, what can wait until next time, etc. he also helped us save money when buying a car, looking up comparable vehicles for our vehicles, and giving advice on what to say to the dealer. The prices have always been reasonable for the work. I send any friends here that ask.
They are very knowledgeable and dont try and sell you services you dont need. They also tell about things you might need in the future so you can prepare financially. Would give them 5 stars if they were speedier.
Great service, polite staff and an overall good experience
Weve been taking our cars to All Pro for more than 10 years. We can always count on Steve and his guys to do a great job at a reasonable price. We use the early bird drop off feature (at least thats what I call it, dropping the car off before they open). They always call us to tell us up front what work is needed and the cost associated with the job. We only take our cars to the dealer while they are still under warranty. After that, we take them to All Pro for oil changes and all other repairs. We give Steve, Nick and the others top marks for their work!
The best mechanic Ive ever dealt with.
My experience was terrible from start to finish. I called ahead of time to make sure they had an availability and dropped my car off about 10 minutes later. It was for a MD State Inspection, so it should only take about an hour to two hours max to complete. They told me upon dropping my car off that they were taking my car back right away to begin the inspection, so I went home to wait for the call. Two hours later I called them asking if everything was okay, and they said they were still working on my car. At the four hour mark I walked down there and asked what was taking so long. They said, conveniently, that they were just finishing up.The mechanic (Steve?) came out to speak to me and had a laundry list of all of the things that were supposedly wrong with my car. About $1000 worth of things ranging from a new motor mount, to a new serpentine belt (even though mine had been replaced only months before). He also told me I didnt have seat belts in the back seats of my car, even though I told him how they were there but just tucked into the seats. He didnt even look for them! He just assumed they werent there since he could not see them at first glance. I paid for the inspection and left, already looking for another place to give me a second opinion.I found a very highly rated place nearby and took it there for yet another State inspection. They said EVERYTHING passed except for my tint, which was too dark. They even told me how they could still see the numbers and letters printed on my serpentine belt, proving how new it really is.Overall, I would not recommend this guy. He is a scammer and is just trying to make as much money off of you as he possibly can.
Avoid this place!!! I carried my car to this shop for a MD state inspection. The owner wrote the vehicle up for $1395.86 in repairs to get it through the state inspection. He claimed that the power steering pump and rack and pinion were leaking. He also said the rear shocks were bad. They have less than 5,000 miles of use. The oil on the rack and pinion was from removing the oil filter during oil changes. The filter is about 4 inches above the rack and pinion. Nothing was wrong with the rear shocks. I carried the vehicle to another shop to get inspected and it passed with no problems. Dont waist your time and money!! Pay the extra $20.00 and get your inspection done at an honest shop.
I take all of my familys vehicles here. They always do quality work.
Quick service and the owner explains everything to you.
10 year customer. Not once was an issue missed or ignored. Time on repair and quality of work are more than reasonable. Steve will let you know everything that has and will go wrong with your car and how long you have before it becomes a problem. Tried other guys and left with more problems than fixes.
Very friendly auto mechanics and technicians driven to assist you with your vehicle issues with personalized service.
Avoid this place. What a sloppy service here. A friend of my went in there for oil change; and they did not put the cap on the engine. We found out two days after from the service. This is 1st first time in my life I ever heard of this sloppy work! The oil change service is somewhat very simple and straight forward. By forgetting to put it back is not a professional.
Stay away unless you want to waste your whole day and hundreds of dollars with it. We needed a state inspection done and it took them 6 hours, when it says all over the internet it should take no longer than 1.5 hours, and every time I called to check on the status the inspector was out. When the inspection was finally done 10 minutes before close, there were a few simple things needed to be fixed. The inspector quoted us $550 for the repairs. We took it somewhere else and got it done for $220. So these people try to rip you off big time!! Thumbs down.
Family oriented. Very helpful take my wife)
Steve was the best. He explained to me what was wrong with the car and this was after fire stone had charged me $600 and I was scheduled to go back and pay them another $700. Now Steve explained to me that I did not need those extra parts that firestone had said I needed to change and the work they did on my breaks was not properly done. Steve did all of this for FREE even advised me on how to adress the issue with firestone so they can put in the parts I already paid for. So long story short Steve saved me $700 and more. I can say I definitely trust him with my car and I also recommended my friends.
I personally like this place for oil change and recommend it because the prices are very reasonable and costumer service is outstanding.
Rip off place. Took my car there after getting a Groupon. Boy were they dishonest. Steve the owner and his team of thieves will rob you the moment you walk in the door. Misrepresented half the stuff needed to be done. Didnt do all the work that they said they would do. The groupon is a tool for this guy to reel then in. Then he slowly butchers you.
Very unprofessional and unfriendly to put it nicely! Stay away from him if you can!I bought a Groupon for this place for 3 oil changes and 1 set of wiper blades. After trying 3 times to get an appointment, I filed a complaint with Groupon. I get a call next day with the date & time I want.Visit 1: I go in with my Hyundai Sonata 2011 for an oil change, and he recommends a full synthetic oil change with an upgrade cost ($$), and a bunch of other services. Even though I knew I didnt need synthetic oil, I called the dealer in front of him who confirmed that, and he still wouldnt agree to it. When I insist, he questions my judgement and gives me an earful!Visit 2: To use up my Groupon, I go back with my wifes Nissan Versa 2011 for an oil change. He comes out with an Engine Air Filter, highly recommends I change it and the irony of the matter is that it isnt even dirty! When I decline all his recommendations (car only has 24k miles on it, serviced by the dealer at regular intervals), he points out how careless I am for not changing the oil every 3,000 miles. He flips out when I point out that Nissan recommends oil change at 7,500 highway miles, and goes off on a tangent.Visit 3: Never happening. Called Groupon, provided the facts of the case and they refunded the entire balance. Quite pleased with how Groupon handled it.I sincerely hope this helps you make an informed decision.
DNT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THE OWNER STEVE IS A COMPLETE DISHONEST JERK! JUST OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. Took my car there to check an oil leak he comes up with a ton of other BULLCRAP that i didnt ask him to check and then says he put the car on a diagnostic machine which I did not authorize him to do and charges me for it!! And never was able to tell me the reason for the oil leak!! The original reason the car was taken there. He will be taken to court!
Fast and good customer service.
All Pro did a great job ! I was very happy with the results and especially the price!
Always helpful and informative.
Owner is a liar and money hungry. Instead of fixing what was really wrong with my car he made stuff up.
Very easy appointment and nice staff
β’ Unnecessary Workβ’ Overchargingβ’ Sloppy Serviceβ’ Greedy OwnerTry someplace more honest or prepare to empty your wallet here.Steve the owner is a crook.
Great service, friendly.
This shop over charges and will try and get you to do work that your car does not need or tell you something is wrong when it is not just to get more work and $$$ out of you. Beware!
Went in for an oil change - came out needing a new rotor, caliper, and brake pads on ONLY the right side.Went in to get the brakes inspected - came out needing a new windshield (for which the manager, Steve, refused to take responsibility). Horrible.
Highly recommended.
VERY GOOD ATTENTION APPEARANCES DECEIVED WHEN TREATING THE PERSONNEL I SERVE ME. VERY VERY WELL I GIVE YOU A. 6
