NEVER answering phones & very unprofessional. Different policies everyday because they try and include their own personal business into the Boost mobile affairs. Surprised this store isn’t closed down yet

I have been going to this store for years now. Mike and Alex have been helping me out and they’re very professional. They repaired my phone once and it was almost brand new. This store is amazing and I’m very satisfied with their service!

Bought Apple headphones here and they stopped working after 2 weeks. Guy said my phone needs to be looked at but the headphones didn’t work in his phone either. He didn’t even want to show me that they “worked” in his phone. Once he plugged it in his phone, it didn’t work. Lol. Frauds. Had to lie about my phone not working. He caught an attitude and everything over a $35 pair of headphones. 😂😂 I just wanted a resolution. Lesson learned. Don’t buy Apple headphones from Boost.

Horrible service. Very rude employees working there. Went to get a glass and charging port repaired on my phone. Which they took care of but my speakerphone wasnt functional after the repair.
