Stopped by today as I broke two bolts attempting to install highway pegs on my bike. Very nice lady at the service desk took the part back to the service department. She said they weren’t sure they could get them out, but they were going to try. Couple of minutes later service tech came out and gave me the part back with buster bolts removed. Attempted to pay and they said don’t bother. Every time I go into this business, they amaze me. I bought my Stryker from Matt years ago. The people that work here are friendly and accommodating and they get better all the time. Thanks Matt and the entire staff and especially the service department. You are the best.

Ive come to this shop for a couple years now because Ive received phenomenal service since day one. My first new bike was from these guys. They gave me the guidance I needed as a fairly novice rider hopping on a new R6 then the next year my R1. In addition I had a car make an illegal left turn on me... after the accident Matt and his partners made the insurance repairs easy and as quick as possible. Bike came back to me even better than from the FACTORY!!

I just purchased a 2021 Sea-Doo GTX Limited after my old ski needed a new engine. I was one of the lucky few to be able to get one at the moment.They made the entire process easy, from the time I walked into the shop, till I drove out with my ski.My salesman, Raff, was great, the sales manager and owner were great too. They even helped me find a place that would take my old jet ski.While waiting for the paperwork to be finished, I met the service manager, Day, and had a great conversation with her. I actually am looking forward to my first service!After everything was complete, they loaded up my ski, and while doing so, I met one of the loaders/technicians, Joe, who did an outstanding job on my trailer.I highly recommend Yamaha of Las Vegas, Can-Am and Sea-Doo for anyone looking at buying a new toy or needing services on their current toys.

So I stopped to check out Yamaha’s inventory on 2/20/21 @930 it was early so store wasn’t packed I walked in employee Megan approached us to see what we needed help with she never ever put on a mask face covering..I looked around to see if it was just her non of the employees we’re wearing masks so I decide to leave... Yamaha does have must wear mask taped to front door but it does no good if they can’t fallow rules...i believe in 2nd changes I might stop again this weekend see if it was isolated to that weekend or Yamaha doesn’t care about customers

Just purchased a 2021 Maverick X3XRC turbo RR. Megan, Rob, and Travis were awesome. Pretty much everyone was great. I feel bad we forgot the parts gentleman, he also was great. He even made a special point to come say good by.

So went in to buy some Sea-Doo Sparks tricks purchase two and a trailer. Daniel, I believe the salesperson was fantastic. He really knew what he was talking about.But I cant give you the fifth star because the process took all day long and we were the only ones buying at the time, anda few people looking,but that was it. .Thanks for all being courteous and kind to us thank you Yamaha of Las Vegas..

Went in to buy a motorcycle. It was close to closing time when I did go. So Travis (the salesperson) said he’ll work on it first in the morning and give me a call. Never called so I called him mid-day. Travis said he’ll call me back in an hour, again never did I receive a call. Guess he didn’t want to make a sale

Will not go anywhere else for all my Can-Am needs. Ask for Jeff when you go. He is so knowledgeable about everything and answered all my questions better than I could have ever even wanted. As long as Jeff is working there, I will be a customer anytime I need something for all my toys.

Beware of the battery warranty $560.00. They make it sound like its a free battery replacement. But you are being charged. dont sign the battery warranty page, its an added charge on your documents. pretty low down if you ask me!! No one would agree to something like that!

Try again guys?I bought an ATV from here and had some issues getting the vehicle released to me because they didnt do a recall repair. Am looking at SxS now and also have an issue the same as last time. They put a $569 lifetime battery warranty on all sales and refuse to remove it. They must make a ton on that line item because Ive never seen a sales shop not remove something a customer doesnt want. (And please dont respond to this telling me for the 80th time how wonderful a battery warranty is. I can buy 10 batteries at that cost.)

I bought a 2020 can am turbo RR with extended warranty in April of 2020 and the engine blew in September I brought it to this dealership they kept it 4 months only to tell me I was stuck paying over $8000 to repair it because the head gasket failed and can am and the dealer said it was ot a warranty item and it was my responsibility after charging me over $500 and making me wait 4 months. I bought this ride to spend time with my kids and this has been a decision I regret. I am not a happy customer by any means

This is for the parts department. I bought some parts for my friends broken Jet Ski on my way to Lake Powell after a few days in Vegas. He ended up not needing one expensive part so I brought it back home to Colorado. Jim handled my return via mail even though they normally required me to come in person. Thanks Jim. Good folk.

Very satisfied with the bike I purchased. The MT07 I bought had all the right upgrades, akropvic exhaust, short levers, fender delete, you name it the did it. Got a fair price on the bike everyone was helpful. The only demerit I give is for financing they tried to get me on a revolving credit account at first then they said it could be installments at about 17% interest, anyway got financing at another dealership for 7.7% then they pulled the loan from that dealership and made it happen. Liked the bike, buddy was great and Travis did all the right upgrades, financing was a hassle.

I purchased a Can-am Maverick X3 Turbo R. that I have been looking for years… I finally found one in Las Vegas at the BEST PRICE that anyone could find or offer. I felt like I won the lottery with their unbeatable price. I called and talked to Gino Gador in finance… man this gentleman was freaking awesome about explaining all the different options on the purchasing out right or ways of financing. I worked out a deal with Gino on a set price and then started looking for a rental trailer to haul butt to Las Vegas from Reno and pick-up my dream toy. During the 7-hour drive from Reno to Las Vegas I was running late, and I know they close at 6 PM. The best part was that Gino told me to slow down and get here safe and that they would keep the light on for me. I arrived at 7:05 PM and was greeted as I got out of my truck with their team ready to go over the Can-am with me. Walked in to finance and everything was ready and all I had to do is sign. The best part in finance was not there were and no hidden fees or surprises. Gino and Travis went out of their way to help me with financing the warranty items because I was on a trick budge. Both suggested but wasnt pressured about the warranties and trying to sell me on them. I appreciated the Travis and Gino explaining the value in the extended protection plan. After I was down with finance Travis and I walked out side and then he told me congratulations on your new purchase. First Travis walked me around the Can-am going over the checklist and it was in predestine condition. Travis’s team did an awesome job putting it together. I greatly appreciated that Travis explained all the operations aspects on what to do and what not to do. It’s 8:00 PM by now and Travis was still going over the Can-am in detail knowing that this gentleman never once made me feel rushed as its 2 hours past their closing time. Travis and Micah helped me load the Can-am into my trailer then helped tie it down. So I had an awesome experience at Yamaha Of Las Vegas. Browseing around online in Colorado, I found the bike I had been looking for on their web site. Immediately I called and spoke with Buddy, I didnt get the chance to meet him through this whole transaction but let me say he did OUTSTANDING job from start to finish. Being that I have never bought a car from out of state, I wasnt quite sure how process was gonna go down. Over phone, Buddy helped me put deposit down to hold bike till I made it out to Vegas. Buddy was off the day I made it out to Vegas but he had everything all set up. My purchase went Smoth and easy no hassel at all. A month after my purchase, I was was doing some mods to my bike, and reached out to Buddy about some questions. I had that maybe he can find out from the previous owner. In quick response he found out what I needed, and even got me a spare key and owners manual to my bike. This is my first ever review, and 5 stars goes out to Buddy and everyone out at Yamaha Of Las Vegas.
