Didnt reassemble any of the large items that they disassembled.They have the parts and screws that are required to reassemble that they never gave us. Now all our furniture and tv are no longer able to be used.Drivers showed up high and still smoking vape pens in their truck and while managing our items.Then left before reassembling anything.Damaged our items.And of course, Missing items.They also hold your items hostage and refuse to unload unless you pay off the full 100% of the payment.We should have just called the police instead.

The movers were quick and efficient. They all handled my belongings with care. They quickly made changes to how things were organized within my storage if I needed them. They will undoubtedly be used again in the future!

I must say they are very professional, reliable and honest people. I have to move from California to Idaho suddenly. I wanted someone very reliable to bring my stuff safely. Thanks to Shay who assured me that They will deliver my stuff safely and Donny for dispatching it on time. I am so glad that I got all my stuff safely with no damage. I am unsure how this company has 4.8 stars, as I am highly disappointed in this company and how they do business.in our experience it took 2 weeks to have our items delivered from CA to ID. We were told multiple timeframes and delivery dates that quickly came and went.please note if you plan to use this company, Shay, Vladimir, and Amber will verbally provide you shipping schedules and delivery dates but truthfully they allow themselves 30 business days to make a delivery (excluding holidays) and the 30 days does not start from the day of pick up. it actually starts from a date that they determine.our items were not well taken care of in the move as multiple pieces of furniture were damaged and seem to have moisture warping/marks. I also learned after the fact that they unload your items at their warehouse and reload for the delivery which moving 101 is the less you have to move items the less likely things will get destroyed. Wish me luck on the claim process!if i have to state one positive is that the actual movers themselves were great, friendly, and efficient.I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

What make me impressed the most was they do understand the concern of their clients regarding their belongings. That is why they keep informing the status of the transport and also give them the contact no of the driver so that they can ask about the current location. Colonial was contracted to pick up for our move on 8/20 to deliver between 8/26 and 8/30. They subcontracted to UMS. They called us and asked to pick up a little over a week early. While inconvenient, we accommodated this request, with the hope they would hold or better the delivery date since they were picking up early. Its now 9/3 and we cannot even get Colonial OR UMS to return our calls for a delivery date.In addition, they caused significant property damage at pickup, including dragging a truck lift gate and damaging the driveway, dragging furniture across unprotected floors (most professional movers will cover floors before moving) leading to hardwood floor damage. Several of the crew that arrived were drinking alcohol throughout the day while loading.

The best part of this firm is that they provide a very good packing quality. I have used their service. I was so glad that none of my stuff got broken. Everything was safe. There was no damage even in soft and glass pots also. I would like to recommend them to my friends for transferring the stuff.

Fantastic company! Will 100% move with them again. Just used United Moving Solutions to move from LV to CA. Why I loved them:1. I requested a quote and the next day they were able to pack up my apartment.2. Their quotes were competitively priced3. They were able to guarantee a two or one day delivery window for only a small fee that they built into the quote so that I could move on the weekend.4. I had a couch that was not going to fit in my apartment and they were able to take my couch with the rest of my belongings and drop it off at my parents house in the suburbs before heading out to San Francisco.5. The company that they paired me with on both the pick up and drop off side were incredibly friendly, quick and efficient, and very hard workers.6. While my stuff was in transit, they sent me text messages along the way giving me updates on where they were.The experience could not have been better! I highly recommend them!

We have moved about 8 times in the past 20 years and this was by far the worst ever. 1 year old couch had 2 legs broken off and any attempt when contacting the company for repair fell on deaf ears. An entertainment cart was totally obliterated and was put in the trash immediately.The movers were constantly on their cell phones and scratched or dinged many pieces of furniture. At one point a mover knocked over our big screen TV right in front of us and just shrugged it off.DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS JOKE OF A MOVING COMPANY. If I could give a rating lower then 1 star I would.

I was recommended to hire the crew from here and Ill be another person who keeps sharing this company with everyone in need. Movers were asked to transport a lot of fragile things and not a single box was cracked or damaged in the road!!! The guys worked wearing masks and gloves, treating all the furniture and the truck with sanitizer. Responsible and fair attitude to the customers + the price list is nice. Do not hesitate hiring them.

What impressed me about them is they use 26 feet long trucks for transferring the stuff if it requires more than one trip to transfer the stuff. So, it reduces your double trip cost into single. I have used the service in Las Vegas. I am very satisfied with their service.

Completely unprofessional. Damaged my furniture. Missing items. Attitude is they could care less. Friendly when giving you the quote, but nasty when your items are damaged. Untrained movers. They don’t even have their own moving trucks. They rent their trucks. Dumped the items in my house broken and ran off. THE MOST HORRIBLE movers I have ever encountered in my life.

Do not use this company whatever you do. Most of these reviews are fake. This company is an absolute scam. First they offloaded our stuff into a warehouse and they trashed all of our furniture and belongings. Their insurance company is a scam as well and will not reimburse you for a tenth of the value of your belongings. They wont adhere to any schedule and use rented trucks to pick up your stuff. The staff of Shay and Amber are completely unprofessional. The damage they did far exceeds the cost of the move. They should rename themselves Broken promises movers or just Broken furniture movers. Avoid at all costs!!!!How they have almost 5 stars is due to 95% fake reviews.

On the day of the move, NOBODY SHOWED UP. I had spoken with Shay/Amber for an out of state move. Even the office is supposed to close at 3pm on the day, i tried getting customer care, sales or dispatch - but i heard no answer at all. This makes them extremely unreliable with no communication at all. This ended up spiking the rates for other movers because of a last minute enquiry. We are now having to drive a truck ourselves.I am not sure how they have such high rating, but it does match with few other reviews who have had very bad experience.

My experience was a pleasant friendly staff like shay and Donny . They did everything for me . All my belonging were as good as when I left them . Im greatful and will be using them for all my moving solutions in the future . GREAT WORK!!

Please do not do business with this company. They are incredibly dishonest. They will tell you that they offered to help with my dissatisfaction, but that is just more dishonesty.I have moved 18 times in my lifetime (10 long-haul, 8 local), and this was the worst move ever.Heres a list of their dishonesty:1. They quoted my a 4-man team for 2 hours to move my 3-bedroom home just a few miles away. The SLOW team took 5.5 hours. When I asked, they said that it should take 5.5 hours. Then why did they quote 2 hours? I had a similar move just 2 years ago. It took 2 men 4 hours. It shouldnt have taken a 4-man team 5.5 hours. And we didnt even have them move any boxes into our new house. We had them leave them in the garage.2. When the movers were late in arriving, I called and they said that there was a problem with the air-conditioning in the truck. This turned out to be a lie. I saw first hand that it was starter. When it came to moving the truck, it took him seven tries to start the engine.3. They said they hired only professional movers. But the movers were anything but professionals. For one thing, they were very slow (extending the billable time beyond what is reasonable). Also, they failed to protect the banisters in our new house and we had to insist they do it. And the movers caused damage to our walls and ceilings.4. When we asked about the damage, they said they talked to the foreman and he said that he and his crew did not cause any damage to our property. Another lie.I am sorry that I was foolish enough to deal with this dishonest company. Please do not make the same mistake I made.

Amazing company! Everyone was super nice and customer service was great. I used their service to move my 1 bedroom apartment to my new home. Guys finished super quick and everything was moved very safe. Nothing was damaged, they even gave me a discount. I will definitely be recommending this moving company to my friends and family. We have done a lot of moves and United was the best hands down. We facilitated our move through a broker. There were problems with the order in terms of the details of our move, that they didn’t convey to the United team. Thank GOD for United’s foreman Brian his two associates Antuan and Devonte. They arrived on scene, expecting one kind of move and encountered a more involved and complicated move. This move could have been a disaster and these three guys, led by Brian, worked through the issues quickly and made it happen as it was expected and beyond. The were total professionals, super cool/great can-do attitudes. Super friendly, a pleasure. This was a complicated, big move and these guys got it done, packed and carted in 4 hours. I thought it would take all day!!! They clearly love they do and are very good at what they do. In a world where high level service and professionalism are rare, these guys gave us hope that this kind of experience still exist. Moving is never fun. Again this move could have been a nightmare because of miscommunication at the Broker level. United, (Brian, Auburn and Devonte) saved the day. Use United, and ask for these three men. They are the dream team. Also thank you to Vladimir, the United GM, who showed up on site, to ensure that all was in-order. Awesome!
