Great sales this week!

I bought five pairs of jeans size 27 from this store. When I got home one of my pairs completely ripped in half . I called the store they told me to send it immediately. I shipped my jeans that day and I paid for shipping. I spoke to management they said I would be recieving my jeans . The customer service I received was not professional. I still have not received anything or even a response to email . I’m very dissapointed I will never purchase anything from true religion again and I will be spreading my concerns to family and friends about the customer service I received.

Left my wallet here an when I called back on July 17 at 8:15 the young lady advised my wallet was thereWhen I called back she couldn’t find my wallet an happen to find out the manger took it an claimed he was just trying to return it even tho I wasn’t aware of thisI finally got my wallet back but the fact that the manager knew I called in is prob what made him hate his mind an return my walletWon’t be shopping here anymore an if that was really the manager in the act of trying to pull a quick one with my wallet not sure of his name but his the one working and in charge besides the young ladyWhat bothered me is that he took my wallet o it if the store how is that excusable or right in any form of way!

Staff were super friendly attended to all my needs and were patient with searching for what i wanted. Ended spending more than i wanted but it was worth it.

Good store, but I got some jeans that were made in mexico... I thought all true religions were made in USA

Save your money! Horrible quality jeans using the True Religion brand. My husband’s jeans from here ripped after wearing them twice. When we returned to this store to see if they would exchange them we were told no. The manager is horrible. No customer service skills whatsoever.

Had very bad experience with Gerin the Manager in this store. He acted like we Asian dont understand English. He kept repeat his sentence in a very rude attitude. Bad customer services. Very disappointed.

Visited this store on Black Friday and had a bad experience because of some rude staffs. Never gonna visit here again.
