Great stuff!They have music (to my memory), lots of movies, and what I like most: Games! And more, RETRO GAMES! This place has a lot of games, well not the much, but still a lot. The staff here is nice, too. Also, they have a lot of good movies

Great store for those who still love DVDs. They have some nice movie and TV posters too. I put my name on a list for Coraline a few months back. They called and held it for 3 days for me to pick up. Nice service and friendly people.

Awesome place to buy from, owner is a great person. Support her while you can, she has strived to bring us great deals on tangible media. For those of us that prefer to actually have a hard copy for our money, Buybacks is the best choice.

Wonderful experience. They are going out of business at the end of the year so go and stock up on CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, etc.

Im a pawnbroker and consoles, accessories, and games have all been pretty difficult to come by. I always suggest my customers check here because they have great prices and they have good stock on some hard to find items. Always check to see what they have, calling is easier.

Great place to find your favorite movies for sale, it would be nice if they had more of a Blu-ray 📀 and 4K selection.

I went in today without a game plan. I normally know what Im looking for but was at a loss. While browsing, I remembered that I wanted to start my DC collection. I instantly found Man Of Steel but couldnt find Dawn Of Justice. The awesome cashier (whos name escapes me) looked up their inventory and not only found DOJ, she found a 7 disc box set of DC movies. Im only missing 1! She made my day!!!

Absolutely amazing ❤️They had a betamax player 😁my autistic son had been looking for almost a year and they even called me back to let me know they had it and held on to it to me for a few days until I got paid to pick it up. I could not recommend this place enough

Way over priced. Your 50 cent items are dvds and cds that nobody wants. Plus, you take your dvds out of the case. If I didnt want the original case and artwork I would stream the movie. The only people shopping for physical media are collectors. We dont want your trash. And your buy 3 get 1 would be good if your good movies werent all $10. You should take a lesson from Zia. My buddy and I were in your store for almost an hour and not 1 other customer came in. Get a clue

Went in tonight with my daughter to sell some dvds (37 to be exact). Was going to spend the money from the sale in the store to buy some different films. Approached the counter and the young man working there said were not taking any DVDs right now because we have some in the back we need to go through. You can try back in a week or two. I might be wrong but I thought that was what this business was about, buying and selling. Ive shopped at this location (before and after the move) on several occasions and never had a problem when I was strictly buying. Anyway, we didnt say anything and went to Zia Records where they were professional and gave a fair store credit which we used immediately. Sorry to inconvenience you Buybacks, Ill be sure to not patronize your business again, Ill just go somewhere else in the future.

I love bringing my son here. The staff here is excellent! Its a really cool place to find all kinds of movies/games/consoles/memorabilia. Everything is super reasonably priced and they usually have some type of deal going on (buy 3 get 1 free, for example). This is a well organized place with laid back vibes and lots of stuff to check out!

Love this place. We buy DVDs, games, CD, and even VHS. They have movie posters now as well. You can trade for store credit or cash.

The place is literally called “ Buybacks”.... BUY-backs. Yet, the only offer store credit for trade and that’s only if your in on a weekday. I was told they are waiting on license.... for 6 months. How you took the idea, the core value, the name.... it is an absolute joke . My honest opinion. Store is a front. Do not waste time of gas..... or brain cells.

Clean, well lit, friendly staff. Could be better separated by genre, but you can always ask of something is in stock. Prices are average for the area. I dont know about selling, as I dont have anything I want to get rid of that badly. Im spoiled by McVans equal trade system. Unfortunately I think they went out of business Good luck to you.

This is a great place to bring old movies and games for trade or sell. Theyve always been fair with me. They have a pretty diverse selection of movies and games. You can usually find something that you didnt even know was out there.

Found a lot of videos that I had been looking for and they were priced within my budget.

I think this place is a RIP OFF !!!I took a $100.00 dollars worth of movies there. Movies that where brand new that I viewed only once. In return. I got $8.00 dollars back in return. I could not even buy 2 movies back in return. I tried to buy 2 movies each $$3.99 so for $100.00 worth of movie I took in I was only able to buy 1 movie in return. If you ask me that is a BIG BIG RIP OFF. $100.00 worth of movies for 1 in return. Come on guy you can do better than that. Plus for some movies on the shelf there asking WAY WAY to much money for.If your thinking about taking your movies here dont. Its a RIP OFF sell them on craigslist you.ll at least get half of your money back.

This place is always a rad place to go to... of course you have to like movies, music and/or video games to enjoy Buy Backs, because thats all they deal in... but yeah, the employees are always really nice and they usually have good selections for all their items, etc.

Rip off. Came to get some games valued, was given a reasonable price for them. Tested their honesty one last time, USING THE SAME GAMES, & their price went from $185 to $35??? Are you kidding me? So, youre better of selling your games individually on Ebay. And YES, their staff is quite rude, wont mention names, you know who you are.

I was so upset, they have you drive all the way across town and dont tell you when you call there is a daily limit to what they can buy. I would have been there when they opened had she told me there was a daily limit. Upsetting to drive all the way across town, when you called first for all the details. Good thing there is a nice friendly record store across the street that could help me.

Amazing selection and great prices. They have walls of music, racks of movies and games, and they resurface discs if youre in need. Found several items Ive been seeking for quite some time and Ive barely scratched the surface of their stockThe only (albeit minor) concern is the staff; its not that theyre unfriendly or rude, or anything specifically negative, but theyre somewhat aloof in general. Theyre proficient, and theyve taken care of me whenever Ive visited, but Ive never been engaged or greeted except upon striding up to the counter with a prospective purchase in hand. Dont let that be a detractor, though; for the selection, its well worth the lack of personable air.

Its a nice place with plenty of options yeah its no gamestop, but it doesnt mean its not unique in its own way.

They have a great selection of movies and tv shows. The customer service is excellent. I had a nice conversation with one of the employees about American Horror Story.

I went to this place on Wednesday Aug 6th, dont remember the name of the lady that I spoke with but she said it was her 5th year with the company. She was very nice courteous knowledgeable and helpful. I went here specifically because I didnt believe the bad reviews I read, mostly by people that were offended and angry because they had to wait! I guess if you are already helping someone and those people call or come in, you better stop doing what ever and immediately help these self entitled complainers or before they have to wait like everyone else. I found the store was nicely organinzed for easy viewing without being too close to other people, the lady that I spoke with was very helpful in suggestions I would never have thought of. If im in the marked to buy 2nd hand movies, I will return here and no where else.

Im not sure what the business plan was for the business. This is supposed to be a second hand DVD, Game, etc. store. The prices however are not very competitive. The majority of the products they offer I can get from Amazon cheaper and that includes shipping.

Lots of good stuff. But, take a list with you or plan on looking around a lot--items are alphabetized but maybe by artists first name or last name or title of the item.

I went to sell to them they told me that they dont buy and if and when they do its only on weekdays. I opted for trade which I was then told, we do not even trades. So needless to say wasted my time wasted my gas because it says in the title of the business that they purchase. so never judge a business by its title. . Lol

A good spot to dump your old movies off for a quick buck or if youre looking to declutter and go the way of streaming. Theyre also really picky on what they can take which is not alot, they say we have too many copies of this but theres not one on the shelf! Theyre also not taking any movies right now because of lack of sales and people bringing in too many stolen brand new blu ray 4k movies, I used to work at a similar place, it happened all the time. I have been here twice and the first time is was great because they happened to have a movie I really wanted for halloween and I couldnt find it anywhere else. This second time, the customer service was some of the worst I have experienced. I walked in with a hand full of movies and games and went up to the counter. Some very knowledgeable girl looked at me and said can I help you with something? I told her I had some movies and games to trade in and she said okay wait until Im finished Ill be done in just a minute. Then amother guy came to help and took me to the nearest counter. I was trading in a brand new un-opened ncaa football 14 ps3 game, which they wouldnt take because its not the current year. That made no sense to me since its clearly a place you would go looking for games of the older type that arent as expensive as game stop. Then I tried to trade in a copy of the movie never back down which had a slight water stain on the cover. Didnt change anything about the disc, but since the cover wasnt in pristine condition, they wont buy it back. I didnt know this was a place where they only buy items back if they are in perfect condition. Finally I had a spiderman 2.1 copy in great condition and I was offered 10 cents. Literally, 10 cents. This place sucks. I will only go back to look for movies there, and that will only be after Ive checked every other possible place. I dont recommend wasting your time in this place.
