Everything went smooth and accordingly. The store itself is very clean and very well maintained. The staff is awesome. So helpful and friendly. We went to the store on 2030 E. Fremont. We were sketchy because of the area but this location really knows how to get things done. Very impressed!
I rented a Uhaul to take my car Adam to Fresno to get his new rims and tires and I have to say the staff here was amazing specially a guy that looked like the rock the actor. Overall I strongly recommend this location for all your moving and storage purposesI was even offered a complementary storage something another location a week earlier did not.
I’ve been here for nearly 30 mins waiting in line, there is only one associate working the front desk and she is moving at a snails pace …😤 I did the self check in, and I’m still told I have to wait in this line . Uhaul you need to hire more employees or employees that are better with time management….
We picked up our uhaul here for a cross country move. Shelly was very friendly and made the whole process easy. I would recommend this place for any uhaul rental.

This location is not in the best neighborhood but they are professional, courteous, and fast. I reserved a truck online and it took Jose less than ten minutes to complete my contract and send me on my way. This location is much faster than the location on Russell in Henderson, where it took 45 minutes to rent a truck and a storage unit.
Worst service ever. I made a reservation and it said it would be “guaranteed availability”. When I got there, the agent told me even though it said that, I wasn’t getting a truck any time soon. Then I asked what I’m supposed to do she said “idk wait around”. I was angry and then they wouldn’t even give me 50 dollars which the website also said I would get if my truck wasn’t ready. She ended up calling her boss and she okayed for me to get a bigger truck at the same price as the one I was going to get. Then the truck smelled like vomit! And there was old food in the back as if someone was living there. I just needed to move so I swept it out myself. I’m never coming back

Uhaul waited until the last min to tell me they did not have a truck. I had to pay $1500 extra for boxes and still needed to rent storage. When they arrived to the destination they tried to charge another $500 for storage. They kept trying to extend delivery date. Multiple employees told me different things (pick up on Friday, no pick on Friday, cant deliver on Wed or Thursday, can) very inconsistent and frustrating. I had to call supervisors multiple times to get things correct.
Online application did not work to get truck rental. Then they had to process manually, the guy bringing the truck around acted like he had all day to do it. Kept me waiting an additional 15 minutes after having to reprocess the rental. I ended up being late to my appointment to get my furniture because of this store. Employees here must be milking the clock, there’s no sense of urgency at all

Outstanding customer service. Had just moved to Las Vegas and needed a UHaul to move in my furniture. I not knowingly booked my reservation for when this UHaul facility was closing and instead of them ignoring my reservation and closing, they took the time to call me and let me know. I then was running late and they even stayed open and extra 10 minutes for me.

I would like to bring to the attention of U-Haul how great Joe, the General Manager of this location, is. When I arrived to pick up the cargo van that I had booked online, I was informed that unfortunately U-Haul’s payment system was down, which was causing major problems for card transactions. I know for a fact that some customers before me treated Joe and the rest of the crew at this location poorly out of anger over the payment outage. Despite this, Joe was professional, courteous, and even funny during our interaction. He saw to it that I was able to get a truck and get on the road so that I could help a friend with a very important move. I don’t often leave feedback or write reviews, but Joe’s excellent service and professionalism has compelled me to do so. Thank you!

Online reservation, picked up next day, spent less then 10 min inside, truck was given sanitation just prior to me driving, brought truck back returned outside emailed recipt. No need to go into store. Very little contact needed good honest polite staff.

Smooth overall experience. Price was definitely better than UPack. Storage of Ubox was 1/3 the cost. I would choose Uhaul again for any fun moving plans.
Came to this location under wrong information from the corporate customer service contact center. For any hitch related services this location requires at least 24 hours to make sure scheduling is adequate. Gabriel the installer who just so happened to be general manager which wasn’t brought to my attention until I arrived at another location, was more than accommodating to my needs and handled everything in an expeditious manner. The customer service was remarkable. I cannot say enough. To the point where I just called the location almost a week later and Lindsi asked was I me and remembered my name! I’m so impressed that I decided to leave a review.

As a frequent trailer renter, I decided to give the 24/7 truck share a try this time around. Although I didnt think Id have any help finding my truck and getting on the road, Cooper was there to assist. He was very helpful and made sure the truck was cleaned from bumper to bumper before I left. He clearly cared about my experience and even asked how my day was. Thanks for your help today Cooper. Not an enjoyable experience. They forgot to schedule my UBOX delivery at my new apartment, and it wasnt until the day of that they realized they hadnt put me into the system. Refunded me half of the delivery fee however they failed to put that into their system as well, so it was 3 weeks before I had to call them back and ask what had happened with my refund. In my opinion, I can spend my money anywhere, and next time, I will pay a company that is proactive in solving a problem, not hoping that I will forget about it.
I was not happy having to drive +30min to a bad end of town to pick up my trailer. Regardless of signing something that my location could change, being told to go that far with so many other locations in between is terrible.
Extremely bad customer service and definitely not recommended unsafe equipment was installed to my van for out of state and the representative asked for $60 deposit for tow dolly!!!and took a picture of my face because of my name or because i am from Arizona definitely not recommended and it’s shame on you u-haul that stupid attitude i told the Guy who hooked the tow dolly to checkout the fenders they were broken he said we are only took pictures of the hook

Typical U-Haul. They are fast, friendly and honest.The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because even though there are security cameras, there is no secure place to park your car. I dont think I would leave my car there overnight, given the neighborhood, although I have no information about the crime rate there.I have absolutely no problem with the place during business hours and during the day.
Made a reservation on a Uhaul that was getting worked on? IDEK How! Was up charged to a bigger one that I had to pay for even though the reservation was made and set. Drove out from California so I had no choice.
I had a hitch installed here in July of this year by John the manager. I remember as he was checking me in he said he had never installed a hitch on my type of vehicle before. That didnt necessarily raise any red flags because U-Haul is supposed to be known for hitches and call me crazy but I assumed some measuring device would be used. It apparently was not and now I have a crooked hitch installation. This was not something that I noticed until I attached the bike rack and could visibly see it was crooked. In addition it was installed too close to my vehicle meaning I cant use the rack closest to my vehicle without zip tying my pedals or else they will strike and damage my vehicle.I did take my vehicle to another U-Haul location in North Las Vegas where the tech agreed its crooked and said he could fix it. At that time I contacted U-Haul customer service via Twitter and they requested that I at least go back to the install location so John could assess it. I had no problem doing that but my busy schedule prevented me from getting there until this past weekend. Upon arriving I learned John had been transferred but the three employees present all took a look at my vehicle and could see it was crooked and installed too close just walking up to the vehicle. The current manager, Gabriel, was not present that day but he did call me about a week later to touch base. He really has nothing to do with it except that this happened at his location before it was his location.Im still dealing with U-Haul customer service since this installation but a resolution has not been reached yet. On my end I cant say I would recommend them for a hitch install nor at this point would I use them for any future business because so far I have a product I cant fully use and Im still wasting time trying to get the situation rectified. At this point Im just out a ton of time when this should have been a one and done type of situation.
Manager was on his way home when I asked for a trailer hitch. He put his work shirt back and installed that hitch in under 20 minutes. Great service.
Always friendly and helpful every time I go. The last time I visited I reserved a 17 moving van and when I arrived to pick it up, they told me it was having engine problems and could not release it to me. I chose to go with the 15 van instead and they were nice enough to give me a discount on my rental. It wasnt really necessary, but it was really nice of them to do that.
THEY WERE SO MUCH HELP!!! I rented a unit for 2yrs with them and never had any issues. Here recently I flew up there to pull my things out of storage and to drive back to TX in one of their trucks. At the beginning of this trip everything that could have gone wrong went wrong! You name it! I was stressed beyond belief! When I got to U-Haul I was a bit frazzled from everything that had been thrown at me. They, or I should say Edward specifically, really bent over backwards to make sure this portion of the trip went as smooth as possible. He literally saved the day and my sanity! He took such great care of me and everything I needed and it really put me at ease. I cant stress enough how helpful he was with getting me all set up and he will be receiving something soon to show my gratitude. Everything seemed to be smooth sailing from here on out. So I just want to say THANK YOU!!!! I highly recommend this location for whatever you need!
Very bad customer service. The african American man with tattoos on his arm is very rude and unprofessional. I went to fill up a tank of gas for a food business that we run and he wont serve us again because according to him we dont know how to drive a food truck. I hit a pole on accident and he was yelling at me to get the trailer out of the parking garage. Rude guy very very rude

Service was terrible. Ryan was rude. Would not follow through with commitments.Would not recommend. Computer system broken. Spent way to much time just trying to pick up a trailer. The place is a wreck.I have rented many times in the past from Uhaul, but this was clearly the worst.
My entire U-Box experience has been poor from start to finish. First, the location where I picked up the box (Fremont St., Las Vegas) did not have it ready on time. Then when it came time for me to have my box delivered to my new home, turns out you have to give them two weeks’ notice for a delivery within the same state, which they don’t tell you. It was incredibly frustrating not being able to schedule an exact delivery date so I could plan my move and do things like reserve moving help. Not only that, but U-Haul advertises U-boxes are “delivered to your door” but that’s false. The box is shipped to the nearest U-Haul facility and you have to go there and tow the box to your house yourself, which costs extra money to rent a truck if you need one and is very misleading from the service advertised. The icing on the cake of my experience is at the second U-Haul facility where I picked up my box (Carson City), they loaded it onto the trailer backwards. This means that the flap on the cover that’s supposed to align with the box door was actually on the opposite side so we had to shimmy the whole cover off, and we couldn’t open the box door all the way because the trailer was in the way. Truly next-level incompetence from start to finish. I will be telling all my friends not to use U-Box for their storage and moving needs.
Horrible service! Im a regular customer for propane and since this new manager took over service has gone done! All his employees complain that he leaves early! Ive seen him train someone on propane and he is explaining it to them and doing the opposite and says dont copy me! What kind of manger does that! I get that if its busy but to tell me that your out of propane just so you dont have to do it is inexcusable! What a shame!

The rental was clean, and worked well. Im disappointed on how the pricing went. I was charged for 4 days of truck rental, when I only needed it for one day on one way trip, in a 10 ft truck. I should be reimbursed for the time I didnt use the truck.

Great Stock Long WaitThis Uhaul has everything from boxes to trucks.Unfortunately it was 30+ minute wait in line as they only have one counter person on a Thursday Morning.Ideally they would have more trained staff to manage the counter mybobkg problem with this location.I have been a couple of times and it’s always the same thing.
Be VERY VERY careful if you rent from here. I was overcharged by 2000 miles when I returned in January. Called and got a refund 2 weeks after. Then last week...A MONTH after I got charged another $400. Customer service is a joke, no help everyone acting like Im in the wrong for being possesGot hung up on by multiple managers. Take very good care of yourself if you decide to use this location, return it while the store is open. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU ATTITUDE WHEN YOU ARE UPSET ABOUT IT. I have 2 moves planned for the upcoming months and I will NOT be using uhaul ever again and recommend noone else.

They made it fast & easy. I came from the bus depot, got the U-Haul and cleaned out my storage. Was back home in Mesa that night. Emptied it next morning and drop off point was 3 blks from home.
I took about 2 months before I wrote this review because I wanted to make sure i felt the same way and I do.Extremely poor customer service. They were nice, they just have zero interest in correcting their mistake which is easy to do. I will explain.I ordered a trailer hitch install with a 2 insert. I was very specific on the size as I already bought the cargo rack I wanted to use with it. No problem they said. They printed up the paperwork and they pointed out the 2 requirement on the paperwork that I signed.Great.Install day comes and I notice that 2 insert is blatantly not a 2 insert. They gladly showed me the 2 ball they had in my trunk they claimed I signed for.So stop the install, explain my concern and they tell me they dont think that they make a 2 insert for a compact car but they will check ond get back to me.They never got back to me so I had to go in person in the morning to straighten things out.I think the installers name was Gabriel(?) and the first time I came down he was busy b.s.ing with a custoemr about nonchalant stuff comfy in his chair. No worries. I get it. I leave as I dont live to far and I need to start my day.I come back a few days later to have them put in a smaller insert as that is all they make for my car as I find out and I will just get a different gargo rack that fits. Gabriel(?) had everything he needed to do the install, including plenty of time since noone else was there and he was simply enjoying the heat of the office ( I work outside, I get it).Since most of the work was done, probably about 5 minutes average. I simple fix... I thought I could get a bigger insert, they even told me I could(although they were referring to the 2 ball)... I cant... so lets just finish what we started.Gabriel(?) was unwilling to budge and refunded only about a 1/3 of what I already paid.OK. Why not refund anything and get off your back side and work? I even explained that this very review you are reading would be placed, and not in Uhauls favor to which he nonchalantly replied- Do what you need to do. Then he went back to doing nothing.I wish I read some of the other more recent reviews before I went there
Rented a trailer from them ( first time having to use a trailer) they were nice and helpful with getting everything hooked up, and helpful when i returned it.backing up with the trailer though...no amount of customer service could help me with that

I wouldnt recommend this place especially if youre a person of color. Worst customer service Ive ever gotten at a place of business. Pretty sure his name was Ryan he helped us out last year and this year and both times were the worst. The second time we went there I told him were getting a discount because a family member works there and he still treated us poorly and we had to leave to another location. Ill never return here again, my family and I didnt deserve the way he treated us
The neighborhood isnt pretty but the location is very convenient and the staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Rented a van and a trailer on two seperate occasions recently and would certainly recommend this location.
Customer service was a horrible experience. Our rental representative (Steven Dines) was unprofessional, rude, and had an attitude. Moving in itself is unpleasant but having to deal with inadequate customer service is unacceptable. If we werent in need of a 10 foot truck we would not have rented in this establishment. I recommend the manager reviews his employees work ethic and has him replaced.
I was charged nearly double of what was agreed upon on the contract. Once you rent from these guys, expect them to find a way to charge your card more money. I will rent from Budget next time
Brought a 7 gallon tank to be filled. Tried to charge me 7.2 gallons. The tank can only take 6.7 with the 10% reserve.No trust i will not be back.
Ryan Griggs has a terrible attitude. He doesnt know anything about customer service and just because I told him that he had an attitude, tries to get even and parked a truck right on the exit for us not to be able to exit. Had to go around to exit thru the entrance. such a child. Uhaul you need to show your employees about basic customer service.

Nothing wrong with the location specifically, the guy at the desk actually opened up early to get me a car hauling trailer, but Uhaul made me drive all the way across town to pick it up. Make sure that when you make your reservation, they actually have your equipment on property.
