Bob/Carbody Collision Ctr. saved me money & got my vehicle back to me in the time promised. Which is all great things, especially since I paid out of pocket! They did everything discussed on the estimate. Bob kept me informed through the process & didnt mind explaining things. I would definitely use Carbody Collision Ctr. again. Oh & I believe Bob was honest with me. Something that you dont find too often in the industry. Last thing, they returned my vehicle back to me cleaner than I gave it to them! Too bad it didnt take long for my 6 & 7 year olds to dirty it lol.

Great service! Bob himself will give you as much information and detail before he starts his project/service. He and his techs are great.The quality of the final results are outstanding. My mustang looks so aggressive after their service and will make your necks break. Quality is their top priority. He even gave my car a free car wash!! Highly recommended.

The spoiler of my 2020 Lexus car is warped in several areas, Lexus said the spoiler damage is caused by object, its not within their warranty, although there is no scratch on the surface. Came to Carbody, Bobs recommendation is replacing with a new one, but the new spoilers price is around $2600 which is too expensive for a spoiler. After double checking my car, he thought the spoiler is a factory defect and should be covered by the new car warranty. He provided me a letter to clary it and I can use the letter to argue with Lexus. Bob is an awesome guy, and they provide great customer service! I will definitely recommend this body shop to people.

The car looks great. Only problem is it isnt running. There is a clear electrical issue. Not sure if it was missed during the estimate or if it is human error. After repairs, I would think the headlights would have been checked and a red flag raised when the horn sounded when the lights were turned on. Possibly saving me from an out of pocket expense for a starter that was not needed and the expense of finding out what is wrong and getting it fixed.I wanted to leave a great review but with a car that isnt running, I cant and its time to call a lawyer.Edit: Still no responsibility taken and no help in finding out where the problem is. After the unnecessary out of pocket expenses a person would think Bob would have put in an effort to help. He never even got back to us about the damaged wiper fluid reservoir that had nothing to do with the accident. It was new so there was no reason for any damage.Update 5-14-2021After trying a few things on our own, we found that the issue was the brake fluid. It did appear full so it wouldve been easily over looked.The wiper fluid reservoir will be replaced as per Bob as soon as we can get the car back to him.Still disappointed about the out of pocket expense for the starter that was not needed.The last two are the reason for my new rating.

2/23/15Bob at Car Body was super helpful after my Explorer was hit in a parking lot. He worked closely with the insurance company to ensure I received quality parts and delivered the truck back on time. He referred me to a rental car company who was very customer service oriented and affordable. The key remote was not working and he went to Radio Shack and got a new battery and did not charge me for it. Where do you get service like THAT!!The truck looks great and I will definitely see him for any future body work.Ramsey T.

I went to see Bob today (5/17/16) for a quote on a ding in my door. He was very honest with me, replacing the door was the only way to get the ding out because of where it was on the door. He helped me out by banging it out as much as he could for FREE! He is a life saver, you can barely tell that the ding is there. I am grateful for him because I have never ran into anyone in the auto business that did anything for free! He is a kind and honest man and I will always bring my cars to him in the future!

WOW!!! My girlfriends car was hit in the passenger quarter panel and door. We had originally taken the car to another shop and they basically said it wasnt fixable. We then took the car to Bob. Bob is one of those guys that everybody in customer service should aspire to be like. Polite, professional, funny and absolutely cares about his customers and goes the extra mile and then some!. He quoted us thousands of dollars less than the other shop and explained what would need to be done and what wouldnt need to be done. The price seemed completely logical and fair. Fast forward a week and the car is done. We picked up the car and wow did it look amazing. The damage to the car was in a spot that seemed hard to fix but the people at Carbody are true craftsman and absolute masters at what they do. You could never tell it got hit. The only thing I can say is the paint wasnt a perfect match. But given its a car that had been repainted already I cant complain one bit. The experience with Bob and Carbody in general was beyond my expectations. Im thankful to have bumped into Bob at a local AutoZone and asked him questions about my own car or i may have never known about his company. I 1000% recommend Carbody for anyone needing bodywork.

I had to get my windshield replaced and dents/ scratches fixed on my car due to something hitting my car randomly on the highway. It was the first time anything like this had happened to me so I was worried about paying more than I needed to. Bob was so nice and professional and walked me through step by step. He was great at communicating and got all of the work done with a couple of days. He made the process so easy and I am so thankful. Though the work was done quickly, him and his team did an amazing job and you can’t even tell anything even happened to my car. I would 100% recommend them to everyone!

I needed to change my license plates but the screws became rusted over the years and stuck. A few mechanics I went to before werent much help until I came to Bob. Hes been the owner of Carbody Collision for over 30 years. Bob was able to see me the same day I called, he kindly changed my plates for me, fixed a loose bumper Ive had for years and even cleaned my foggy headlights. And he did it all with no charge! Bob proved to be very knowledgeable at what he does, down to the nuts and bolts of a car. His office staff was also very helpful and friendly. He is definitely the honest business owner that we need more of in this world.

Great auto body shop. I took my car here for the first time after having my bumper damaged in a collision. Bob warned me that white was a tough color to match but when i got it back it looked perfect. They do very good work and are extremely nice people, I would definitely recommend if you need anything done.

Carbody was fast and reasonably priced. I hit a deer (the deer wasnt injured, but my car sure was) and couldnt open my door anymore. Carbody ordered a new fender, painted it, and did the repairs in two days! I was so appreciative. Great place.

The owner, Bob Gload, went above and beyond my expectations for saving me money and going the extra mile. His shop is busy and for good reason. By the time the car was ready, he gave me the leftover spare paint and showed me some other dents that I wasnt expecting to have fixed. You would never know that just five days earlier the front bumper was being held up with red duck tape! My car was cleaned and sparkling and the paint matched flawlessly. Also, his office staff are fantastic. Great work and fantastic customer service.

I had an excellent experience, I called Terry( shop manger) on Sunday about a problem with my front bumper hanging down and rubbing against my tire. He told me to stop by after work on Monday and he would take a look at it. When I got there he was very friendly and made me feel at ease.He started to working immediately and fixed my bumper in no time. It only took him about 15 minutes . I was impressed with his work. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said nothing. I was stunned because this level of kindness is rare . I was elated !! He only asked that I write a review online, which I am more than happy to because he made my day. I am going to recommend Carbody to everyone I know for their auto body work needs.

I took my car in around 8:00 a.m. to get the bumper replaced. Bob gave me a ride to work and had my car ready by the end of the day so I didnt need a rental car. He ended up not needing one of the parts so he gave me a credit for it. His prices were competitive.

I had three small (yet annoying) dents in my new Challenger, and Carbody Collision Center removed them all--perfectly--in about two hours; I felt the price was quite reasonable. Bob, the owner, dropped me off at my home and picked me up when the work was done. Hes a good man doing a great business. Excellent customer service skills, great communication and follow up, but misses the mark with hit or miss decent body work. Beautiful job on my bumpers paint job, though comparatively overpriced. Not the cheapest, but some of the work is quite good. They do take liberties in quoting once price and hitting you with quite more. Bob is personable, which is nice. Would still consider going elswhere due to some lousy touchup paints ( wrong color entirely out of laziness. Random bright silver chrome paint splotches dabbed onto a gold car? ) and due to overcharging vs. quotes. 65 dollar brake pads instead of 35, etc... Not ideal.

This place is my new go-to body shop. Bob took the time to go over my whole vehicle with me and discuss the different options I could go with. I had paintless dent repair performed on a tired looking 15 year old Subaru. I cannot believe the transformation. Every door, fender, and quarter panel had various sized dents and dings. Now I cant even remember where they all were because every panel looks straight just like it did from the factory. The specialists here are top notch. Bob even redid the window trim and touched up other spots that were not even mentioned by me. Truly the best customer service and value in the area. Im coming back with my other vehicle for paint work this time.

I got sandwiched between 2 cars merging and my car was MESSED. Bob got it all fixed up again. Had problems with my insurance trying to get him to use parts from a different model, but he fought for me and got them to do it right. This guy is A+.

This guy did a great job on my Toyota Corolla, They do work for carmax and are really great for that brand of car. They have one of the lowest prices on repairs with great service still too. Id recommend them to anyone whos looking to get work done after a collison, a paint job, or any other body work. They also do it fast as they can too which is a huge help as well. Its a family run business and they provide great service. Would reccomend to anyone. They are a little known secret in Laurel.
