Alan is great. Very professional, timely and reasonably priced. He has never tried to get over on me like most mechanics do. In fact in some instances he hasnt even charged for certain services.

Al is the absolute best! He always kept my beloved clunkers running for a fair price and he really knows what he’s doing. I almost wish I still owned a car just so I could still go there.

I bought a car there and it was presented to be unclean with interiors stinking.... with the promise that they will do it the following week, since it’s been raining all day. I got the worst part of it when you call nobody picks the phone.😲

I love this shop. The owner Allen Kwon is very pleasant and patient. Theyve been repairing, painting and doing minor work on my vehicles for several years. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Youll be very happy with their service😆

This has been my worst car repair experience to date! The owner Allen Kwon had my car for over 3 weeks for the check engine light. He initially claimed it would take 2 days to repair but 2 weeks later it was still sitting in his shop. I had to rent a car for 2+ weeks while waiting on him to finish my car. Just when he claimed it was working properly, I’d get back on the road and the check engine light would come on yet again!! Because I was in the middle of purchasing a new home I told him I could no longer afford to rent a car so he offered to let me drive his car until he was finished. As you can imagine, a mechanics work car is oily/dirty/funky but I had no choice but to drive it because I was desperate. When he finally finished the engine work on my car he told me my engine was good to go and that he even gave me a free tune-up. Yeah, right! Two months later the check engine light is back on. I was going to go back to him this weekend to figure out what the problem is but after some very unpleasant text messages Ive decided to just take my car somewhere else. He was very unprofessional and angry so I’d be a fool to take my car back to him – he cannot be trusted at this point!! I have all of my paperwork for the work he claimed to have done so I plan to go to a Mercedes-Benz mechanic for a second opinion. If they tell me he did not do what he claims to have done and doesnt reimburse me for the new repairs, I will be taking him to Small Claims Court. If this review can help but one person my job is done. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place if you have a Mercedes Benz that need engine work. The owner claims to know Mercedes-Benz cars but apparently does not have the expertise to repair them nor the professionalism to work with unsatisfied customers.

In early one very cold morning in 01/2018, my daughter’s BMW 3 Series unexpectedly started randomly miss fires and vigorously shaking and knowing that she’s scheduled to return to school within 24 hours. I had to urgently get this problem fixed. I know I don’t have BMW Dealer $$$ to spend... perplexed as I was, I called a closed friend and was referred to go to Auto Collision & Mechanics for this Repairs... and that they are very knowledgeable with BMW’s repairs and full arrays of vehicle BodyWorks and mechanical works.Needless to say, I was NOT disappointed with the repairs they did to the 3 Series and my daughter was able to go back to school as scheduled.And mostly, the price was fair and just. Since then, they are now my preferred repair auto shop and I had also referred some family friends and the end result had been very positive.

THE MOST REASONABLE MECHANIC I HAVE DEALT WITH. Reasonable rates, never finds other unexpected necessary repairs. Talks with you for alternatives if any. Only one I trust in the area. Has repaired over 20 of my personal and work vehicles for me.

Alan Kwon (if that’s his real name?) and Ramsey Farrar from HFM Auto are thick as thieves, literally. I had issues with a car sold by Ramsey at HFM next door and couldn’t get him to call me back or answer the phone. So i called ACM and asked politely if HFM was still open. Alan’s first response was “Who is this?” which was immediately suspicious. I then told him a minor detail about my issue with HFM and HE KNEW WHO I WAS and immediately began arguing with me! I never talked to or knew about this man before! Why Alan had to know who I was is beyond me except so that these two were trying to pull off an illegal sale. My car was delivered in the middle of the night with no gas and a false title (DMV said it was false and that much info was missing). I had paid in full originally. Now Alan says Ramsay is “in the hospital and leaving the car business”. This is not over.I have also been made aware that many, if not all, of the positive reviews for this business and HFM are fake or submitted by friends and relatives.

Cheap and quick. They do a good job.
