The motor control module on my Regency ceiling fan failed. I could not locate the exact replacement module online. I went to Fanco and met with Derrick.He did not have the module I needed in stock, but quickly located one at another location. He had it delivered to his store in about 2 hours on a Sunday.Thank you Derrick for your excellent customer service.

The remote control for the combination light and fan fixture in the ceiling of my bedroom was not working. I noticed that the small light on the remote control was flashing quickly. I found out that the old battery was running out of energy. I brought a replacement battery to the store. A man at the store replaced the old battery with a new battery. I brought the remote control back to my residence. The fixture (both the lights and fan) now are working perfectly. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service! I highly recommend Fanco Fans & Lighting!

Oh my gosh you will not believe the poor customer service. I would give no stars if possible. I purchased almost $2500 in fans and had a mishap in delivery of 1 of them (trying times, things happen). What shouldnt happen is giving me the wrong wall control for 1 of the fans and then refusing to make it right while the installers are here. Simply refused to bring or have the correct one delivered. Preferred I take another day off of work and go without light in one of my rooms. Im through. Never again.

They do not stand behind their products! Instead of returning my money for a non-working fan they wanted to work with the manufacturer to send me one. Theyre general manager would make a great politician as he always kept telling me he would call me back. I called him four weeks in a row but he never does anything or return my calls.

Great help! The guys gave me a little education on a difference between fans fan motors pictures overall great experience and I walked out the store knowing a lot more about ceiling fans and I ever would have known. Best of all I didnt feel pressured to buy anything from the store.

I was in a fix. I needed a new pull switch for my ceiling fan as the light would not work. I called around and no one was able to come to my rescue ASAP. I drove to Fanco in my neighborhood and Andy greeted me as I walked in the door. He had a smile on his face and in his voice. I told him I needed a repair NOW. He said if I could in the the part he would do his best to get it done. He showed me 3 times what I needed to bring as I really had no idea what I was doing and Andy had no problem explaining it over and over until I was comfortable with taking the part off the fan and bringing it in.He did as he promised. The job was done in a matter of minutes and needless to say I left a very happy and satisfied customer.Thanks Andy. Thanks Fanco. GREAT SERVICE.

One of our kitchen pendant light bulbs exploded and shattered the globe during the recent earthquake. Our house is about 11 years old so my hopes of matching the globe were almost nonexistent. We walked in with one of our surviving globes. Chad knew immediately what it was, and ordered one for us. Saved us the hassle of having to replace all of our pendant lights. So very happy with knowledgeable and courteous sales people!

After spending nearly $2,000 on four fans at this store, the $700 ceiling fan we purchased from them which coincidentally had a whisper quiet lifetime guarantee had a tick sound from the day we installed it.. After going back and forth with them and being fed contradicting information from multiple employees and given the complete run around, we are now over 3 weeks out and still do not have a properly functioning fan. I was informed by Fanco this specific manufacturer has had issues with this specific model of fan and they have had multiple defect units. However, they continue to sell this fan at the high retail price and the kicker - I am now responsible for paying $125 fee to have the fan professionally taken down and the replacement fan reinstalled. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service skills and the fact that I am now out an additional $125 due to them selling me defective fan when I already spent nearly $2,000 in their store.

I called Fanco as we purchased 3 -4 fans through them. Its been more than several years since our first purchase and that fan has been recently making a clicking noise. Upon calling them, Rick is the RUDEST employee I have ever spoke too. He hung up on me, as I said are you trying to lose a customer or win back my business? He hung up! Never, ever have I ever! Needless to say they lost a customer for life! Ive also reached out to the owner/corporate office of this store. Lets see how much they care how their business is losing customers/sales.Mike Bement, I look forward to hearing from you! If you care about customer service!!!!Unhappy, never coming back customer!

The sales person was great and knew his product, I do business with him again. The follow up was anything but okay. Had to go through lady to make appointment to arrange installation. She call 1 x set appointment and never her from her after that. Left VM didnt indicate who we where leaving a message with, like it mattered because she never called back, and we had to call the store. Electrician arrived but the fan installers did not, and the electcian also call lady that was suppose to of made the arrangement, but went to voicemail, so had to wait another week an a half for fan to be installed. Again only heard for installer, never the lady Not once did lady call and apologize. Make your own arrangement with a qualified technician. Definitely dropped the ball on this one.

Probably wont repeat. 18 days since my order and am told oh... it is 14 working daysThe order is in but they added it to another stores order and I can either drive across town or wait 5 more days since they only do store transfers on Sunday. It is a nice store, they do have nice things but customer service is definately lacking.(Edit) I did install the fan and the quality was amazing.2 years later and nope... wont go back. The two stars was generous because the customer service and arrogance of management was the worst. I now buy all my fans online and skip the headache

JUST DONT GO TO FANCO. Dont be fooled by salespeople: If your fan fails, you must bring it into their store yourself. Warranties only cover the motor, not the electronics that drive the motor. The electronics often fail, leaving you with a piece of junk that costs more to repair than its worth. Rude people.

Jim was polite & very helpful. Discovered the light unit of the fan I chose was no longer manufactured however, Jim called the other Fanco stores in LV to checkif perhaps a unit left over & in stock...no...so he contacted the warehouse ... spoke to someone who had an idea of a possible interchange that might work. After talking it over with Jim & Andy I decided to have the order placed for both the fan & the light unit... When the shipment arrived Andy placed it in the car for me. My installation order was faxed while I was still in the store. Appointment made... fan installed.. the light fixture in question works and looks wonderful....so very pleased with process from start to finish. Would recommend . Jim goes the extra step. Thank you!!!

These people are horrible. I went in to ask about blades and the gentlemen(Rick) that was there was so rude and was very short with me. I ended up walking out. 6 months later, my husband went in to find out about the same thing and Rick was there and was just as rude. I have no idea how this location is still open with Rick working there.
