I absolutely love Windsor but the customer service was terrible, it was like the employees didnt want to work and made me want to go to Galleria Mall instead where Galleria Mall employees they actually know how to talk to customers and make you feel more comfortable with their customer service.

Love the inventory, although the outlet one is really busy looking one, many treasures hidden in between. Can be overwhelming as the space is very tight for the amount of inventory. The sales reps are not the smiling kind, a bit harsh and rude, felt like I was bothering them and apologized multiple time for asking for help, however considering how busy this store is and how messy the clientele is, I have a hard time blaming them. They should have more salesperson in it, it is too much for the three people I usually see there.

Found a homecoming dress for my daughter. Would appreciate some larger sizes.

It was really warm insides the store and entire mall. I dont think the A/C worked properly. They also didnt have a good variety of sizes but the staff was very helpful.

Went to go try on a shirt today 7/4/19 and i overheard an employee with the red headband wearing a white romper with a denim jacket complaining that I was taking too damn long and complaining that it was only one shirt. I’m sorry but this Chancluda needs to go back to the clearance rack and go look for her manners.
