Started off a little rocky trying to get my bike here from their Sonoma store. It took a little longer than I would have liked but with these times it’s understandable. John in sales did a great job at keeping me up to date and DJ in finance was very helpful when it came to the paperwork and getting the right parts ordered. Overall great experience. I’ll be back when it’s time for an upgrade.
Just have amazing buying experience from John. He is a good sales man and been very patient helping me choose the bike I like. Definitely come back to him for getting my second bike. Mahalo
Great experience, great service on the purchase of my BMW bike. Ben was a great help for me and got back to me immediately with any query I had, follow up and to close the deal. I Highly recommend work with Ben!
I have rented several bikes from EuroCycle Las Vegas and even bought a BMW R1200GSA from them; I’ve been very satisfied! Had a great ride on Triumph Tiger 800 XC (9/29/21) and the next day (today 9/30) I rode the Ducati 1260 Multistrada Enduro. I love both of these bikes! Great service at EuroCycle Las Vegas; yesterday and today Ken helped me get going and checked me back in at the end of day. Great experience! FYI, Vegas has several great rides. This trip I did the Vegas to Oatman to Kingsman and back to Vegas loop on 95 (south) and 93 (North). Highly recommend but watch out for the burros!
Great service on the purchase of my bike. Ben was a great help and got back to me immediately with any query I had. Highly recommended!
Excellent customer service. Ben is awesome and treats you like family. Great communication and the finance dept is spot on
Found the bike I wanted at Eurocycles, Ben of sales took care of everything I needed. Transaction was smooth couldn’t ask for more. Ben’s service is par excellence!!!
Need a bike to commute to work and John hooked me up with a 150cc Vespa which will sip gas and save me a fortune getting to and from work. Outstanding customer service from John and the rest of his team will keep me bringing the bike back for service. I had a great buying experience and I will purchase my next bike from EuroCycle.
I recently had a fantastic purchasing experience with John and Joe. They were both very friendly and helpful and were more than willing to answer any questions I had. Unlike other experiences that I have had, they were not trying to sell me on a bike (b/c not working off of commission) but rather were trying to help me find a bike that fit me in my price range. If you are familiar with bikes or even new to them, their love for riding shows in their work ethic. No one else is going to go out and do it for you, but if you do choose to get a bike, at least these guys will be here to help you out.
Todd is the man at Eurocycle. This is our third Vespa purchase from this dealership and all three experiences have went great. Todd is a great help and always answers my questions and gets me all the info I need. And occasionally hell even let me know if a certain bike is available. Ive done a lot of the purchasing and inquiry over the phone and through email, and Todd is always quick with a response and is able to get me the information I need. We would not hesitate to go back and buy a fourth one, as long as Todd gives us first dibs on all the best ones!
S/O Ben for helping me with this killer MV Agusta! Super stoked and happy with my experience.
Amazing customer service, purchased an amazing 2018 BMW R-1200-RT bright red motorcycle. Because of work travel I was a difficult customer for delivery and purchase. They worked with me, met all my needs, delivered bike as per my needs / instructions. Im already planning my next BMW dual sport with them. Ill be getting that soon. I encourage anyone wanting a motorcycle give them a call, they are easy to work with. Rob (Houston TX)
Ben was busy, but got me in and out with a new bike in no time. Nice group of folks.
Had a sales associate named Ben Faaliga, Ya got Good, Better, Best and then ya got Ben Faaliga to get you through the rough woods and come out riding with a smile on your face.Great to do business with. Getting a Moto Guzzi V7 E5, good, better, best and more great deal.cheers Comradessouthwind Tony
I brought my bike in for a ABS module replacement. That cost over 2.5k. Two months later I am having the same issues. Took the bike back and they charged me 400 to tell me that the front brake switch is always on. To test it they put one in and took it out. I got home and tested the switch and it is fine. They also said the speed sensor needs replacement. The total cost of the service would have been over 800. It seems to me that they do not know how to trouble shoot problems and all they do is replace parts. I would never recommend their services.
Im editing this review because it wont let me post two times.11/5/21Im in the process of buying a 100 anniversary Guzzi, but I cant get down there in person. Ben has been doing a great job assisting me over the phone and with email - always keeping me updated and ensuring I get the bike I want. DeJuan was able to help with financing and email the documents. I highly recommend EuroCycle, they are a five-star dealer. This is the previous post from months ago:Best BMW motorcycle dealer in Southern Nevada. Miller, in the parts department, knows his stuff.
Don’t return calls as promised, which is indicative of their integrity as a business.
I really had a wonderful experience here at Euro Cycle. The whole staff was extremely helpful and patient with me. They answered every question I had and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Id like to thank Lewis, the sales manager for being so kind and thank Joe, the finance manager for getting me a great deal. The shop is so clean and presentable. They have an amazing inventory that no other shop in Vegas has.
I had a great experience buying bikes from these guys. Joe and Zach were incredibly helpful, hassle free and super cool guys. I appreciated their service and willingness to jump in and help and take care of little things for me. They made it a really easy process and I would return in a heartbeat to buy from them again. Thanks Joe and thanks Zach!
Just want to express my experience with Zack and Ken at Eurocycle LV. THEY WERE GREAT. Both were relaxed and easy to talk to about bikes. Sharing their passion for riding. And no pressure. Bikes sell themselves! Ken took care of me on the rental. His history of riding/racing was fantastic. Thanks Ken for sharing. Zack then took care of me on my purchase. He was great too. Got the bike i wanted and within my budget. No haggling! And the price was surprisingly FAIR. And Zach was very knowledgeable about the bike - Street Triple R - because he has the RS model. And he was so chill. No pressure . Worked with me. Then DeJuan, the financial guy was just as great. Paperwork went smoothly. I will be back just to talk story about motorcycles! Fantastic staff. Aloha TomO.
Bought one of my dream bikes from these guys. DeJuan in finance was professional and efficient. Shipping was a nightmare but it didnt have anything to do with the dealership. The bike was handed over in perfect condition to the shipping company as soon as docs were completed. Would buy from them again.
Make sure to ask for IAN! Im a first time rider, i walked in mainly just to look and get an idea of what i wanted. I originally wanted an Indian Bobber but it was a bit out of my price range especially for my first bike. I spent an hour looking around and after just a couple minutes talking to Ian he pointed out the Yamaha Bolt that i ended up buying the same day. EXTREMELY satisfied with his help, he is super knowledgeable and passionate about motorcycles. Very satisfied with the purchase! Awesome prices and a HUGE inventory of bikes. Joe was also super helpful and professional. The whole experience was a 10/10! Even my friend who had bought a motorcycle a few weeks before from a different dealership said he wishes he had gone to Eurocycle instead
Man thank you Ben you were the salesman I’ve I countered so far at a dealership like that love the experience man I will be back !!
I bought a lightly used Moto Guzzi V7 from Eurocycle last year were Lewis helped me out it was a great experience but I made the mistake of walking into the dealer earlier this week and this little Aprilia Tuono 660 was calling my name. Jordan helped with getting my Guzzi traded in and gave me way more than I was expecting; even more than I think I could get from a private sale! Super easy buying experience, no hassles, or haggling just good business. I highly recommend Eurocycle for someone looking to get into biking or long term riders looking for an upgrade!
Only dropped a star because they had one dude handling rental pick ups on a Saturday morning. Come on guys!Other than that, exceptional service. Bike was clean and ran great. My new wife and I rented a bike to take through a drive through wedding and explore the area a little. We had a fantastic time.Sad that some **hole renting at the same time totaled one of their bikes. Relatively small operations like these really don’t need to have to deal with the hassle.
Horrible experience. On my first visit, I went for a chain lube and adjustment. When it was finished, The technician tried to sell me new tires, which I didnt need, and said my brakes were leaking fluid. Its been over 1 year and there is no issues with my beaks. On my most recent visit, I asked them to remove the fuel pump, and that I would install the new pump myself. When I go pick up the tank, there is a small scratch on it, half the fuel pump parts are missing. Nobody know where the parts went, and made a bunch of different excuses. Didnt offer any solution to my problem, except to order more parts.Unfortunately it is the only triumph service center in the area. I think they take advantage of that. They seem to always try to upsell me when I need service.
Just recently moved to Las Vegas and looking for an authorized BMW Motorrad Dealer and I found this place. Brought my motorcycle here for service. The service staff are very nice and friendly. This dealer shop has lots to offer. Not only the service BMWs, but several brands as well! They also sell all sorts of riding accessories and they have a huge showroom of different brands of motorcycle. One I noticed is that they dont carry Ducati bikes here. They should consider having one. But over all experience is great! I will continue to bring my motorcycle here for service or in the future might get a new bike from them.
I found the year and model I was looking for on LV EuroCycle website. Lew in sales sent me pics, info from the service dept., and everything I needed to know to buy a used bike. I flew to Vegas, the bike was exactly as described and I rode it away 125 miles. Lewis Lew in sales made it happen, no pressure and he was straight with me in every way.I heard they made good deals there, and now I know. I will go out of my way to do business there again. Thanks Lew and Euro Cycles LV!
Well, I worked with Chris Fitch, a sales guy there, no longer there, to purchase a motorcycle via Internet. I lived in Alabama. It was factory certified, 88 point inspected, and came with a 30 day warranty. Had a lot of communications with Chris, before flying out there to pick the bike up and ride it home. One of the things I asked about was the warranty; what was covered and what if something went wrong on the road. He assured me it was bumper to bumper and that I could take it to any BMW dealer to fix a problem. Made the deposit, flew out there, took it for a test ride in town. Everything seemed ok. First issue was that when I was signing the papers the finance guy says that the warranty is a dealer warranty, that I would have to bring the bike in to have any issues addressed. I told him no, Chris said that I would be covered and I can take it anywhere. He said, well, if I had it in writing. Of course, I had all the communications with Chris. Then he tells me its 1000 miles. Anyway, signed and took off. First problem was that one of the for seals was leaking. Took pictures of it and sent it to Chris. Also had a vibration at high speed, to the point where the handlebars would literally shake by 70 mph. Which I also relayed, and Chris and I started talking about what dealer I would take it to when I got home. Worked it out. Had to wait one month for an appointment. As the date was getting close, I contacted Chris again and got a message that that email didnt exist. Ok. Called the place and they told me that Chris no longer worked there. Finally got to talking to Dave the service manager, sent him copies of all the communications with Chris, and although he was very reluctant and non-committal, he agreed to me taking the bike in. To make a long story short. The dealer looked at it but didnt find anything unusual other than a slightly out of balance wheel, and they couldnt confirm that my fork was leaking at the time, even though I had sent them photos. So, bottom line, they did nothing other than re-balance the wheel, and EuroCycle wouldnt pay for anything. I even had to pay for the inspection. In the end I had to change my own fork seals, and I had to true (BMW x-spoke wheels) my own front wheel, and I had to replace the front tire, even though it only had a few thousand miles on it. That solved the vibration problem. Continued communications, via email, to Dave, for at least reimbursement of my expenses were ignored.Ive considered going to my lawyer, and taking them to small claims court to reimburse me for my expenses and time, but they are not worth more of my time. In the end, karma will take care of it. Because a company that doesnt do right by their customers, will not survive.
I want to shout out to Ian! He was very knowledgeable and dedicated! Ian is the man you want to see if you have any questions!
Went in and they have a very nice store lots of stock. A lot of great bikes. The staff is very friendly and helpful will be doing more business with them.
Todd Wiltse made buying a bike easier than expected. Im on the other side of the country so buying a bike from here made me a bit nervous. Todd streamlined this process and put in the effort to show me every square inch of the bike. Would shop here again!
I’ve had five Harleys. I just switched to a BMWK1600 GTL. It is an incredible motorcycle. It has such a finesse, build quality, and big power. It is the most comfortable motorcycle I’ve ever ridden by far. The buying experience was all around awesome. Especially the salesman, Todd. I’ve done business with him before and I will again. The parts and service departments bend over backwards to help. Thank you Todd and Euro Cycle of Las Vegas. A great bunch of guys and a huge selection of motorcycles.
Weird first experience going to this location, came in to look at and purchase a RS 660. Already had spoke with a previous sales rep but in the time I spoke with him and visited the dealership my original representative had been let go. A new sales rep didn’t seem too interested in meeting with me and was more interested in talking with some Australian representative about movies who I don’t know if they realized casually insulting me for being British and not Australian. All-around weird experience hope this isn’t the norm. Still waiting for someone to call me about the RS 660 I want to buy. It’s been three months so it feels like the representative doesn’t seem too interested nor do they seem to care about my potential business. Maybe it’s just a one off experience.
Had an amazing experience working with Eurocycle. Im located in Oregon, and despite several hiccups on my end Ian and his team were able to get everything underway on a dream bike. Reasonable prices compared to other dealers I found, and great customer service. 10/10, will be buying my next bike from Eurocycle Vegas.
I would think vegas would have a better bike shop. Staff was very friendly.
They really renewed my trust in dealerships after having god awful experiences in my own state I turned to online shopping and found them. No games no tag on unspecified charges no bait and switching they got my money and I got what I paid for they even answered my every email text and call releiving my anxietys about the unfamiliar online process it honestly seemed to good to be true. Theyll have my business for life. If youre anything like me and just have no emotional energy left for bad experiences look no further this is honest cut and dry dealership your looking for.
Worst experience ever at a motorcycle dealer. Avoid this dealer if your in the area. We were on a 10 day road trip through the west coast. Got a tire blown out the night before near Beatty and had the motorcycle towed to this dealer early in the morning before 9 that they opened. The gentleman in the front which I believe his name was Michael had a very bad attitude. Not sure if it was because we were Hispanic. We asked kindly if he could help us out getting that tire changed quickly to get back on the road. Asked him how long it would take amd he said 16hrs. Then I asked him again to see if he was joking around and he said he didn’t know that he might have it ready for the end of the day and it wasn’t a guarantee and That he needed to take care of his local customers first. In other words since we were not locals we aren’t consider customers or our money isn’t worse anything to him. I’ve owned Harleys, Bmw, Suzuki, Yamaha Ducati and anytime I’ve had a tire issue when out of town on a road trip the dealers get you in and out so you can get on your way. Changing a tire is a 20min job not a 3 hr job that’s going to take much time to do. It was very rough talking to this person and dealing with this person. He’s got no customer service skills and should be sent to take customer service seminars so he can learn how to deal with the public. As a business owner that I’am I wouldn’t have a person like Michael working in front of my store dealing directly with customers. Not a wise business decision. After all the struggle they called about 2 hrs later that the motorcycle was ready for pick up. Will never go by this dealer again
Very friendly team, everything was easy,, super helpful. Love my new bike!
Todd made the buying experience smooth and painless! I was able to complete almost the entire transaction over email, and only went into the dealership to sign.
My initial experience wasnt great. I purchased a new MV Augusta Dragster and it failed on me just 6 days after purchasing it. As a business owner myself, I understand this happens once in awhile. The folks at Eurocycle picked up the bike, repaired it, and delivered it back to my doorstep. They threw in the race kit as bonus for my troubles and inconvenience. Way to take care of your customers and making them happy. You have my business from now on. 🙂👍💯
I purchased a 2018 Royal Enfield Himalayan and could not have had a better experience. John the Salesman and Joseph the Finance Manager went way above and beyond what any other dealership have gone for me. I was unable to pick up my new bike during normal business hours and Joe went way out of his way on his day off to open up for me and deliver my bike. These guys are awesome and I highly recommend them!-Jesse Kimball2018 Royal Enfield Himalayan
WHAT A COOL PLACE TO BUY A MOTORCYCLE. FIRST CLASS OPERATION.I CAN SEE WHY SO MANY PEOPLE DRIVE FROM UTAH TO BUY FOR EURO CYCLE IN VEGAS. I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE NOW. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO GOOD. THANKS TODD AND EURO CYCLE. JOB WELL DONE!
Awesome Place and Amazing Staff! We were headed to Death Valley for the weekend on a riding/camping trip when my rear brakes locked up. We were able to bleed out some brake fluid and make it to Euro Cycle. The Guys in the Service Department said they would get the repair done quick so we could still do the trip. They got the repair done in an hour or so and we were on our way!! Thanks Guys! I will never take my bike anywhere else..
These guys are studs. Fast nonsense
Bought my first Royal Enfield from them and love it. Wanting to get a Himalayan from them and they are out of stock which is fine but they are the only dealer in town. I asked when theyd get another shipment and the guy out zero effort into looking out up. Just said he didnt know. I had to tell him to call me😂 Sorry for bothering you and wanting to buy a bike.
My husband bought his Triumph here 1 year ago. There have been a couple of issues with the bike BUT I will say that this shop always takes ownership of the problem. Weve bought at least 4 bikes from RideNow and 1 from Harley previously throughout the years and we will honestly never go back. Eurocycles shop is just too notch customer care, the shop itself is beautiful-always wonderfully maintained. The staff is so helpful. Weve also noticed that there isnt that much turn around in staff at all. Every time we need assistance, we are always lucky enough to speak to the same awesome gentlemen that are already familiar with his bike. Were very happy with this shop.
I travelled from Salt Lake City for a specific Royal Enfield motorcycle, John was very professional and when I got there DeJuan handled the paperwork. They were both very helpful and everything was as promised.
Traveling through Vegas on my K1600 when I was experiencing brake issues. Call BMW of Las Vegas, spoke with Miller. He said they where book a week and a half out but told me to bring the bike in and he would take care of me and boy did he. I got new breaks in no time. This is a great place to do business with. Great people. Thanks MillerJerry
Moving out of state and seen a used S1000RR pop up on their list. I live a few hours away and cannot get in to do a face to face. Over a 2 week period after a dozen emails, facebook messages, cycle trader and their site message service and phone calls i was working with a salesman and told them i wanted the bike and wanted about 6k in parts both purchased and put on by them before i pick it up. I did not argue the price or ask for anything for free. I got sent a price that I said looked good but said all i wanted was an itemized bill so that i could ensure all the extras i asked for were on the list and as soon as i get the list we can wrap things up and i can get this thing on the road. Either the salesman was overwhelmed or they have so many walk ins those who cant come in person get put on the back burner. I am out of time and moving but apparently asking for an itemized list before i lock it in was a little to much to ask for as the salesman just stopped all contact and I did not hear from him after that even after sending a few follow up emails to check the status on it. looks like it was taken down in the last day or so. Pretty bummed.
Really poor experience with EuroCycle Las Vegas. I have been looking for a hard to find Royal Enfield. I finally found one here on Sunday afternoon. They are not open on Sundays so I sent a text letting them know I wanted to buy the bike. I decided on Monday morning I would call as soon as they opened and let them know I wanted to purchase the bike. I did that and talked to a sales rep at 10:10 a.m. when they opened. He had me fill out the financing documents and send over my drivers license to start the purchase process (not to mention all the detailed personally identifiable information required). I had a work meeting and didnt get my license sent over until a few hours later. Didnt think it was a big deal because I thought the purchase process was started. At 5 p.m. the sales agent called to tell me that bike had a deposit placed on it that morning. Im not sure when or how I had this bike sold out from under me, but its disappointing and a horrible customer experience to say the least. Not sure why I wasnt offered the option to place a deposit to hold the bike while I filled out the paperwork. I would have paid full price immediately had I known this was going to be the result. I have bought many vehicles/motorcycles and I have never had one sold out from under me once I initiated the purchase process. Incredible. Its unlikely they are a bad company. In this instance they just did the wrong thing. See attached photos for timeline.UPDATE: Im only updating this so I can give Hollywood who took my phone call 5 stars. The owner replied that I should call Brandon the sales manager. I wasnt going to worry about it and let bygones be bygones, but then I found out they ran my credit which obviously negatively affects your credit score. So I tried to call Brandon. They left me on hold for 30 minutes without connecting me to Brandon and this is where I was connected with Hollywood who heard my complaint. They took a deposit on the bike a full hour after they had run my credit. Systems or excuses aside this was bad business all around. Im not saying dont buy a bike from them. I am saying dont let them run your credit if your arent physically there and if you are buying a bike make sure you are buying one from Hollywood.
Great dealership with a fantastic selection of new and used motorcycles. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I always enjoy a stop at Eurocycle LV.
Dont buy never a bike in this place, Bad communication, very poor service, I brought a Mv agusta brutale 2020, I waitting about 3 mounths this bike when arrive to my house the tires is flat, dirty the turn signals brakes and headlights not works, the guys dont give me a warranty and now I need pay for fix, because Mv agusta dealer says, that the motorcycle should not have left this place like this, I never thought buying a new motorcycle was torture, just because of the mistakes of this dealer . Everything was so bad from the beginning that I dont know how I didnt stop it before ...I live in Chicago and this dealer is in Las Vegas but Im going to this place soon and they will listen to me . It was a transaction of 20K $
Ive been trying for 3 days now to set up a service appointment. It seems like no one even works there. First time the phone rang so long it went to voicemail (never returned), second time I got Sales who forwarded me to Service (why do they have 1= sales/service and 2= rentals? Couldnt they break out service?), Ive tried the online contact form. Got a reply on the form, provided the information right away, and have heard nothing. They may be the only game in town but theyre not the only town in my travels.
So had a radiator leak went in they were on back order for after July when Mr. Miller saw my work ticket he personally called me said he would look into it had my part in two weeks Ive been riding along time he is one of the best service managers I have dealt with
I purchased a 2021 RSV4 from Todd Wiltse at Eurocycle. It was the best interaction with a salesperson that I’ve ever had. Will definitely be asking for Todd on my next motorcycle purchase!
Tyler was awesome and helped me find my Himalayan. Second bike from here and this time was extremely easy and everyone was very helpful.
The guys at Euro Cycle are the best! I recently bought a motorcycle through them and everyone involved in the process was such a great help. I would recommend these guys for anyone in the market for a motorcycle and I would definitely buy my next motorcycle from them as well. Huge thanks to Todd, Jeff and JC for all the help and advice!!
I purchased a motorcycle from Euro Cycle Las Vegas (2021 MV Agusta Brutale 800RR) and had it shipped to NYC and I am so happy I did. I worked with Tyler, DeJuan and Tiffanie and the whole process has been awesome, thank you Euro Cycle team LV awesome job. Tyler is amazing thank you all so much, *****
Great experience for a first time buyer. Raf, the floor manager and the finance team made it hassle free. Had my mind set on Ducati but after a detailed walk around the show room from the staff and comparison of other bikes I was sold on a MV Agusta. I could not be happier with my purchase and the ease of buying. If you are in the market for a high end bike there is no other option to go.
Had a great experience going in to buy my BMW at EuroCycles Las Vegas, greeted as soon as i walked in the shop, all the sales staff were great, new what they were selling, answered all my questions also got to mention the finance department for getting a great deal.. Thank you all..
Beware buying here. They bought a very nice 851 on Bring a Trailer in Feb for $11k (cdclovi), and just told me on the phone (May) theyre asking $18k for it - it came from the owners private collection. Theyve done nothing to the bike. They dont put prices on their website. Do your homework, check BaT, cycle trader and other auction sites and dont trust a word. Theyre flipping bikes to make a fast buck, not enthusiasts. Blame the Fed for turning vintage bikes into a financial asset class.
Pretty horrible to work with. Were trying to sell an 8000$ valued bike for 13K. Also were looking to give me 3500$ under other trade in offers on a K1600b even though theyre a beemer shop. Then clipped on another 1000$ as some sort of service fees. When I called them on it they instantly were like ”oh sh.. this guys seems to know value and prices. Then tried to adjust the offer. Needless to say I wont deal with a company that first wants me to send them thousands of dollars to then offer to do and equal trade to then go and offer me thousands. Shady dealer types all the way. One star extra for trying to reneg.
Outstanding experience all around.I will for sure come back here next time I am in Vegas.Website is accurate and helpful. The chat service and online reservation worked well. Ryan G. who runs the rental service onsite was professional and helpful in every way. He was prompt responding to questions before and during the rental. The advance registration made things faster when I arrived onsite. Ryan threw in the helmet and a cell phone holder.Overall the whole process he has is simple, solid, and efficient - no wasted effort. The bike I originally requested was not available so Ryan upgraded me.The bikes were great - Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster and a Moto Guzzi California Cruiser - both excellent. Ran great. He had wonderful suggestions on routes and activities while riding in Las Vegas.I went to Red Rocks, Valley of Fire, and Mt. Charleston - all very worthwhile - especially fun on these wonderful machines.Highly recommend Ryan and Euro Cycle Las Vegas - they do motorcycle rentals really well. Enjoy!
These guys are awesome. Went to another location at first (I won’t be like some bitter ex and throw any names) and they threw excessive charges at me on a bike I was ready to take right off the lot! Decided to give Euro a try for one last ditch effort and was pleasantly surprised. Chris (one of the owners who I thought was a salesman because I didn’t know lol) worked with me on getting me what I wanted right off the bat. And Joe was awesome with the paperwork. Everything went smoothly and had my bike out the door faster than grocery shopping same day. Thank you all at Euro, and I especially want to thank the other dealer for running me off because I would’ve never tried these guys out. Side note, that Ferrari bike is sick!!
Awesome experience with Eurocycle of Las VegasGreat customer support excellent experience with the bikes to help find the right bike for you. John and De’juan thank you very much for this opportunity!
First time working with EuroCycle. Very positive experience. They not only fixed the obvious symptoms, but corrected the root cause of my problem. They told me what the repairs would cost and what the schedule was, then did the work right, on schedule and for the quoted price. Cant complain about that!Im back on the road! Also, a big shout out to Stus motorcycle transport. Excellent white-glove service. Saved my butt on this one.
The whole experience buying my Mv Agusta has been spectacular from beginning to end!!!!Great pricing and professionalliity from all of them!!Todd and Hollywood have been great! They also sent to my home my battery charger that I left there and all the paperwork needed to register the bike in my state free of any charges! Service department is very good as well!!! If you want an Mv Agusta is the best place in the whole country!! A+++++++++
Joe was extremely helpful he was my finance/sales representative all in one great place everybody is very helpful and professional this is my 3rd motorcycle purchased from them.
From start to finish it was a poor experience. Too bad there is not another BMW motorcycle dealer in town. I would have definitely given my business to someone else.Started with two visits on a Saturday when my experience was that all the employees working there were diligently at their computers avoiding customers like the plague. I spent 45 minutes walking around and nobody would even say hello. I left and checked out some other stores. Upon deciding to return because I really only wanted to buy the BMW GSA I was treated to another 45 minutes of silence until the first person to speak to me was actually a customer whom was also experiencing the same issue.Fast forward, I decided to buy a bike and in summary:1. The salespeople know very little about how to operate the bikes and their many features. Delivery was a joke..here are your keys, good luck, and an admission I really dont know how this bike works2. The guy sitting at the front desk near the sales floor was incredibly rude when I tried to get an updated on a bike I was interested in.3. They have no idea what they even have in inventory. I had to insist on a bike I sat on there being available before anyone would confirm it was for sale.4. I left a $9000 deposit on a bike and arrived to the confusion of the owner walking up to me telling me the bike was sold to someone else. Of course that was not true either. Go back to #3. above confirming these people have no idea even what they have in inventory.5. Final straw... I asked If they would honor a price I received from another Dealer on some accessories I was interested in. At first they said yes, but this is where their creative accounting took over. They jack their prices on accessories then tell you they will discount it 10%. I am sorry, that is no deal. Perhaps a deal for dummies but I am no dummy. Who on the planet thinks a jacked up inflated list price is a deal? Not me!6. After paying for the bike and finally leaving this place the general manager approaches and asks me why I seem upset so I explain the displeasure regarding the accessories. He then offers to make it right and sell me what I was looking for at a discount. Would you be surprised that after a week, no accessories and a call explaining they would not be able to honor their word because the parts are not available. What a lie! I was so fed up with this place I already ordered them from San Francisco BMW Motorad, had them shipped to my house and installed the parts last night. They blatantly lied about availability as the San Francisco store confirmed with me that they were in the Stockton, CA warehouse and followed it up with delivery of the goods.Bottom Line: Unless you are a fool like me.... buy elsewhere!!! If you enjoy a good run around, being lied to, and paying above retail price then by all means Euro Cycle is the place to go.I rarely write bad reviews, but this was unavoidable. How on earth do these people put food on the table?
I can highly recommend these guys. As one of the only dealerships I have ever dealt with they live in this century and they can communicate on email if that’s your preferred way (it’s mine). Great prices and great service.
Todd Wiltse is super friendly, very knowledgeable and was patient enough to answer all my questions. Overall experience was great and I would highly recommend Eurocycle LV.
EURO CYCLE..Need I say more...Awesome Team. Special Thanks to Todd Wiltse the internet go to go to go to and the ever cool Hollywood. You guys have made my experience absolutely GREAT!! This is my retirement present to myself and my MV Agusta F3 800 will forever be my BABY. Thanks You So Much EUROCYCLE and the EUROCYCLE Las Vegas Team.

Eurocycle was recommended to me by a friend. I was greeted by Todd, who was absolutely amazing. He really took the time and made sure to explain the features of my new bike.My experience was great. Mr. Hollywood and Mr. Doyle helped me get the price right.Ill be purchasing from here again!I highly recommend you stop in and check out their selection of bikes, gear and services.
De Juan Ghoston thank you for the slick and easy transaction and the great motorcycle!
Great selection and presentation of bikes. Most importantly is the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. They are not pushy but there to help. They also direct you to motorcycles that fit your riding style/ capability. Living in Kansas with limited options, this is a great place to visit. Check them out!
Just purchased a new Moto Guzzi from EuroCycle Las Vegas on Friday and the experience from start to finish was premium. Todd (Internet sales) and Joe (Finance) were both an absolute pleasure to deal with - each was straightforward and completely accommodating throughout the process. I traveled 300 miles to make the purchase after placing a hold deposit on my bike several days prior and everything was executed as advised and agreed upon. If/when Im in the market again, I will shop EuroCycle.
Best motorcycle buying experience I have ever had!I saw Euro cycles had my exact dream bike that I have been wanting forever so I called in and ended up getting in touch with Chris from sales over there and let me tell you this guy went above and beyond for me! Best customer service I have ever received, he got his hands on the bike I wanted and put it aside for me, I made the 300 mile trip out there the next day and it was just an awesome experience. Chris made the whole process very streamline. I feel bad I forgot the finance guys name but he was awesome and great to deal with as well. Just a bunch of cool motorcycle loving dudes that wanna help get you on the bike of your dreams. This is my 3rd new bike in the last two years and this was the best experience I have had yet. Chris even helped me load and strap my bike down himself. Highly recommend Euro cycles in Vegas! Go see Chris. He can also provide tips on how to convince your wife to let you get another motorcycle.
I was greeted by Lewis at EuroCycle BMW Las Vegas while I was looking for a motorcycle that I had seen online. We talked for a bit and he did his best to sell me a new bike, but I wanted to see a particular paint scheme on a particular model that was, unfortunately, not available in the showroom. He took my contact info and we stayed in touch. The bike I wanted came in, and as soon as it hit the floor, Lewis T let me know and I was able to get in and purchase my beautiful new 2020 Bonneville Speedmaster with the black and white tank. Perfect. Thanks again, Lewis, and everyone else at Triumph and EuroCycle who helped this happen. I love this bike. Well done.
Very clean shop. Lots of beautiful bikes! Great staff. Very knowledgeable about a variety of bikes. Huge inventory of new and used cycles. Gear and extras as well. Best shop in Vegas in my opinion. Will return.
This company is a rip offOn my 2011 Bmw R 1200 RT the gear shift lever was sloppy i had them replace the plastic bushings its quoted At 36 minutes but was charged 2 hours and at an outrageous 148.50 an hour its a bad jokeIf you value your money do not support this dealershipThe Las Vegas Euro Cycle is an embarrassment to BMWThey do not and should not be in the family
Very good customer service attention in the sale of parts
Received the bike with a damaged right mirror. Lew Taviner was a pleasure to work with and very professional He ordered a new mirror and shipped it to me the day he received it. The mirror didn’t match, so he sent me the left mirror to match the mirror previously shipped.
Eurocycles went above and beyond bailing me out of a jam, especially Miller in the service department. Smoked my rear tire blasting through Death Valley, they hooked me up with some new Michelin’s, accommodating me when other shops I called wouldn’t. Probably would still be limping around town with cords showing if it wasn’t for them.
Don’t come here if you are black. The manager is extremely prejudice. My husband was riding his bike up Sahara and it died within proximity of this location so he pushed it there. He already knew what was wrong. The battery. He asked if he removed the battery if they can test the battery. The service manager saw him and instantly said we don’t don’t do things for free. First of all, who asked for anything for free? We have money and have every intention of paying for services rendered. How dare you guys judge someone and assume they are asking for anything free. Pure discrimination based on the color of his skin assuming he’s asking for free stuff. Take your business elsewhere where they will actually be respectful, and treat people with dignity.
If you are Asian, dont bother coming to this business. I walked by 4 staff members without receiving any kind of an acknowledgement. They either did their best to ignore me, or sat at their desk staring at the computer. I guess their moto is Euro bikes are only for white customers.
