Saleswoman (Erika and Julian) were extremely helpful with my orders. The professionalism and patience with me as I decided how I would like picture frames to be. I will be returning to Michaels with other portraits to be framed. Excellent job.

Super friendly staff. There was a small SKU error and a frame separated from a package deal. The cashier let us know and went out of her way to track down the rest of the frames when she absolutely did not have to do that.

We went to get an art piece framed. The gentleman who helped us (his name starts with a J but I cant remember it) was extremely helpful. He explained the different options (custom, off the shelf and semi-custom), showed my mother-in-law a variety of frame options based on what she told him she wanted and completed the process in a timely manner. I think Ive found my frame guy for the future

Store had everything we needed and wasnt busy for a Saturday afternoon. Purchased some reindeer moss for one of our planters.

Tried to get stuff to make a custom frame to hold my pics spent $21...wasnt what I really needed. Went to Target & found a 24x36 frame with everything I needed for $10. Their stuff is way to expensive. Now I can make my collage of stunt pictures with the Stars Ive worked with & hang it on my wall for all to see...

Always have to wait in line. Line wraps around and often cashier doesnt call for help. They have lots of registers but only 1 or 2 if youre lucky. Always have plenty of time to wait for your purchase.

Love this store, always in good shape and helpful staff. Good clearance section too, especially planner/sticker items, fabric paint and beads.

I went to buy stuff for a food backdrop, could not find right sized plywood. It was sold out. But, I ended up buying other stuff for my DIY projects.The store location is good, there is chipotle nearby, Aldi, a liquor store, so when I went there we ended up checking other stores too.

The lines the wait. Today was spent in lines from Dollar Tree to fast food, and yes Michaels. This was a location I had been to only once before and please hire more help!! We crafters are anxious to get to our crafting not standing in long lines. Otherwise... Michaels has what you need when you need it ...but dont need it in a hurry at this location.

This is always a go-to place when I am in Ocean City. I like this one so much better than the one in my home town. Great selections, great service, quick checkout

..I always loose my mind in Michaels... I looked at beads cause I like to make bracelets. There are so many...there was a sale and I found some that i could see as some cool jewelry I could make...I looked at yarn cause I want to knit a project and found some really cool lightweight turquoise ombre I cant wait to see my finished project...the store is well organized and labeled so its easy to find what you want...which is good cause there are never any sales people available on the floor to help...thats the only negative thing I have to say...checkout is usually smooth sailing, the cashiers are friendly and helpful with using the coupons and getting discounts from the app...I like MICHAELS a lot...

If you need crafting supplies, come here! Home decor, fun projects, kids entertainment, this is your place. If you need art supplies however, go to The Plaza. Markers here cost more than my right kidney...

A neat place without all the things scattered all over the floor, unless its Christmas season and the glitter from the trees falls off. The staff is nice and the shelves are usually very organized and its easy to find what you need. If youre looking for some good art supplies like quality watercolors, Micron fineliners, gel and brush pens, or just feeling crafty you should definitely shop here. It has a wide selection of things and theyre very cool, like things that you would normally find online for a moderate to high price. The bathrooms are okay, nothing too fancy but who cares how fancy your bathroom is??

This Michaels normally have ALL of my crafting needs. If they dont have it on hand, it is quickly ordered and delivered.Here are a few creations from my purchases at Michaels. They are waist beads.

Great store. I cant seem to leave without spending $. I subtracted a star only because the lighting blinks and I wish there was not always music playing! I got used to quiet stores over in Denmark (much more pleasant for my shopping experience). But its a well-stocked store with tons of beautiful and interesting items in it.

Reena does very good job on my eyebrows she is really very sweet girl I havent got like this beautiful eyebrows before with any eyestylish .she does eyebrow tint and lashes and henna tattoos also I recommended all to visit with her and you gonna definitely gonna like her for sure

I loved this place for the incredible amount of items available on the shelves. Looking for a specific type of glue? Likely they have it in aisle 11! I dont like how expensive it is. And I dont like the steep stairs leading from the parking lot up into the store. Lots of parking though, including handicapped. The expense and steep stairs gave it the 2-3 star rating.

Great craft place

All your craft needs all in store. One of my favorite stores. You also can purchase snacks (candy, drinks), seasonal holiday decorations. They also have classes such as learning to make crafts and cake decorating.

Store a little disorganized and understocked post-holiday rush but still able to find what I needed.

Seems a bit smaller than the other Michael’s I’ve been to but had a good experience nonetheless.

I have a weak spot for arts & crafts, and Michaels always manages to scratch the itch. Look for marked down sketch and art paper whenever youre there.

Due to the Pandemic, I went online to order curb side pick up. I went through the process of ordering everything before 3:00pm (as stated online for same day pick up), paid, and waited for an email from the store as to when I should pick up. I did not receive an email for picking up items. I called the store the next day and was told my item was ready but they have no way to control the email sending out the order ready information. I find this to be very strange because how am I suppose to know when to come to pick up order if I was not informed order was ready! This curb side system need to be revamped because it awful.Signed,Frustrated Customer

Id only does Michaels have everything I need for crafts in creativity, but I also get so much inspiration just browsing through the store! I love visiting Michaels!

Nice Michaels with everything in stock usually, and rarely a mess in the shelves. Employees there are kind and knowledgeable, usually easy to find and always willing to help. They have a restroom too, which is great and its kept pretty clean. Michaels always has coupons, and usually a sale or two going on. Always like going there.

Had a stitchery framed today. Had a GREAT guy named Shannon to help us... He was wonderful.

I love Michaels art stores. I can get lost in there for hours. However, this location has something wrong with the lights. I have to wear tinted glasses/shades to feel semi-ok. They have a flickering aspect to them that makes me nauseous (like the cartoons that warn they might cause seizures) and I hate the fact that this is the closest one to me. If they can do ANYTHING about those lights, Id gladly change my rating.

Avery helpful group of employees. The store was huge and they really helped me navigate it. I was looking for silicone flower drying kit which in this store is like a needle in a haystack however when the first associate didnt know where it was located she called the second and the lady took us directly to it. This visit was very pleasant.

We had to leave earlier then needed. The hanging lights were flickering way to much. At least 10-12 of them were doing this. BE CAREFUL MICHAELS!!!! A PERSON WITH EPILEPSY WILL DEFINITELY HAVE AN EPISODE IN SUCH AN ENVIRONMENT

Kinda defeats the whole purpose of having EASY ACCESS FOR THE HANDICAP....!!!**Have the handicap parking spaces NEXT to the handicap access RAMP and walkway that goes into the store.
