Hmmm since all I got was 2 hold on pls and then no answer the last 4 times I called I guess my experience was sh^+% !!Customer service didnt even bother answering their phone and there is no press so so # for the auto careSo yea my over all experience was not good and I would not recommend them for anything not even to check the air in my tires. And dont say they were busy or anything like that. The guy was rude both times that someone did answer (same person by the way)

Made an appointment online to get some tires installed that I ordered from Walmart online. Received a confirmation email for the date, time and order no of my appointment. Got there and they couldnt find my appointment in the computer even though I showed them my confirmation email. Ended up being there for 2 hrs waiting before my truck was ready.

Well lets see were to start lol. Well bought 4 brand new tires on the 13th of January before I even pulled out of the parking lot my car said low tire pressure I pulled up to the doors and the guy put more air in the tire. I get home and wake up the next day to a completely flat tire! I take it up there and they said they couldnt find anything wrong with them. Okay so the next week it keeps coming up low tire pressure and keep having to put air in them. Within a few days it would be almost flat. I finally take it back up there and they replaced the stem valve and now they havent went flat its been 3 weeks and still holding up but still thats to many times to have to drive 25 miles for them to just say nothings wrong with it.

Waited forty minutes just to get a simple oil change, but apparently even though there were five hours left in their shop time they were ‘done doing orders’ for the day. The cashier was friendly enough, but she had a hard time getting anyone over to actually talk to me, and the lady that did eventually let me know that they were ‘done’ for the day was unapologetic and cold, even though I had wasted forty minutes of my day here. I won’t touch this place ever again. I knew better to come to the auto care center but I’ll trust my gut next time. Get better staff back there and another cashier because she was obviously stressed out being the only one.

Took a little bit but they did what was asked and it was cheap. 2 nails and 5 hrs from home

Walmart changed my oil in both my cars and both of them tore up. I went there my cars was fine but I left there with an oil leak that I didn’t have before I went to Walmart..... Never again

One of the best experiences I have had with any Wal-Mart tire center. You guys ROCK. So friendly and kind.. Im blown away .. Praise God.. Hit a ladder on the interstate and had to be towed. Only had to pay $31.. Im blessed... Keep up the great work crew.. proud of you folks for sure...

Had a tread complete peel out of my tire. I took it off of my car and to Walmart. They had a new one on the wheel in no time, and cheaper than anyone else in town. Good thing too, had a trip to Jackson the next day!

A complete joke for a tire center. 2 hrs 30 mins and did not touch my white car. However 5 black folks came in and they got right on it. It was run by blacks and the blacks didmt care if they got toe or not. Matter of fact one guy said he have to wait Im humgry!. So this ol boy wont be back. It is what it is I guess!

Prices were excellent on new tires & oil change, but wait time was to long.

Waiting room was very hot, and had to wait 3 hours to get oil changed. Go to a place that actually specializes in oil changes and save the wait and pain.

Terrible wait. Every time I have gone it has been atleast a 4 hour wait. If you are going here be prepared to walk around wal-mart for hours on end.

I was in need of an oil change Sat for almost 2 hours for an oil change. PATHETIC. Do not use Walmart, period.

Terrible service. It starts with trying to call them. Most of the time they do not answer. When they do answer they are rude and have an attitude. Wont be giving walmart my business anymore. I would rather pay twice as much somewhere else

Slow slow slow. 2 and a half hours and waiting for a battery check.

Personel at the register next to the door where you inquire about service needs replacing.Allowing young maybe friend or relative, I dont know walk in front of older persons that have been standing there a while. She finishes up with another customer,answers a phone, talks with a guy for a second or two. The lady walked off.

Terrible service lost one of my center caps and said they didnt.got rite down the road and my car was shaking got out and looked and they did not tighten none of my lug nuts on both front tires

Went to buy car battery, twice the cashier served people behind me, moving them in front of me. I had to stop the girl from pushing me back the third time. All I had was a single battery in my cart. Not happy about the service.
