I searched the web looking for a way to ship my computer and found Best Boxes. The one thing I have to say is I wish I had found them long before now. I called to see if they could assist me. I spoke with John. I needed other supplies for my move so learning they had what I needed I went to the business. John was exceptional with his help. Like I said I only wish I had known about Best Boxes at the beginning of this moving process. I will return what I purchased for moving supplies at Lowe’s yesterday because I purchased the exact things I was looking from John. Thank you and I will see you soon to package my computer, print and snow globe.

Best Boxes exceeded our expectations.Due to the current appliance manufacturing shortage, the wait time on delivery of rangetops was 4-6 months. So, from here in Texas we did a nationwide search on Craigslist, and found the product we wanted in a store in Las Vegas. But the store didn’t ship, so we had to find someone to package and ship the product to Texas.We did another search of businesses in Las Vegas, and found Best Boxes. A lucky day.Best Boxes personnel actually went to the store and got the item (which weighed nearly 100 pounds). The packaging they did on the item was superb. We can’t compliment them enough on how well it was packed. It arrived here in Texas in perfect shape.Trust these guys. They are honest, and know what they are doing. Plus, they are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Highly recommended.

Amazing service at this place!! I had to find a box to ship a couch back to Wayfair and John made a box for me that was perfect to ship it back in. All I had to do was drop the pieces off and he handled the rest himself! All at an amazing price! Chris’s customer service goes above and beyond. I needed to send an odd shaped item from Vegas to Oregon. I originally went to my local Fed Ex Office because I’ve used them in the past. They wanted $187.00 to pack and ship this item. I looked online for box companies and Best Box came up. I emailed them and Chris got back to me with in 10 minutes. His estimate was WELL BELOW Fed Ex Office.. I made the drive from Henderson. Chris greeted me, by name as I walked in the door (he recognized my item from the picture I sent) and once all was said and done my total was even less than the estimate given...not to mention he created a custom box in minutes with a few cuts and folds on an existing box.Best Box will be the place I go from no on for boxes....its worth the drive.

I went there today and John has excellent customer service skills! He was able to pack and ship 4 large items using only 3 boxes which saved me some money. I left there with peace of mind. I would surely recommend their services!

When you walk in the guy seemed really irritated that I was asking about box prices and how much it would cost for them to package my item. I said very nicely to handle it with care that it’s a 300 dollar clock. His exact words was “$300 is not expensive”. How rude is that? I was really nice the whole time and just wanted help packing this wall clock to mail. Hopefully you come on a better day when they are actually happy. Also I wouldn’t want them to pack my items if they don’t think it’s worth anything. Think about how bad they would pack it if they think like that. Good luck !

This was by far the best experience Ive had with a shipping and crating business. Chris was hands on, knew his stuff as made my life a whole lot easier.We had a lot of expensive artwork that needed to get shipped cross country. Chris personally picked up the item as, built perfect crates for them and shipped them to our address for the best price I could find. The crates were a work of art, we had 17 pieces and they arrived in time and perfect.On top of the artwork, Chris gave me the best advice on how to pack and ship the other items we were sending, 5 pallets worth. They had the boxes that we needed and the expertise to explain what I needed.Best boxes is my go to shipping and packing business. I help people relocate out of Vegas and he will get all of my future business.

The absolute most legit place to get all your packing needs done. My wife and I were in a frantic rush to get our George Strait gifted fold out chairs packed. These guys got it done for a fanominal price and great customer service. For all people flying out of Las Vegas with these chairs there is no other place but here. John was so helpful in making the boxes and getting things set up for a return to Amazon.  My wife and I purchased a bed frame and headboard, and I made the mistake of recycling the boxes that everything came in.  The frame didnt quite fit around our adjustable base, and I needed to return these large and awkwardly shaped items. I called around to another shipping location nearer to my house, but they told me to go to Best Boxes.As I said, John was very polite and helped me get everything packed up.  He even helped when I came back a few days later to send back the headboard (which I had forgot to return with the rest of the stuff).  Overall great experience, and Id recommend anybody go here if you need help with boxes large or unusual packages.One more bit of advice.  The location is quite close to the strip.  Maybe 3-4 blocks south of the Rio.  So if youre trying to ship home memorabilia or items from concerts or shows, Id suggest getting in touch with these guys before trying to struggle with getting items as checked luggage.

The way you guys responded to “ Samuel Rogers” not acceptable. Regardless if your prices are on each box you sell for people who are not as familiar with your business and company as you are you should be a gracious host and more than happy to help walk people through the process of how everything works from your place of business. And to tell a customer that you packaged a $15,000 clock and that 300 is not expensive is completely insensitive and extremely rude nor is that appropriate to share. Nor does it have anything to do with that individual customer. How dare you make someone feel low because of a price of something they need help with packing. And to call them out on the exact price that you guys quoted them you don’t know what people can or can’t afford or where they might be able to find a better deal. I live up the street at Turnberry Towers I am moving and I was going to come to you guys store which is the closest moving supply near me but because of this one review and the way that you guys responded to your customer most importantly... I’m out I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else.

Did not enjoy the price hikes or rates. You can find cheaper options elsewhere. Premium prices for less than premium service. Do it yourself and save the time and trouble.

We have used best boxes a couple of times for both Custom boxes and off the shelf sizes. They are unbelievably helpful and the prices are great. Honestly if they cant make it for you then you dont need it.
