Decatur Package Liquor has been My Stomping Grounds since the Early 70s! The bar is still the same as I remembered from My last visit(the warmth & charm of Old Vegas!) Heather, the Bar Maid, was very Professional & Courteous! She greeted Me with a Warm Smile & a Big Hello! The drink & food prices are reasonable. The establishment is kept CLEAN! Also, at different shifts are:Linda, Stan & Kelley. I EXTREMELY RECOMMEND Decatur Package Liquor for a step back into Old Vegas!

Bartender is really friendly

Drinks are reasonably priced. No drama crowd. They have food that didnt come out of a microwave. Its not in a neighborhood where I have to worry about drunken and verbally abusive pan handlers. People are here to have fun not to come to your table and drunkenly make a new friend. Bartenders rock.

One of my favorite spots in town! Its got everything you need: drinks, snacks, cigarettes, video poker, and package liquor. They have karaoke two nights a week, and the staff is definitely enough to keep you entertained the other days. Theyre pretty unique in my experience in that they have the feel of a mom and pop but the support of a corporation. I love going to family owned bars, but sometimes it can be annoying when things are broken and take a long time to get fixed because the staff is so busy. You dont have to worry about that at Decatur. They have people for every problem. Never a bad time here

They have a weird front door. It is kind of annoying seeing people trying to figure out how to get in the bar. Not especially friendly but not unfriendly.

I have been at this watering hole 4 days in a row, the bartenders are just super fantastic, beer is cold, atmosphere is quiet, folks are friendly, I had a Coors light and a shot of Jamesons Irish whiskey prices are competitive. Stop in have a beer youll be glad you you did.
