Helpful, but just remember absolutely no refunds or exchanges allowed. Bought a $165 lift sling, and came back the next day to ask for a refund. My elderly father could not use it at all, and had slipped out of it. Anyway a sign should be posted clearly stating policies of no refunds or exchanges allowed...

If I could I would give no stars. I dont know whats worse their service or their equipment. The desk clerk was nice but the manager had a very bad attitude. They couldnt care what my concern was and then explained they had thousands of pieces of business and cant focus on one customer at a time. There are far better options in town. I dont reccomend using this company for anything.

Got an E tank from State Medical Equipment for a medical office. They charge $40 for delivery so I decided to go pick it up. The order was not ready for me when they said it would be so they scrambled and got it together as quick as they could. Well that was a bad move because they accidentally gave me the kit and not the tank itself. So later in the day I get a call that I owed them another $50 because they got my order wrong. I honestly feel scmed by this place and would not recommend it to anyone!

These people are so amazing they helped me out so much today it was a blessing needed something for my grandmother for a mobility they are awesome customer service and wonderful people

Its really shady when they dont run your insurance but then try to talk you into buying it. Freedom medical supply is 💯 better

Such a great experience, for a last minute face mask purchase. Had my mum come into town to visit and she forgot her mask for her CPAP. Called them up and got some awesome customer service, helpful guidance when we showed up right before they closed. Thanks a bunch for all the help I really appreciate it!

I needed a light weight wheelchair for a relative visiting this week. I reserved online and picked up the same day! I ended up having to return the next morning to get a walker as well. I was in and out in less than 10min. Excellent service, thank you!!

The tattooed incompetent behind the desk wouldnt acknowledge me and finally answered after the second time i asked him if i could do a swap for my daughter that was in there that needed crutches, and wouldnt even look at me. He must be a privileged owner son and lucky he has a job. Everybody else in there was too busy sitting down talking while they had a young man in there doing all the workTerrible customer service reporting everywhere

I called to see if they had CPAP supplies. The guy who answered the phone was whispering and I could barely hear him. He acted like I was bothering him and I had to pull information out of him. I finally asked if they took my insurance which is a government insurance and he said no. Poor customer service! Ill look somewhere else for someone who wants my business!

Robert Scholl worked tirelessly for hours to obtain equipment I needed for my asthma. I highly recommend this organization. The store is fully equipped and staff friendly.

My CPAP machine broke on the plane on arrival to Las Vegas. I called and informed them of my situation. When I arrived they had a CPAP machine exactly like mine already set to my pressure for me . My flight left so early that I was unable to drop it off in the morning. They said to leave at the Bell Desk and they would pick it up and return for me. Outstanding service!

Difficult to get in touch by calling. There was an issue with my prescription for equipment and they didnt tell me until 3 weeks after they received it (in spite of my calling to check status multiple times). They also gave excuses such as the Dr office does not answer when we call (even though they answer the first ring for me.Only go to this business if you want delays and excuses. That was my experience.

While travelling on business to Las Vegas, my CPAP machine broke in the middle of the night! I called State Medical in the morning and they were able to get a rental CPAP DELIVERED to my hotel by the afternoon! Price was reasonable, service (provided by the lovely Sia) was clear and concise. The delivery charge to & from my hotel was cheaper than me booking a taxi of UBER! Fantastic experience!

Beware of this business!!!! There are plenty of medical equipment companies to go with. Very rude, unprofessional and unorganized. Never experience such out of touch owners.

This is the worst place Ive ever gone you buy something and you can take it right back that within an hour and they charge you 25% restocking fee. No wonder they had to relocate their business again
