Horrible service! Won’t be coming back or buying cheap shoes from here again. New balance has gone down hill and won’t back their product up. Won’t last. Go to Nike or Reebok.

Excellent customer service! Justin went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable about their products. Will definitely switch to New Balance and give it shot based on my experience at this store. The layout is great and the store overall is clean without a lot of clutter making it easy to find stuff

Shop New balance is not great The problem is that for us Europeans if you are looking for a heavy shoe There are not clearly them they have only those in breathable material.Were in Las Vegas, its hot
