We were passing thru Las Vegas, after a month on the road, our ATV needed its initial service, this Honda shop was kind enough to do same day service. Everyone was friendly, they let us leave our toyhauler in the parking lot while we ran errands. Very happy with the service. Thankyou!!!

My service advisor Chris was new. He was very friendly and attentive. My visit was short and I got my bike back in a timely manner even as a walk in first time customer. They looked over the bike. There seems to be a problem in Las Vegas with services no one seems to be trained in business as to responsibility of warranty. If you purchase a bike in L.A. or Timbuktu.You are to be treated the same as if you purchase a bike in Las Vegas. The mechanical engineering from cars to trucks and Motorcycle. Warranty is a warranty. Oil change good. I personally have to talk to KAWASAKI corp. I will change the oil myself. I will find another dealer. Nice people, But I as a former engineer I would not try to save money for a company that would lay me off just to save a mgmt position who told me to do it anyway.. 1980s are back & the young people are going to pay for it.
Refused to work on bike even after I told them I was stranded and bike was unsafe. And wasnt even apologetic and suggested I go to another dealer.

Parts department was horrible he had a bad attitude and didnt seem to want to help. I wont go back

We were there on our day off, visiting this place we both own motorcycles and we are currently looking for upgrades, the employees at the place they don’t have time to take care us even though they were empty, first time there and our last time for sure . Horrible costumer service, never come back .
