I absolutely love this place! Ive been going to this place for many years. And this place is so awesome! They have so many cool things that you cant find anywhere else. They still have a large selection of CDs and DVDs. And they have very good customer service. I highly recommend this place if you love music and or movies.

Interesting mix of movies, music and nostalgia. Went to sell some DVDS and bought a couple of older CDS. Great selection and helpful, knowledgeable staff. I will return!!!

I was in Vegas for a family engagement and we decided to check the local ZIA record store, it was awesome to see that they are the same way as the ones in Phoenix!! Same atmosphere and feel! Always a good time at Zias!!!👍

This place is awesome.They offer so much more than just an amazing collection of music. For example... I ended up buying a wacky coloring book, a sticker book with an impressive collection of 1,000 stickers, an artsy 500 piece puzzle, and a comical pair of socks. There was so much more that I wouldve like to have bought, but wanted to leave with money in my pocket. The manager; Megan, does a great job of keeping the place organized and up to date. Quite a few employees working on a Friday afternoon, which was great cause I could easily find someone to help me when needed.

Its a cool little spot, but not my cup of 🍵. Everything vinyl is super new for the most part. Pretty expensive. Organization of used/sale vinyl is pretty much nonexistent. They have every form of entertainment you could imagine. 📚,📼, DVDs, cassette tapes, vinyl, video games, EVERYTHING..Even cool 🧦! Like My 😺 is cool as F&çk! The staff isnt very friendly. They act a bit irritated or annoyed when you have to ask for anything. Its like what Blockbuster used to be back in the day. With a bit less personality. But if you dont mind buying new albums and spending quite a bit of time, take a trip over and see what you find. Scored some classics for the DVD collection though!

Always a neat place to go. My husband traded in some games and they gave him store credit which he is loves spending there.

I was welcomed by the employees, they were friendly and professional. I took items like old cassette tapes, vhs tapes brand new blue ray Sony walkman still in original package to sell, I was in shock, they took 90 items the trade was $81 for in store credit, I wanted cash was paid $56, I would look around or put in a garage sale, I would of made more than $56. I was a little disappointed. I could have donated the stuff and felt better.

You need to make a separate place for the used vinyl your selling.Having them displayed on the bottom close to the floor is very inconvenient for the older clientele you have. Please make it more convenient for us.Thank You !!!!!°

I felt like I walked into a time warp but in an absolutely wonderful way. Not only are there MANY records to flip through, theres a great selection of cds, kitschy knick knacks, giftie type things for your family and friends who are fans of the 90s. Theres a decent book rack in the back with gently used books.If you want to step away from the hustle and bustle of the city, step in this store. Youll have a blast shopping!

Youll find a lot of old school stuff that you loved to have back in the days. Thats why I gave it a five-star because there was DVDs CDs Marvel comic stuff that I would love to have back then but now I need money and space to put all that stuff in my place. LoL but two great CDs.

WOW 😳 This place is AWESOME !!! I use to drive past this all the time for years on my way to play basketball but to day I decided to check it out. Oh my goodness this place still sales cds and RECORDS !! The also sales DVDs, video games and systems with a lot of other stuff. They just gained a new customer.

We came in this store to just buy a few miscellaneous things and found out they had so many different books which we were excited about. My partner was running around the store with our kid and was showing me what they found. We didn’t realize how many things we were going to buy. In all the excitement my partner put one of the things he was trying to show me in his pocket (a $4.99 office themed coaster) he just forgot to show me and didn’t remember it was there. We got to the counter and spent $90.00 on books and things. As we were leaving the beeper went off. He asked all three of us to go through the thing again. It kept going off. So he asked us to empty out everything. Take our shoes off. Empty out my Fanny pack. My partner found the coaster. Apologized and offered to pay for it. I told my partner we don’t need it (because it was tacky) and the guy said “you can no longer come back” And then we asked why and he responded “you true do to steal from us and that’s our store policy” I asked for a refund for everything because it was clearly a mistake and the way it was handled was wrong. If I just spent $90.00 why would we steal a $5 item? This one lace is trash and I recommend it to no one. Also the lady who checked us out was very nice.

Always find what I am looking for and things that just pop out that I find. Lots to look at and the staff is very helpful.

This place is amazing !!! It is smaller than amoeba but is a competitor. It has many cute and cool things. Records are beautifully organized and in good condition. What I liked the most are the trinkets and nostalgia. They have collectible toys,socks,princess bags, cute girly stuff, STICKERS!!!! TO DIE FOR 😊. Before you go all the way inside their are 2 folders of all the stickers they have. They are funny, and most of all original. I definitely y recommend putting this place in your must see even if your just visiting.

Always able to get my cds here, was out of town and was told they would hold it for me however when I returned it had been sold. I was not to happy about my cd being sold and having to wait another week to get the one I had originally ordered but it did come in about a week later. Staff was ok

Underrated and needs more publicity. if you drive by this you would this its just some regular, boring store. they have everything, cheap clothing, radios, video games, consoles. everything. its hidden in plain sight.the owner needs to do something to make it stick out more

Zia records never disappoints, they have great customer service and do offer pretty much everything. Movies, music, poster, pop figures, vintage toys, record player, casets, CD. This is truly a place that make you feel welcomed and excited to alway return.

I usually love this place but I spent an hour in here special ordering my sons Christmas presents only to find out they were never ordered and I was not even given the right number of seasons in the show and so I had to spend another hour re ordering the same thing

Definitely a shop worth looking at if your having troubles finding that certain movie from the 80s or, if your like me and are into Scifi and can never find disk copies of shows that have long ago gone off the air.I was poised to pay a premium off Am**** but hesitated and checked these guys out instead. They had exactly what I was looking for and way more! I sent my roomie over to pick up my dvds and even they found some music and movies they thought theyd never find again.Overall, selection on the website is amazing, customer service over the phone was a 10, roomie confirmed that customer service at the store was also a 10. He did note that they charge $0.10 if you want a bag but overall, prices were spot on so he didnt mind paying the extra.

I bought several new pressings from this store and most have been such poor quality I had to return them - they skip, warped, etc. This is absolutely unacceptable for brand new LPs, they should be flawless considering the high prices are asking. Unfortunately, once theyve got your money they dont give it back (store credit only).Buy online, at least you can get your money back instead of endlessly wasting gas driving to their store and having the staff question you suspiciously. Im going to eat the cost of my last purchase and go elsewhere.

Let me just start of by saying I Love ZIA RECORDS with a passion. But when I place a paid pick-up order and I drive down there all excited to pick it up, only to find that either they didnt have it or they couldnt find it... this went from a 5 star review to a three atar review.

This. Is. The. Place! No other place in Vegas has such an amazing selection of EVERYTHING, ANYTHING nerdy, geeky, music, anime, horror, records, video games, manga, comics, clothing, Harry Potter, adult swim, and much much more. I loved it here, the atmosphere is casual and filled with love for the subject matter, emoyees are fast, helpful, constantly being awesome. The style of the place is a warehouse filled to the brim with everything you could think. Counter culture, cult films and more await you here in every form, and the gaming section is HUGE! PLEASE, please, do yourself a favor, tourist, local, passersby, and bored people, you gotta come here!! Enjoy!~

They have a good enough variety of all things media-even laserdiscs and vhs. Its like part pawn shop, part suncoast video store(anyone over the age of 31 would remember that place) and part gamestop(they even sell old school sega and snes!!!).However,The only reason im giving 3 stars is because of the limited blu ray titles I was looking for, even though the clerk can order your request from another location; the prices on the new blu rays i did fancy were marked up by 1$ to 5$ compared to amazon

I literally walked into the 90s! Books, vinyls, xbox originals, just cool atmosphere. Theres some stuff priced very well and some stuff that is a tad expensive but, totally awesome chill atmosphere. Im in my 30s so this store gave me total nostalgia! Check it out!

This place is very cool. Found a lot of stuff that is hard to find anymore. From posters to socks, candy, movies, albums, collectables, games, video games, etc. The staff was really nice too.

Great place to get records vinyl and trinkets

Very nice selection of movies and music. I was really happy with the horror and metal selections, and the prices were reasonable. However, I had bought a sealed CD of Bathorys Blood Fire Death that ended up being a bootlegged copy. When I tried to return the CD, they only refunded me half of what I paid because I opened it and it was now considered pre-owned. I felt this to be very unfair, especially since it was clearly a fake copy. And on top of it, there was another fake copy sitting on their shelf without any indication it wasnt a legit pressing. I wish they would abide by their customers and look after them if one of their products isnt legitimate.

I really liked this place. Not too many imports, but the small jazz selection was quite good. I picked up some bluegrass that was on sale.

I was the sole owner of Tupacs complete collection. Initially I was going to just give them away. However I was informed they also buy CD,s and I left and I was told they would call me. Nevertheless I purchased Tupacs CD,s because his lyrics were being studied at the University of Berkley. CUSTOMER SERVICE is still the thing that will make a company or break it. Lastly I am a compsser and singer songwriter . I am a Senior citizen and I expressed yesterday I was moving and I had no use for Tupacs Collection. The young lady at the counter saidWe gave you $53.00 yesterday.

They had a copy of Superman: Unbound and were able to hold it for me while I drove across town. When I got there I asked if they had a Blu-Ray copy and one of the employees knew exactly where it was. Great service and friendly staff.

What I expected from a large chain style record store. Not great, not horrible, just adequate.

I collect, but they dont make it easy to buy used. It seems it is always about the new now. You have to be willing to sit on the floor and Im overweight and 52. Not gonna happen. Its still a good store, just not for me.

Flipping through records takes me right back to 1987. Plus you can always find something to buy, even if youre not looking for something. They have a lot of pop culture items (books, stickers, t-shirts, games puzzles, buttons, etc)

Unique record store that also has books, movies and other unique gift items. A must visit for everyone of all ages and interests. I can be in there for an hour or so looking around. Prices are pretty fair too.

Great record store in LV used stuff a little on the pricey side, but selection makes up for it. Made some great buys!

Service was great. They had a great, vast collection of anything from records to CDs to Pop figures. Prices were also relatively fair. Go give this place a look if youre in the area and collect vinyl records like myself.

Great covid practices. This place is simplu amazing you can find almost any music from past to present as it is also with stereo equipment. As well as older video games and gaming systems or movies not to mention all the retro nick naks and novelty items and yes the have vinyl records cassette tapes. I have not been there since covid-19. I am assuming that niw its as busy as ever. But i the lack of cars iis hopefully a sign kf good curbside pickup or Delivery. I love digging through the piles of 2 for a dollar CDs and finding hidden gems. They sell other stuff too besides records and CDs like books and funko things and even video games. Everything other than the CDs are at a premium. Even the used books cost more or as much as buying it new elsewhere. If youre here for music, awesome, you will love it. Anything else and the prices will have you going huh, so -1 star for other item prices. Still, its a fun place to spend and hour or two browsing.

I used to be able to find any record here, I used to be able to find any movie here too. Its like they chose to go the safe route with their choices. Theres only so much room in a store I get it... but if your not looking for the most recent movie our the most recent released album good look on finding anything old or record store treasure like.
