Weve been doing business with this location since summer 2020 and have nothing to pass along except our highest recommendation for a business in a very competitive segment. We also rented trucks here and again have to pass along our highest recommendation for their professionalism, customer service, and great pricing. We were dealing with another facility for years and had no idea that some storage facilities actually can be heads above the rest. This is certainly the case with this one

Since the used car crisis and inflated costs of used vehicles I have been renting a pickup weekly for a couple days each week and every week at this location of Smoke Ranch/ N. Rainbow at U-haul my experience is great. I enjoy seeing the people that work at this location weekly as we always together have a great time in the few minutes were together.. Its so nice and rare nowadays to go into a business, Especially a huge franchised business like U-haul, and have such a wonderful experience.

It was easy to book and the truck was ready as soon as we signed the paperwork. No issues.

Neisha was a great help since I was from out of state and needed 2 people to verify me in order to rent the truck. She went out of her way to call my wife and 2 friends who convinced her that i was the right person on my drivers license. They wo out of there way to make the customer happy.

They changed my contract before I arrived to pick up my truck. I traveled from Las VEgas to Chicago and did not realize that they charged me twice because they refused to provide me a receipt. I had a picture and showed the general manager when I returned to Illinois and he said that he could not see that he was blind. They also did not email me a receipt. I also asked a blond female if the bungee straps worked the same as the wratched straps and she said yes, but they did not stretch five feet. They refused to take them back and I could not drive back in Las Vegas to the store because I was restricted by the miles. I will not use Uhual again. They over charged me by nearly $500.

So ghetto and rude. They talk like they live in the ghetto and don’t know how to use proper words. They also will charge you for things you didn’t use. The employee took a personal call and completely ignored customers.

Not bad. Not bad at all It was a long travel but the end result was it got the job done. Be advised not the most comfortable seats for long journeys across country.

There was a lady and gentleman working the front desk and I had a mobile check-in issue. They fixed it and help me super fast and they were super friendly and everything was super clean. Thank you.

Cant remember the womans name but shed the assistant manager and the gentleman, stanley, were both lovely and extremely helpful. Took half an hour to attempt to rent my u-haul after reserving online and still ended up just having to rent through those wonderful associates. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars

Great service and very efficient. I went to get s car trailer and was out in 20 mins with the trailer in tow. Very friendly staff also.

Worse experience I have ever had with a uhaul company! Paid for something that I never received. When I called to inform them of their error I received an attitude. When my move was completed and I expressed my concern to the young gentleman he completely disregarded my concern and still charged me. Went inside and spoke to a young lady and she attempted to correct the error. The young man then came in and saw what she was doing and then he wanted to apologize for not listening to me. I was suppose to get a refund for being charged for something I never had and I have yet to receive it. I will NEVER use this location again and I will discourage anyone I know not to come to this location.EVER

Love the staff Molly, Yitics and Niesha and all but apparently the price of storaging there as a customer has been breached!!Thank you God for insurance but my sentimental value things will never be replaced!!God bless the other familys belongings thats missing as well during this open case...#A Piece of Mind is Priceless

Worst uhaul company in town.. Stay away save yourself. Dirty un professional as can be. Beware of day shift.... They are extremely emotional people anything could set them off so make sure when you go in you tip toe and talk really softly. Never will use this place for storage or anyone i know.

There was nothing wrong with the place, besides the front parking being a little too narrow. The black lady who helped me was friendly, professional, and made sure I was set up with everything I needed for the move, including extra boxes and the dolly. She even checked to make sure I was getting a correct reading on my starting fuel, and she was generous about it. Very pleasant experience, both pickup and dropoff.

Customer service is when you are able to assist a customer with a issue. I talk to the manager today in regards to me NOT having access to my unit due to the fact the elevator is down she had no empathy or understanding to my urgent need to access my belongings. I asked her to call me when the elevator is repaired and now four hours later after I told her I needed my work items...no callback or update so I make a trip and NOW one of the clerks, agents or whatever they call themselves hopefully not customer service agents tell me she can give me acess through the emergency exit ? 🤔🤔🤔🤔. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, APOLOGIZING AND DO JUST THAT THIS MORNING WHEN I NEED TO GO TO WORK ??????

The entrance can be difficult to use. A lot of people will park in the front of the office and block the keypad

I highly recommend renting a U-Haul from them they do just like they say theyre going to do and they will be on time and theyre fishing the Cavs cleaning the trucks are fairly new I do recommend them

I live nearby and over the years I have visited a few times.... I just never got a positive effort from the staff.... I thought I should finally make a note here. Maybe they will improve, or people can just move to the storage on Lake Mead/95.

This place is run horribly. I go there and am about to move to a different state and the truck is showing an error on the dashboard. No one there knows whats going on and cant even make a decision because they have to call corporate for any issue. But guess what? No one at corporate bothers answering the phones so Im just sitting there watching these idiots call anyone they can for someone to tell them what to do.It ends up with me having to drive THEIR truck to a service center and wait around all day to fix it. I come back to get the car flatbed and guess what? More problems and now they have a bunch of the teenage kids that work there looking under the hood for an hour.After a whole wasted day I tell them Ill be back tomorrow and it needs to be ready. Well the lady who runs the place swears up and down that they will make it right and do everything they can for me. This was enough for me. I get a call from Angela at some corporate Vegas office and she promises to take it up with her boss to get some kind of partial refund. Guess what? NOTHING happens and she ignores my messages asking what is going on. I wouldve forgiven the whole mess if I had been treated as an actual person. Instead they did absolutely nothing. If I ran this place Id fire the lady who runs it and Angela the customer service rep immediately.

Good experience. Merryl was helpful and did what she said she would do. Did two in town moves last 12 months. Have a 10x10 storage. They changed my truck time literally last minute when my move plan changed without issue or complaint..Best to speak with the people in the local office. If your call forwards you to corp customer service they will quote you high and incorrectly. Ask if you are talking to people at the local location.

Friendly staff but parking is a joke, also double check the gas gauge as they had it a quarter of a tank higher than it actually was on the paperwork. Take photos to be sure you dont get charged extra

The storage facility is a pain in the butt to get in and out of. There is very little and cramped guest parking for the office. The staff was ok, but they admitted that they were not the best storage place around and laughed about it. I would find a place that is more convenient than this place in the future.

I dont have a storage unit or anything like that but their customer service and effectiveness when having a question or issue was fantastic! My cousin has a unit she is renting right now and I had let my cousin borrow my card to make her monthly payment as a one time thing, as she doesnt have a bank account. Well, I guess Uhaul was not informed that it would only be a one time payment and took out another payment two weeks later. I was very upset at first because one; it overdrew my account and two; I didnt understand why I had a Uhaul charge on my account? I then remembered my cousin had made a payment so after she didnt answer or respond I researched and found the Uhaul my cousin used and right as I called Tad answered and was very willing to help and found the account reversed the payment and in a day I had my account credited. I was very impressed because people and business usually hate to reverse payments or anything to do with giving the money back to the consumer. If Im ever in Las Vegas and need the services of storage or moving I will definitely come here!

Management was poor compared to similar establishments that Ive dealt with in past. Management was unable to fix the problem we had during there operational hours due to a problem with employ and management communication.
