I purchased a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. I must say that the price was very good for this vehicle. In fact, it was so good that I didn’t even haggle. Our salesman Ron was phenomenal. At the end of my service department experience, the service advisor, Gabe, asked me to fill out this survey and to only give him 10’s because his job depended on it. The service we received was not worthy of all 10’s. Throughout our whole experience Gabe was less than friendly until the moment he asked me to fill out the survey. Jeff was much more helpful and friendly during our service department experience, but we still were not satisfied with the work when the vehicle started having the same issues. When we brought the vehicle back, we specifically stated that the issues were present at freeway speeds and that the technician should take the car on the freeway. When he returned stating “it just drives like that now,” we asked if he took it on the freeway, and he said no. The vehicle was 12k miles away from being out of warranty. We ended up trading the vehicle for a Toyota because we were so disappointed with our experience with Mitsubishi and the service department at Johnny Legends.

Felt right at home here. They did everything possible to get what I asked for. Andy Sarria was such a great help! Great sales person and didnt feel pressured at all. All the representatives that helped us did a wonderful job. Overall this experience was way better than my first time at a dealership.

From my initial request for info to driving the van off the lot, my experience with the JLM Team was top notch. I went there to purchase a car. But the young salesman and I didnt have a good connection. He didnt want to work with me. And when he showed me the numbers for the vehicle. It had way to many fees. About close to$2000 in fees. I kindly walked away. I gave them 5 stars. Because there facility is nice and clean. And they have some good prices for vehicles. But its the unnecessary fees.

Service was great during the buying process. As soon as we drove off the lot we noticed the car was shaky while driving on the freeway. We immediately texted our sales rep Alex to let him know we did not want the car and would like to purchase a newer vehicle. They told us we were stuck in the deal and they would fix the issue. They also promised to fix preexisting dents within 30 days. We had an appointment and when we arrived they said the dent guy was running late and would come to our home. This was 2 weeks ago. I texted Alex to follow up and received no response as of yet.

Jeff Shanahan (sorry if spelled incorrectly) takes care of me like no other in the car repair industry. I simply cant buy another brand car in the future. I feel like I have to stay with Mitsubishi going forward, or I would lose the services of Jeff. My work life revolves around a reliable working vehicle...literally. Briefly put, if my car is down, I dont work. If I dont work, I cant buy the medicine I need to survive. Not working for me is not just a case of going homeless and delving into the welfare system...Its a matter of life and death. Ill spare you the medical details lol. Overall Im a pretty healthy individual, but unfortunately, dependent on medication to stay alive. Jeff took care of me not just this time, but on other occasions too. I havent told Jeff of my medical needs, or my dependency on a simple medication, and my dependency on work to buy it to simply survive. He takes care of me to the highest extent possible without knowing this. He does it because hes the best at what he does. His work ethics exceed expectations of a customer. Im not sure most people put enough time into these surveys, or appreciate the level of expertise they get when they receive it. So Im sorry for such a long and personal reply, but Mitsubishi needs to know that Jeff Shanahan fulfills what the customer wants more than anything from a dealership...We want to be taken care of AFTER the purchase !!! We can buy a car from anyone, but its how we are taken care of AFTER we buy it that counts !!! Please dont take this in the wrong way, but if you are not aware, most or all customers know that a car salesman on commission is your best friend while buying the car lol. We get it.... Its what happens after, when you have a car problem.... THATs where the rubber meets the road !!! The kind of service I got from Jeff guarantees my next vehicle will be a Mitsubishi. If Jeff ever leaves Mitsubishi for whatever reason, of course Ill hope for the same from whoever else takes care of me. I wont expect the same level of service, because I think Ive found a hidden gem with Jeff.... But if they are even half as good as Jeff Ill be happy. If not, I would stray to another company in search of what I have with Mitsubishi service right now. I dont know if Jeff will ever know the results of this survey, who reads them, or where they go. Alex is the best!I had a great first time experience buying a truck at Jonny Legends. The service was amazing. I found the perfect truck I wanted on my USAA app and they gave me exactly what I went there for with the same exact price (before taxes). They also have an amazing sitting area, if you have kiddos they will definitely be entertained while completing the paperwork. Things were done so quickly here, I didn’t have to spend a whole day here to buy a vehicle. It was literally no bs involved only business. There was no back and fourth game going on. The quality of the truck was awesome it’s a 2019 Ram truck my husband was in total shock when I surprised him with it. The Jonny Legend family was so kind they even helped me transport the truck. Allex was such a gentleman, he explained every detailed I needed to know about the vehicle and took me for a test drive. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Isaac was one of the beat car salesmen I’ve ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable, asked me what my wants and needs were, and wanted nothing more than to help me get into my dream vehicle. Not to mention, he was not pushy at all like I’ve dealt with before. 10/10, would recommend to anyone. Thanks again, Isaac!

Carlo, a senior sales consultant was very nice sweet, and patient with me when shopping. He gave me the best deal he could and helped me find a good car that works for me. Very nice people, I do recommend.

Update!!!!!! *******beware of service department!!!!!!! The new 2022 outlander is everything you could want in a car... Great car for tall people!- so i didnt buy a new car..********* I was there for service. It was probably the worst service i have ever received in my life. I went in to get an O2 sensor changed and then was told that wasnt the part they were ready to charge my card 547$ for the part they said i needed.. I asked to get the part number since i didnt really believe that every other mechanic i spoke to said it was one thing and then this guy says its something else.. Welp come to find out they didnt have the part.. But didnt tell me that.. I had to order it from KS and then got it replaced and didnt fix the problem.. So thank you service guys for wasting my time and money . i hope everyone who goes here gets a second opinion before just letting them replace random parts in ur car that dont need to be replace!!!

I had such a wonderful experience today at this dealership. Carlo helped us out as soon as we got there and got straight to letting me see the car I was interested in. We didn’t know the area well so he gave us instructions on where to go during the test drive and gave us all the information we needed during the whole process. I had a lot of questions as a first-time buyer, so he laid everything out for me very well. He made this major milestone such a fun and stress-free experience, and I got to walk out with exactly what I was looking for.

After looking on the internet for 2 days, I found a car to my liking and called Johnny Legends Mitsubishi to see if it was still available. It was, so I made an appointment time to see the car. I test drove it right away and knew it was everything I was looking for. We then went inside and my salesman,Carlo Ruiz, gathered my information and got right to it. Before the end of the night he made sure I would be driving off the lot happy and with the car that I desired. It was a quick process and to my surprise I ended up with the car that I was set on that fit all my interests and drove it off the lot that same evening. I love my new car and couldn’t be happier with the prompt service and overall experience Carlo mentored throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier!
