I’ve been renting with Mail Boxes Plus for a couple months now. And everytime I go in, The employee Tony has always been super nice & acknowledges my presence. No matter what kind of day he’s having... He is always the same. Happy is what he is. I enjoy his presence every time I go in there.

I have been frequently finding, all of my mailing needs for 30+ years in this area of Paradise. The previous owner was a great personal, friendly, business owner, and trained his former employee, and now current owner, all of his wonderful qualities, that keep his customers comming back. I highly recommend locals, as well as our visitors, to seek out this location. The other mailing needs, locations in this area, do not meet the high standards, of this location. The customer service and sincere appreciation, surpasses any other business (of any nature) that you could encounter anywhere, in the city of Las Vegas. I am writting this review to advise every person needing assistence of this nature, to absolutely come to this location. You will leave here, feeling confident that all your needs will be met, with Quality, Care, Urgency, and professionalism. This may be a small place but the service is BIG! If you need a place to get your mail delivered with an actual address (like your home address) and not a P.O.BOX 5555, this is the best place to be. Friendly and Professional Service is an understatement for how Toni and Tim treat their customers...From day1 of the 7 years i have been a loyal customer with them, they have greeted me with warmth and appreciation...And despite the fact that i am a mere mailbox renter with them, they have never made me feel as such...What an honor it is to know these 2 guys.

Big city professionalism with small-town friendly customer service.I am a new customer (under 1 year) I am consistently impressed with Mail Boxes Plus. I pop in about once a week to get my mail and am always greeted with a smile. :)It is now awards season so I get a lot of films on DVD in my mailbox. (I am a member of the actors union and as such vote on the SAG awards.) My important mail is 100% safe.Pieology Pizza, Chipotle, Jamba Juice, and The Habit (burgers) are nearby. Picking up mail is a lot more fun when you can grab a tasty lunch/snack along the way -- literally across the street!! :)

Terrible Packing! Shipped a box of awards & souvenirs from this location. Terrible packing job. Fragile items arrived broken, other items incurred damage. The items would have been better off in our suitcases & going through checked baggage.
