Very rude sales lady. Claiming the dress we chose its not on clearance and its in wrong area even when I told her there is so many of them on the clearance rack. Please fix your customer service issue 😒 😑 🙄

Im very conflicted giving this location a poor review because the store is pretty and well kept. One of the women working there was extremely helpful in finding my size looking up items in other stores around town. My biggest issue how this location doesnt allow the Shoppers to the dressing room. This location only allows try on clothes in the two stalls upfront which do not offer very much privacy. Other locations are still using their dressing rooms so I dont really understand why we are still using the dressing room trying it on on our bodies but we have to do it basically in front of the store with little to no privacy. Also I dont like how one of the employees told me that all of the locations in Las Vegas have the same dressing room shut down. But I can tell you right now Im a very Avid Windsor shopper I spent a lot of money there yet this is the only location Ive been to stopping me from using the dressing rooms. I dont think its right for employees to misinform people.

Get a clue: Dearest tall, older insecure and rude lady. Once you gain some better customer service, I might consider returning. One of the reviews I read was about a woman being insulted because she was not dressed in more upscale clothing. My own observation of the store is there is a lot of microaggression toward shoppers who dont look Summerlin or fit an idea of what Windsor shoppers look like. At the end of the day, I should be able to come in looking homeless, but your job is to serve me. You work there. You dont own the store, and even if you did, where is your integrity?

I will never shop at this store again, i was prom dress shopping and decided to check out this store. I noticed that there was barely any ranges in sizes, however i found some that looked like they may fit. I was told to use the changing room in the front of the store by one of the workers, but as i started undressing and changing into a dress, one of the ladies BARGED in on me WHILE I WAS CHANGING. My mom repeatedly told her this, but the lady pushed her way through the door anyways and i had to cover myself. I have never felt so violated and uncomfortable before. I fully believe she only did this because we didnt look super dressed up and thought we couldn’t afford anything there, which makes me more angry.

This is great dress shop for just about any occasion. Employees are always friendly and helpful.
