I was contacted by this company on October 8, 2014 in to purchase “re manufactured ink cartridges”. I declined. I spoke to the representative a little longer and was told I could “check them out” for a couple months first before purchasing. I declined again, letting them know that I don’t go through ink a lot and may not use the cartridges by then (we are a small office of only 2 employees so we don’t print a lot of things). I was then offered three months to have a chance to try them out before paying for them. I agreed that if I had a chance to actually try them and liked them I would purchase them, otherwise I would send them back. Deal.At the two month mark I started to receive phone calls to pay for the ink. I called back after 2-3 calls and let them know that I actually had another month to pay for them. When the third month came, I still had not used the ink cartridges. I received a phone call to pay. I did not return the phone call – there was no reason for not returning the call other than being busy. I received another a day or two later with a very rude message attached for payment “or else” type of message. I immediately called back and asked about the necessity of his rudeness. I then let him know I had not used the ink and would be happy to return the cartridges to him as they were all still in original packaging, still inside the shipping box with invoice. The representative declined my offer and said he would be sending me to collection.Be careful with this company - better to purchase new ones probably
I have purchased toner cartridges from Mario at Associated Supply Company for many years. Hes always been polite, courteous and very helpful in getting me the best deal possible. The product always ships promptly and weve never had any problems with the product. I wouldnt highly recommend Associated Supply to anyone!
Horrid company! Rude, misrepresented, terrible quality. Went back on everything I was promised, and threatened to send me to collections! I paid, finally used the cartridges which worked at first, then began inking up my new HP printer, putting out unreadable copies etc. Trying to deal and get money back is a joke! Finally did get a shipping label, but had to purchase 5 cartridges locally, since I cant be without a printer for 2-3 weeks. Still havent sent back the cartridges. I dont want them replaced. I want my money back. They are of poor quality, and cost about the same as new cartridges. This company is a scam and should be shut down!!!
Weve bought toner from Associated Supply for several years, and unlike other companies selling aftermarket or refilled toner cartridges, both the products and the service from Associated Supply are excellent. Were pleased to recommend Associated Supply Company. They deliver quality, on time, and for good prices.
Great Price. They call me every couple of months to see if I am in need of refills and if I am not they are not high pressure. They do offer great specials and I am very satisfied with their products.
Company called offering free trial and pressured us to use it. Finally agreed to use after being told was just trial. No obligation. The printers were terrible and I sent it back to the company. I was told that they never received and it. I was sent a bill that I was obligated to pay. I was not happy with this company at all!!!! DO NOT TRY TO BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!
Very thankful for the reviews posted on this company. They just called me today and everything sounded great at first. I just spend $76.99 + tax on a Brother TN-520 at Office Depot and Mike their representative indicated he could send me a Certified Brother Replacement high yield cartridge for $77 no tax no shipping. So, of course...Im all ears.Thankfully, when the address verification department called to confirm my order, something told me that there was more to the story. While some of their sales pitch was similar, there were enough differences for me to decline.BUYER BEWARE.
A sales representative called me today, advising he was sending 6+ ink cartridges per our normal contract with them. He knew all of our companys information and was very persistent and demanding. Like a bad car salesman he was extremely rude and demeaning. Turns out, we dont even order through them and they have tried this numerous times with people at our company. Associated Supply Company is not professional, buyers beware they are like telemarketers. Once they get your information they will keep sending you unwanted ink and charging you. They dont stop when you ask them to take you off their contact list either.
They called my wife and wouldnt let her get off the phone unless she tried the product ... for free (my wife is nice and would not hang up on the telemarketer). Im not a fan of pushy telemarketers. For that, one star.
Will not ever buy from again. Print head went out after using cartridges the first time. Thought maybe it was a coincidence. Ordered again and black cartridges did not work at all. I was sent extra color cartridges to replace black. Ordered once again after being told they had a new manufacturer and I would not have any problems this time. Incorrect. Black cartridges did not work again. Was waiting to see if colored cartridges would work and got a call pressuring me for payment. I told the sales rep when they called that I already had cartridges on hand and it would take me a while to get to using these. No problem, I was told. Then I got a phone call saying it had been 45 days and I needed to pay to avoid additional charges. I told them NEVER to solicit business from me again.
Worst company to deal with period! They cold call you trying to sell ink. They claim that all of these reviews are false. Check with the BBB-better review-right.......They get downright mean when presented with the facts. Pamela is nice when she answers then gets pretty beligerant!!! Good try girl. Why not try working for an honest company instead.
Cant rate these scumbags lower than a 1, so 1 will have to do. Just as above, pushy salesperson calls, I agree to accept 2 cartridges but dont have to pay until I use them. Three months go by, still have no need to use them, receive one phone call, tell the customer service rep, this and she hangs up. Fast forward one month, no other phone calls, receive a letter from a collections agency.Called today to have it out with them. Talk to a guy named Ken. He threatens to call the cops on me for harassment when I tell them whats up. BBB has already been contacted.
I can state with a lot of confidence that every positive review you see posted about this company is written either by an employee or someone with some sort of financial interest in the business. There is absolutely nothing that can be considered positive from a consumer point of view. They have lousy customer service, the product quality was less then average, their very expensive, and their outbound sales staff uses unethical tactics to deceive the consumer.My experience was like many others whove expressed their experience here, I was completely happy with my current ink supplier however they offered us a cartridge as a risk free trial and wanted me to just try it and see how good their product was, if you dont like it then just send it back! I questioned the price because it was about 30% more then what I was currently paying and the whole reason I went ahead and tried the product in the first place was because they sales rep told me it would last twice at least twice as long as the current product I was using, well that was a bunch of garbage.Do not be fooled by their high pressure sales tactics, they will say just about anything in order to get you to agree to just try it out. At this point I wouldnt be surprised if they told people their ink cartridges can fly if it meant weaseling someone into accepting their product.
If I could rate them any lower I would. They called me three times today. The first two times I explained that we buy our supplies from a very loyal customer of our business and that we were very happy and not interested. The third time I a little more firmly told them that I wasnt interested. Sue proceeded to try to bait and argue with me. I told her that if she was really trying to sell, arguing with a customer isnt going to get her very far. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!
I have no idea if they have a decent product or not. Couldnt get past them being extremely rude on the phone when I would not sign up for the free trial without knowing anything about it. I was so annoyed by the call that even though there is plenty here to chase people away I still felt they needed more negative reviews.
Cold call offering a free sample of their printer ink cartridges. They then bill you for the cartridges after you receive them. They are liars and a shady ass company! Hang up on them immediately if they call you! (702) area code!
Canon printer cartridge works great and saved our office a good chunk of money over retail ink, HP ink caused the HP printer to stall and the agent I spoke with on the phone handled the request to return the ink with professionalism and courtesy. Every employee Ive worked with has been extremely helpful.
Horrible Company. Cold called selling ink at no risk. The ink was terrible so we opted to return the cartridges. They said they would send us a return package and it never came. I get a call from a collector demanding immediate payment or they would put it against my credit. Sadly I paid the balance before realizing they have none of my personal information. TOTAL SHAM!!!!!!
Repeated cold-calling, then arguing on the phone. The lady was rude. We already have a contract with a supplier, my understanding is they call to get the make and model number and then offer to refill your order at a hugely overpriced amount. Scam.
Cold call, semi-high pressure...I did buy a set, and after a month of average use, they are working just fine. Prices are good.
As may others I received a cold call from them to try there toner product. Told caller didn;t need one yet, said he would send me one to try and pay after I tried it. I own a small company and it took a month and a half to use the HP that was installed. I got many calls pay or else. I then installed the unit because I was not going to pay before I tried the toner. Poor quality printing. Started harassing my staff ....dont do any business with these poor quality people
I was called and harrassed by a telemarketer from Associated Supply to purchase product. When I politely asked he remove my name from his list he literally started screaming at me. This was the second time they had called and I told them no. He was correct in assuming I would never purchase anything from this company. I have never experienced such appalling customer service!

Absolutely unprofessional. Why any one would even consider ordering from these people after their absolutely unethical way of attempting to sell is beyond me. When they cold call you they expect you to blindly agree to what they want to give you (a free cartridge) and then when you ask for any documentation or any literature they will start harassing you and attempt to bully you. Seriously, dont agree with out getting whatever youre agreeing to in writing.

Scammed!! I received a phone call to receive toner cartridges and if they dont work for me I can have them returned at their expense. The toner arrives in old looking boxes and I have not had the opportunity to try them when they called for payment over the phone so I said I want to return them before I found out they wouldnt work for me. I was then told I would be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and return shipping and I was promised by the supervisor in the beginning they would pickup the full expense of the return in any scenario. Just wanted to warn people to be highly cautious when using this company they were dishonest with me and hung up when I argued my case with them.
HORRIBLE COMPANY!After declining call after call, I finally took them up on their offer. The manager made me an offer I could not refuse. He said he would simply send me a cartridge out free of charge and I could try it out for 45 days, and if I was not satisfied, he would send a prepaid label to have it shipped back at no charge to me, risk free. He also said we would not hear from them until after the 45 days, no bill, nothing.Well I received a bill within 7 days and called them back. I already had a cartridge in my printer and wasnt going to immediately change it out just to use theirs. They said that is fine as long as I had it figured out by the 45th day. Well, there was no way for me to clear through their cartridge and mine within that time frame to see if their cartridge was worthwhile. I requested a return label, and they refused stating I had to pay the shipping back because I had not yet opened the package so there was no way for me to be satisfied with the product.I then replied I would open the box, call them back, tell them I was not satisfied and request a return label. KENT, who I was speaking with got belligerent and told me no one made that offer to me and that I would just use the cartridge for free and no matter what, claim I was not satisfied, and would send the cartridge back basically getting a free cartridge. If this were true, I would have opened and began using the cartridge immediately. Im an honest business making an honest living and was accused ill-mannerly of using deceptive practices. After arguing back and forth for a few more minutes, he got my email address and said he would email me a pre-paid label. Its been 48 Hours and I still have not received it. I tried calling after business hours today. I will try again on Monday.They are very friendly and confident in their product when they are trying to get you to buy it. As soon as you have it, whether you use it or not, they could care less about you as a customer, or the product. They just want your money.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. They called trying to push their crappy ink (which I had quickly searched online when I answered their call) When I refusedto patch them through to my boss to waste his time they got rude and told me I was wasting THEIR time!!!! I was also told that I shouldnt be talking to them as I was not the boss and only ordered our ink (wouldnt you want to impress someone that will give the boss the ya or nay on a product?) SO glad I didnt order from them and searched for reviews online to quickly see they are just one crappy scam!
Their associate called my PRIVATE number and when I politely asked her to remove my number from her calling list, she shouted you dont even know why Im calling! and then thankfully, she hung up!

Poor excuse for a company...After salesperson pushed product on me by saying it wouldnt cost me anything to try, I reluctantly agreed. I only used maybe 1 cartridge in a 5-6 month period, so I still had ink to use before I could give them a try. first time it seemed to print ok and then the ink ran out and print quality was poor. I have a Kodak printer AIO5500. the next few (5)I tried to install didnt work, appearently most printers install a chip to reject any non Kodak(or whatever brand) ink cartridges. Printer still does not read ink levels correctly after I removed and am using Kodak cartridges which are not as expensive as most other brands...they have put my account into collections with very little time to resolve. Manager called and said only 3 of the 8 cartridges were returned wanting me to pay for there junk cartridges, in my opinion, I said I through away the cartridges that didnt work. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! all I can say is dont even try.
What a FOOL I was to do business with them over the phone without checking them out first. I wish I had read the reviews! They promised a trial toner cartridge. No payment up front. If you love it and it performs as promised, then pay for it. If not, send it back. They sent a bill with the toner cartridge saying payment was due. I called and left a message reminding them of our agreement. A couple weeks later we got an overdue notice. I called them back again. (I could never get hold of our sales rep - she was probably busy scamming other people.) Today we got a notice from a collection agency - and we havent even finished the toner! Disgusting liars and deceivers. Avoid them like the plague.
I choose not to do business with companies that are rude. There is very poor communication within their company and so I do not recommend doing business with them.

The sales person called me and had a great pitch telling me how if i ordered the ink for my machine that it was only 11 bucks per. So I would have to get 3 sets to get my bill over the 100 min they had. While he was talking I was looking them up for reviews. Every review I saw said they would ship them and when you try to return them they would send you to collections. Even though the guy told me if i didnt like them they would take them back at there cost. So after reading alot of reviews I decided to take the advice from everyone and not go with the order. Well when I called to cancel the lady couldnt tell me who I had talked with and she told me they had 50 employees. So when they called to verify the order I told her I didnt want it and when I told her the reason she chuckled like she already knew. Well then I have a Customer Rep call me and was rather nasty to me. I told him the reason why was the reviews and he then told me that google wasnt a big search and I should do better reasearch. I then told him that as a company I dont have bad reviews and he told me that the reviews on google wasnt real people. I told him I didnt want the order and he told me in a real sarcastic tone to just keep googling. I then told him he didnt have to be ugly cause I am choosing njot to use his company and at the end of the conversation he said happy googling and thats all I heard cause I hung up on him. I would not ever use a company like this and I hope all does there home work first like i did,,
We received or order as promised and one item that was back ordered came two days later. Every thing was in good shape and we are enjoying all of our supplies.

This place calls, said we can try for free. Then send us the completely wrong product, we send it back and we receive a bill!!! For something that was supposed to free and is returned. Then they call me pushing hard... instead of apologizing this sales person is blaming people, part time workers, etc.... Very unprofessional and very pushy. I thought for a moment I was on a used car lot. Not recommended at all!! I am rating 1 star because I can NOT rate zero stars.

Awful company! Cold calling trying to sell printer ink. The rep was rude and his supervisor even more so! They both became very aggressive and condescending when asked to remove the company number from their call list and refused to do so.

SCAM!!!They called offering printing ink and told me if i was dissatisfied in any way i asked them multiple timesthey would pay for shipping back on there productthe ink they sent was not as good as we use left blank or light lines some timesso we called many times and could only leave messages they finally called back and told us that if the product was opened we could not send it back for any reason he also told me that no one there had ever told me i could return it
My only suggestion is to take them up on the free sample, print as much as you can in a month and send it back to them because theyre terrible as you can tell from the other reviews.
