Great customer service via phone. I am out of state and arranged move in and out all via phone.

I have been searching for a unit for a few days now and nobody in town had anything remotely close to the size unit that I needed. Terri has been helping me out by phone for the last few days and she made it as easy as possible for me to reserve and purchasing a unit. While I struggle with my 11 hour job. I appreciate the excellent customer service that I received. I would highly recommend this company!

Staff was friendly storage unit was clean they had a whole lot of fans running some funny items on their lease agreement other than that so far so good.

I had stopped by Golden State Storage a few weeks prior and was told by Patty to please check back with them because the had the best deals. When it came time for me to rent they showed and proved. I got a great deal on two units by Darin. They were very accommodating. The place is very clean and I felt comfortable storing my possessions there. Sincere good customer service is rare these days but it seemed to be their norm. I highly recommend them.

Rented unit online showed up the next morning to get gate code and find out unit number. the couple who works there I think the mgrs were very courteous and informative and unit was very clean thanks for a great experience aka wunsche.

You really cant go wrong with this place. They have great prices, an incredible staff, carts to help you move your stuff and a great location. How can you go wrong with that?? Exactly, you cant.

The husband and wife team are amazing who run this place. They are very kind a d helpful. When I lost my job we had to scrounge and knew we would be a week late paying. They removed us from autopsy and gave us that grace. Not all businesses will do this. I felt my belongings were secure at all times, lots of cameras and high security measures. Being ex military, the owner took his place very seriously. Told him this is the only time Im sad to leave a storage unit because of them. Stand by it.

Rented out one of their units for over a year and had an overall pleasant experience using their storage services. The staff is amazing as well, very friendly and always willing to help. Their pricing was not bad either! Online payments make it easy, too.

Rented a space here for over 7 years. the facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. outstanding security. once in a while i would forget to lock my unit, and the staff would put a lock on for me, alerting me of unlocked unit.. excellent service !!!!! great people to deal with ..!!!!!

Best storage place Ive ever rented! It is a indoor or outdoor storage. Indoor is cooled & has carts for you to move all your stuff in ...way easier than most! The management is awesome & works with you. It is a gated storage facility, with cameras & security. You have to enter your code to get in & out, & if u happen to follow someone in without putting your code in & open your storage unit, the alarms go of at the front! No one is getting in your unit!! Awesome service!!!

This is a review from Glenda Rinker. Terrence is my future son in law who helped me pay for my storage unit. I lost my job due to severe illness. I have been sick for a while now and recently had two major surgerys Needless to say a struggle to keep my stuff. I think / know that Darin & Patty are the best employees ever and Golden State Storage is the best place I have ever had to store my stuff and know that its safe and will be there when I go back. I had a unit just down the street Public Storage where my electric wheel chair home surround sound system ( never taken out of box 3500.00) collectibles and lots more were all taken out of my unit.. funny thing was my lock was gone and their (public storage) had their lock on..actually Jeremy opened it. Everything gone except four five boxes. Inside job? Perhaps. Regardless not safe if you want to keep your stuff. I love the employees and the safety of Golden Storage not to mention how clean it is, moving carts available, couldnt ask for a better place. I highly recommend this storage facility. When can you find wonderful employees, safety for your belongings and its so clean. Thank you Darin and Patty you are the best, sincerely Glenda.

I stored my personal belongings at Golden State Storage on Tropicana for approximately 3 1/2 to 4 years and I highly recommend them to anyone needing to store items. The staff was always friendly and personable, and the their prices are extremely fair and competitive!!

Golden State Storage is overpriced and NOT Climate Controlled! I have rented a unit here for several years and would not recommend this place to anyone. The rent here is continually being raised from the already high cost and you would never want your valuable items to be stored here in this inferno in the summer months. They advertise the units as being Air Cooled but they have not turned on their swamp coolers (their method of A/C) in several summers. They refuse to turn on any air and when you ask why they will lie to your face with some excuse, usually they say they are working on it. I have literally just about passed out from the heat inside this facility, I can only last a few minutes at a time inside because of no air circulating. They also close their gates much earlier than other storage places, 7PM nightly which is really early for working people and I think in general for Las Vegas. Keep looking, there are much better Storage Facilities in town.

Staff is cool and lockers are cheap

Horrendous Business. They doubled the rates on me, all while RATS/MICE invaded my property and all while the items became extremely dirty/gritty and dusty. The office guy was extremely intimidating and stood over me as I was forced to sign a new agreement. They refused to take my payment otherwise. Awful experience. DONT GO HERE. They dont care.

Long time customer but extremely disappointed with management and cleanliness as of late. Closed my storage unit and Im never going back. Wouldnt refer them to anyone unless you want bugs and who knows what else in your property. Poorly run business.

Needed some some storage space for a few months and so far I did not have any problems. I was an automatic payments so didnt have an issue with them putting a lock on and well its a storage unit its going to be dusty other than that I would use them again if needed.
