A friend of mine had her 2007 Mustang GT recently repaired. ...sort of... We were aware that concessions would need to be made based on part availability. When we were called to pick up the car, it was not complete, it was not clean, and I had to wait for the exterior only to be washed. The interior was beyond dirty. The car is silver. B&W used nasty, dirty, purple door hinges to remount the driver side door. We have waited 4 weeks to get one piece of trim painted and returned. B&W never called until we insisted the part be ready for pick up today.

Overspray all over front of car.Felt like sandpaper on the entire front.When I asked them to remove it owner Donnie got very mad and had a lot to say about it.Had someone at a store point it out to me and said that’s the worst paint job they’ve ever seen.

I am still getting comments about how bad my front bumper looks after the owner insisted that they color matched to the best of their ability.
