We rented a small truck to pick up a piece of furniture. We had the truck for 1.5 hours and after mileage and whatever other fees, the total was $50. Great location for us and very convenient.

We rented a van for 1/2 day and everything went smoothly. The check in and drop off process was quick and efficient and the cost was minimal for the rental.

This is the first U- Haul Ive ever seen that tries to nickel and dime you for everything! I rent trucks monthly at many locations, and I HAVE NEVER SEEN A SET UP SO STRATEGIC IN TRYING TO CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING! Be very careful and thorough when filling out your description in the unfortunate event that you need to rent a storage or truck here. Hopefully you dont.

I really dont have any complaints nor suggestions. Robert Millner was very professional, informative, and helpful. It takes time to get things done and he took care of every customer in a timely manner.

Do not trust this Uhaul to purchase boxes back. I bought over 400 dollars of boxes but did not need the tv box. This store refused to return the 20 dollars as they advertise. When I bought the boxes, I was constantly asked if I wanted a receipt, as if the receipts are not needed. Since there is a pandemic, I chose not to get them. Without the receipt, Uhaul curtly refused to refund. The 20 dollars wont break me, but what would they do if there were any questions about a larger rental or storage? Big red flag here.

On 07/14 Tierra the manager called me at 6am demanding that I return the truck saying that it was “overdue.” I picked up the truck on 7/13 at approx 7pm. Who calls a customer to harass them at 6am the immediate next day? When I informed Tierra I was still using the truck she became agitated and angrily told me to read my contract and that I’d be charged extra for keeping the truck “over my time.” When I came back in to return the vehicle Tierra had illegally added an extra day to my charges. If I pick up a truck at 7pm on 07/13 and return it before 5pm the next day (07/14) how could she want to charge me for 2 days? This is an unacceptable way to conduct business. This manager needs to be re-trained on how to provide proper customer service. I will never use u-haul at this location again.

Friendly staff, painless quick and easy pick up of a cargo van. Didnt have a reservation but they were still able to accommodate.Ran into a snag where I needed the vehicle longer then I tended, called them to let them know I needed an extension and the answer was No problem! Dont sweat it well see you when you get finished!With all the stress of moving, renting from this location was as quick and easy and painless as possible!

This place was terrible. They caused me and my husband to get locked out of unit that we stored our product for our Ebay business. Then because we had to wait for monday and it was a Friday we lost money on orders that needed to be shipped! It was all because we had the door to our unit shut while we were filling orders from Ebay. We paid extra for 24 hour access and she said we were loitering and then caused all of the above! And we just rented the unit so we didnt even get a warning or rundown on the rules of this facility. 👎would not recomend!!

The service people need attention. Very rude and not very helpful. Answered questions poorly with unprofessionalism. Sad part is Ive been renting 2 storage spaces here for the past 3 years.

The staff here is such a bomb. I have a unit with them. Boy this place maybe small but the people here will work with you and make sure every need is met. They do have a tiny lot but its worth it to what is going to happen there. They have alot going on and they are making things better for there customers.

I am not using this location in the future. I paid in full when I returned the truck with no incident. Twelve days later, U-Haul debited over $600 from my account. They did refund all except $162.20 for alleged damage (5 small scratches) to the unit which was reported (without my knowledge) the day after I returned the unit (1) The clerk fully checked the unit upon return and DID NOT advise of any damage to the unit - damage WAS NOT indicated on my final receipt when I paid in full for the rental (2) I paid for the optional damage waiver and was not informed that a ($150 plus tax) deductible would apply in case of damage or loss to the unit. When I questioned the manager on why his employee did not address the alleged damage to the unit when I checked out, he stated the employee made a mistake. Bad Service... This is not the way to do business.

Victoria and Michael (managers) were so pleasant and accomodating. They made the rental process so easy. Facilities are great and clean. We feel very safe housing our RV here. Great people!

Friendly staff with very simple and easy truck rental. Just had to leave the truck when done after some questions with their app. The van we rented was in great shape.

Lots of hidden costs. I’ve never rented a uhaul before so maybe this is the norm. Was quoted $29.95 which I thought was a fair price but the 0.79 extra for each mile seemed high. Not to mention the vehicle needed to be filled back up to where it initially was so that was another $10 (16 miles) Last vent was when turning in the vehicle, I was charged an additional $10 because i used the dolly and pads that were in the back. At least mention this up front.

Been to this uhaul a couple of times. Always clean. Staff is always friendly. They quickly helped me. Got in and out fast. Will be back again.

I went in and rented a trailer in the morning and told them I would be back after a doctors appointment to pick up the trailer. Unfortunately, I was not able to pick up the trailer before the office closed. Luckily, the manager Victoria, stayed after hours just so I was able to get the trailer. I was so greatful and thankful for her being mindful of my situation. She even gave me extra time to keep the trailer, due to the time that was lost during the day while at the doctors office. The customer service provided was not only great but was also excellent. Thanks Victoria and GOD bless you and your family.

I love the owners, they are always so helpful and friendly. I rented a unit I never ended up using and was able to get a refund. I love how understanding they are, I will always use this place and highly suggest to anyone looking for storage or a truck.

Trucks were immaculate inside and out. They not only adjusted my mirrors for me but explained everything I needed to know. No hidden fees and great pricing! Make sure you check the gas gauge before you leave. I went 28 miles. Put in $24 in gas and they still claimed I was low $7.50 in gas. RIP OFF. Rented many times never had this problem.

Fantastic customer service! I accidentally scheduled our reservation a day out and they helped me move it up to the day I needed without any hassle. Called me back within 5 minutes. On my previous visit to this location, they assisted with loading the boxes I purchased into the car and were very professional!

When I showed up to pick up my rental truck someone else from another U Haul had come to take the truck I had rented already. So by the time I got there it was gone. The people that worked at this address were nice but I was still without a truck.

I loved their service, I was actually sad when we closed our unit.Very clean and affordable, easy to use, friendly and helpful staff...what more could you ask for?

The truck needed some work, the door rattled and was very loud while driving. Also, the brakes feel like they’re about gone, this thing was hard to brake and made noise like no other. Finally, I was charged for 35 miles. I put 3 gallons of gas in, but was charged for another 4 gallons ($20) when I returned the truck. So if you do the math, they’re saying this truck gets 5 miles to the gallon. I think I was ripped off. I would go somewhere else next time.

Worst sales experience ever. Rude employees that waste your time. Make you come down to show you a unit that isnt available it smells like an animal died in the office. Lazy people. Dont want business or dont understand how to properly run one

Eric was very rude while I was renting fron UHAUL. He didnt know the system, tried to ocer charge me. Had no drive to help. And when hooking up the trailer to my truck he didndidnt know what he doing. My husbamd had to show him how to do his job. This whole location just needs to be shut down and the employees let go.

We have been using you for years and always get the best and great service that can be provided I will continue to use U Haul in my days of travel and moving keep up the good work

Location Rocks!!!This tucked away location in the Centennial Hills area of the far North Las Vegas valley is a gem. The facility is kept up on a daily basis and the staff is always willing to make the customer U-Haul experience the best.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called to rent a trailer from this location and got there at my appointment time and was told to go all the way down to Rancho to pick up the trailer. The woman in front of me had the same problem. They made me set an appointment time, and then switched locations on me. They were NOT helpful. Do NOT go here.

My family is in the process of an overseas military move and needed the storage unit for 4 days past our renewal date but they refuse to pro-rate the use of the unit. They are charging us an entire month for 4 days of use. I can’t help it that the government won’t pick up our items 4 days earlier.

I reserved a one way truck for pick up from this location. They gave my truck away before I arrived in the morning and made me go to another location ten miles away to get another one.

This one does not rent out trucks longer then 15ft.
