My wife took a serger to get a needle plate and he swore it was out of time. We have made 5 or 6 trips there and back and he messed it up. Now it doesnt work at all and all he wanted to do is give her money back and now she is without a $600 serger. He also was working on an older machine and got mad when she asked him to show us it worked.

Brought my dryer in was charged $160 and it’s doing the exact same thing. Pretty sure it just sat there for 3 weeks and not touched.

I got a machine from here recently and the man is so nice. He taught me how to thread my machine and sew with it. He also has great prices on everything.

Terrible customer service and terrible mechanic. Would not reccomend
