My drivers door locking mechanism got jammed, so the door couldnt even close shut .. on the afternoon before Christmas eve. Perfect timing. They were able to fix it quick and get me back on the road for the holidays. Completely saved me ! And I will be going back for future repairs.

This place deserves MORE than 5 stars. After reading reviews online I decided to give these guys a try. I had front bumper damage, needed new safety sensor, headlights, slight paintwork and the grills replaced. This team ordered, received the parts and got the work done in under 72 hours! They even cleaned my car inside AND out. Ivan made sure to update me along the way and continuously provide excellent customer service while my car was in their hands.My car looks impeccable and brand new. Repairs to my sexy lexy was magnificent! When I picked her up she was clean and shiny. Ernie worked very hard to get me the best price possible by having my parts ordered to save money and extending a discount for teachers. that was needed. The work of work was excellent. However, they were so busy, i waited at least 2 hrs. I was very pleased with the job and received a thorough car wash on the outside.

FIVE STARS IS NOT enough to express how great these people are! Absolutely honest and work with you ( no low balls of course) just all around genuinely good people. Very refreshing in this day and age! I went there to get my front end worked on after the side of my car was backed into. I found this gem on google after going to a few places and the prices were a little steep. I spoke with Mr. Ivan ( I absolutely ADORE HIM) not only did he work with me on the pricing ( far below the other estimates I had gotten ) he offered to assist me with a rental using his discount! LOOK no further for a body shop. I was in need of a body shop but hadnt needed one in years and recalled my last experience with a former shop as being less than what I had expected. So I searched on GOOGLE maps for body shops within a reasonable distance form my home in Columbia. I looked at the reviews and picked 5. BAC was my first visit. Ivan came out, looked at my car and gave me a very fair estimate. I noticed the way Ivan interacted with other customers and his employees with the utmost respect. Two hours after I left the shop, I called back to schedule the repair. The repair was done timely and the workmanship was second to none. I recommend BAC. They exceeded my expectations. These guys are the best! I could tell when I first talked to Ivan over the phone that I would get the best service! Ivan ordered the part for me, called me when it came in, and had his guys put it on immediately when I got there, just like he promised! He also suggested some minor touch-ups on my vehicle before I traded it in, and the dealer says the body was perfect, they didnt see any scratches, thusly giving me a nice deal on my trade-in! I went there and got body work done to my 2016 Toyota Camry car. My car looks like new again and the service from Ivan was impeccable. I didn’t use insurance and Ivan gave me the best possible price after all the shopping around I had to do. I would definitely repeat if something happens to my automobile again!!

I recently had a dent repaired at the BAC Collision Center. I got estimates from three shops in the Bowie area and BACs estimate was 30% lower than the other two estimates. The job was completed on time and was done at the price quoted. Best of all, my car looks great. Hopefully I wont need a body shop in the future but if I do I will return to BAC Collision Center.

These guys are an up and coming body work facility and have been making the best of their location. Doing frame work, body damage and paint repair, they have proven to be a comparable service provider to major chains. The staff manager, Ivan is well versed in body repair as well as the vendors and insurances that work in the industry. He does his best to get you the most value out an insured job. As far as I can tell, they are making expansions and efforts to improve their lot as well as range of services. They provide shuttling services if picking up in Bowie maryland is needed.Keep up the good work guys.

BAC was nothing short than amazing dropped my Nissan off and when I picked it up it looked brand new.! I had my bumper replaced and a detail. I recommend them hand down. Ivan is just the best PERIOD !

Ivan is very easy to work with. He gave me a price and even though we called it ballpark he stuck to it. He gave me worse case scenarios that did not happen, and the vehicle was finished earlier than he said. Great customer service.

I wish I can give more than 5 star, am still in shock after mr Ivan and his team fixed my accident car. My car was clean inside out. After fixing the drivers broken headlamp, they cleaned the other passengers headlamp to make it look brand new, I couldn’t even tell the difference. I made an appointment to came here after getting into a fender-bender on my front bumper. Ivan gave me an estimate based on the worst-case scenerio and told me he would not charge any more than that unless parts had to be fixed (it was a good estimate). I also noticed my trunk was not closing properly, so I had him do an additional estimate on that as well.The staff were very nice and I was given a loan car (I just had to fill up the gas prior to returning it) for free because my car required about a week in the shop. Ivan called me before they were about to start work on my car to let me know he could save me $600 due to not needing the additional parts fron the original esitimate he put in and to get my ok to start fixing the car.When I got my car back, the repairs looked perfect and Ivan went through every peice of work they had done on the car. My car was even externally and internally cleaned like it was brand new! It was done to perfection and I will definitely return in the future to get my cars exterior and interior cleaned after the winter seasons!Also, the Groupon code for this place doesnt work. Dont try using it. Their labor rates are pretty fair prices.
