I go shop there every Christmas. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I had a great customer service experience over the phone and in store with Manager Ricardo Hernandez after a different manager had ruined and over charged me on my recent purchase. He was very knowledgeable in his line of work and very patient unlike the other manager. My advice is always double check your receipts and do your math because not all workers know what theyre doing. I wasnt planning to comeback to this location if the issue wouldnt be resolved, but it seems I will keep doing my shopping here thanks to Ricardo.

This place is always full of surprises and good stuff too! One of the MK outlets that are always lined with new designs. Oh, not to mention that the store associates here are ALL good looking fellas. Ive met a fantastic store associate, Tinny. She is very helpful and patient in helping me choose the bags that fits my needs. At first I just dropped by this store to check what they have. But after knowing Tinny, I literally come out of the store with a dolly to carry all of the stuff that I bought everytime I visit. Thanks Tinny for always making my shopping experience at Michael Kors outlet unforgettable and easy peasy. Unlike in other stores where the SAs look very unhappy with their jobs which in turn makes you feel uncomfortable, Tinny is a little ray of sunshine whos always beaming with smile always ready to assist and make shopping fun. Maybe thats why I always end up buying three times more that what I should be buying. Overall, I would recommend shopping here.

Spent so much money here. You can get the latest collection here for at least 30% off. Theres always a big crowd so it can be a bit busy but the store is nicely laid out and spacious.

You can find amazing deals but the staff are too eager to make a sale and the minute you buy the dont really want to help you with other things.For example the guy at the door was greeting us and opened the door when we came, but didnt help us with the doors after we finished, he did us a favor that he smiled.we asked for a cover to my new bag, the lady told us that she get us one but once we payed she dont have any but I saw that most bags has that cover inside of them. I asked to get a cover from another bag so mine wont scratch but she said that she cant give me one.Overall very disappointing to see that aftt we spent more than $1000 there

Ladies, this is your must go shop at the outlet. They always give crazy discounts! We went before christmas and got 70% off entire store! Plus, on top of that, there are a few other discounts on select item, which is crazy! I don’t know much about fashion, but I know 70% is really really a lot!

I got my wife and daughters a great selection of bags and purses at ridiculous prices. On Black Friday they were giving stuff away, I had to queue 30 mins to get in the door... Dont panic, it is not always this busy.

Had an incident on Black Friday here. My wife entered the store after standing for around half an hour on the line while I was taking care of other stuff. She went inside the store and was already in the line to pay, but I had the money with me. I went straight to the store doors and explained to a tall semi-bald white guy acting as security that I had to give her the money to pay. He acted like I was lying to him and demanded me to make the line outside again. I showed him that my wife already had done that and was waving at me because she didnt have money and he acted even worse and threatened to call security. I asked him to call a manager because all we wanted was to spend money on their store and he was more interested in calling security. This guy is seriously not a valuable employee. He shouldnt even have a job; doesnt care about customers and obviously doesnt care about this company making business.

They always have great selections and discounts..we live in Boise ID and dont have many options when it comes to handbags and luggage..This store in Vegas is our favorite

My wife was standing within 3 feet of an employee and we got nothing. These young girls they hire have no professionalism and manners. What a shame the way they treat potential customers. I understand this is an outlet store in a tourist filled area so bad customer service is almost a given, but the customer service here was just terrible besides for one very attentive female employee. While paying for the supposedly new pair of sunglasses they got from the back, we saw the cashier grab it by the lense as she put it into the case. After paying and checking the sunglasses ourselves, we noticed it was dirty, dusty, and possibly scratched so we asked if it was a new pair only to find out they had just grabbed the ones that had been on display (touched and tried on by tons of people all day for several days, I assume) and wordlessly tried to pass it off as a new pair just because they didnt have anymore. If only they had warned us previously that the demo sunglasses were the last pair, which I believe is basic courtesy, it would have been, as the blonde male manager very condescendingly repeated to us several times, not a big deal. Instead, the manager rudely kept telling us to just return it if we dont want it. He was extremely passive aggressive from that point on throughout the return process, as if we hadnt just asked a simple question about something we rightfully should have been upset about. Id go as far as to say he was so condescending because he assumed I couldnt speak English.Happy new year to you too.

Walked in. For once, I was greeted by a lady handing out 50% off slips for the store, and when she took a better look at me, she snatched it back. You walk in on a week day with a baseball jersey and some jeans and they look down on you. I feel disrespected and hopeless when I go in.

This was probably one of the better and more packed of the shops nice size and people keen to help. If you find something on the shelf and wnat a new one just ask.
