Richard and Loretta were so helpful! On the morning of my reservation, Loretta contacted me to confirm everything and to let me know what I could do to ensure a smooth pickup at arrival time (she confirmed my info and sent me the link to upload a copy of my drivers license). I really appreciated that courtesy call so much because it really did make my pickup process more efficient (I literally showed up and just had to sign and pay)! When I arrived they both greeted me with a genuine smile (that just doesn’t happen a lot in the times we’re living in). They were so friendly - it was apparent that they appreciate their customers. In fact just from the earlier phone call I felt like they valued my business and I hadn’t yet met them. The cargo van I rented was clean and disinfected which gave me an extra level of confidence to know how serious they take my health and safety. The drop off process was just as smooth! After receiving this level of customer service (which by far exceeded my expectations), I will definitely be renting from them again!!

I wish I could give negative 37 stars.Do not book with them due to absolutely scummy business practices.Two days in a row I made a reservation, only for them to cancel it on their end.The first time I was ping-ponged to 5 different locations and none of them had what I booked.Wasted two hours easily.The following day, they confirmed a reservation and then cancelled it one sided.Do not book.

This is a safe place for your stuff. There is always someone watching it during business hours. My husband rented a unit somewhere else and got all of his stuff stolen, then guards only response was that it appeared to be an inside job.

Just went to book a move.... from Vegas back east..... $4000 plus for a 26 foot truck... and then just for fun booked it east to west, guess what, only $800.....That is sick, thats literally taking advantage of people based on where they live.

I would not be running from here anymore didnt like what happened with my move they tried to charge me $650 for an accident that I didnt even do and what he made it even worse 2 hours after I left I get a text message saying that my card with debit it $650 I quickly called my bank and had that reverse you guys have a blessed day you would not be seeing me anymore that is not the way to conduct business next time check the truck before I leave if you want to try to blame something on me be blessed

Ms. Loretta is a very great representative. She’s a real business woman and run this place like a home. It’s very clean, staff is awesome with the professionalism. I’ve had my storage with this location for over a year and still with no worries.

Great staffing clean and secured business

Good customer service. We as of right now dont have a car so we rent a pickup truck or van to buy our groceries and big items. Very convenient. We get it usually for two days and prices are good.

The worst storage award experience ever in my life .Both mangers ignore calls, control issues .Im sure race has a big part on the disrespect of a tenant I received .Avoid the location no help at all, The manger makes up rules as he goes, refuse to provide proof of uhaul rules .Its so much that happen its impossible to tell all in this review. Smh Respect should be equal to all.

These guys were great! Stopped over to buy a box so I could ship some things home before an overseas trip. Mr. Gillette helped me size the box appropriately, cracked a fresh roll of packing tape, and then taped it up.. Refused to charge me for the packing tape, despite me trying several times to pay for it. Total cost, $1.81 and a FANTASTIC experience. Nice people to do business with!

Best storage facility Ive ever found. The Gelletts keep the whole area pristine and I never had any worries about the safety of our belongings. We had an indoor storage room there for several years and we liked them so much that we considered keeping our belongings there despite moving to the other side of Vegas, a full 45 minutes away.If we ever move back to that side of town I will definitely use their services again for storage or truck rentals.

Loretta was very sweet and thorough and took great care with regards to COVID precautions. If I’m in need in that area again I will definitely use this location.

Truly a TEN Star U-Haul Experience - Loretta & Richard are amazing! Every year we take a 20 U-Haul from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas (for the Las Vegas International Accordion Convention) and a week later take another back to Salt Lake City. Every year has been long waits - and not what you would call pleasant experiences. Well that all changed when we picked up a truck from Loretta & Richard at 4950 Duneville. They provided us with an amazing experience - they were kind, smiled, offered us a cold water, a chair to sit down while they did the paper work and were above all friendly!From now on when I am in Las Vegas I look forward to returning to U-Haul with Loretta & Richard - they are amazing!

Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!

The gate is broken which is completely unappealing. And the owner let us know right away that the neighborhood is in a very bad element surrounding. But he was fast and efficient. He was friendly. I wont store my things here but I will rent a truck if needed.

Great and friendly service

The manager went above and beyond. He was extremely helpful. My daughter and I drove from Seattle to Vegas and picked this location because its located near her new apartments. He was very friendly and even gave us directions to get to her new place while avoiding heavy traffic along the way. Our phone maps took us up on the freeway, he let us know about the side roads that led us right there and saved us time and stress after a long trip.

The staff was very nice and friendly while making conversation. I went to rent a Uhaul van and by conversing with the staff, I felt turned off to rent the vehicle. I was told that the slightest marking would cause a charge. I was told these vans are leased and need to stay in perfect condition.When I returned it, they pointed out a scratch near the door that was less than the size of a fingernail clipping. They didnt upcharge me but overall it was a very stressful renting experience. The U-Haul facility was great but I will look into another company to rent smaller cargo vehicles like vans.

Place was closed and note was on door stating they were closed for the day on a.konday. Other uhaul company tried calling but only machine came on no explanation given.

Summarily: Very satisfied with storage unit. More so, management has been professional, efficient, and accomodating ..... I have rented a small and a large unit. The latter for four years.

Typically when I go to a U-Haul I dont have high expectations, its just a basic hello fill out these forms heres your vehicle go. However, the woman working at this location was extremely accommodating helpful and explain everything that we could do while helping us move.

Great staff, one wiling to work with yeah and suggest some ideas when they cannot.

Clean. Richard in the front office is very nice and quite helpful.
