Incredibly helpful and friendly staff! Tried a sample of the noveau monde parfum and ended up ordering it online for Christmas! Amazing to be able to have an awesome customer service experience replicated via online ordering.

Just came in here with the intention of purchasing a $2,000 bag that I’ve been looking forward to purchasing. Once I entered the store I wanted to look around. I was followed, and as I looked at each bag the woman working told me that I couldn’t touch the bags. As I was looking at the bags the woman told me the price, and again, and again. 3x she repeated the price of the bag, as if I didn’t hear her the first time. I felt like my mother and I were treated terribly. I ended up going to Neiman Marcus to get the LV bag that I wanted. My family and I will never come back to this location due to the terrible experience! It was unbelievable!!

Wife had an issue with handbag and their customer service was great. You get the service you would expect at a high end store.

I had an awesome experience here, everyone was nice to me especially my sales associate Danna L. She was patient, attentive and answered all my questions. She showed me about 10 wallets until I found the one I wanted. Fashion Show mall has free parking ! Even the valet is free! (although you should tip). Over all great place to shop.

The Palazzo store has the best selection, bought a handbag and a wallet there.

I went in there to see if they sale shoes but the security of Luis vuitton call the security of the mall to watch me by the Windows, is sad that a brown person with long hair cant go to Louis vuitton store with out being profile for no reason.RACIST profilers.I even send and email to the company and they NEVER returned my emails or concerns, it figures. This COMPANY is trash and the employees on that location are averege nobodys that thinking they are better than the customer, and in reality they can afford the merchandise they sale.

The clerk is not professional enough. When I ask the detail of the product, she cant tell and loss her patient. All her want is selling things no matter what it is. Wont go there again.

While we were on Vacation on Christmas week, I wanted to take my wife to Luis Vuitton at the Fashion show mall inside Neiman Marcus. We purchased a beautiful handbag and wallet for my wifes Christmas present much to her surprise and she was thrilled! The salesperson told us because there is no store in Omaha so if we ship it to Omaha there would be no tax, it was a $2200 purchase so my wife was fine waited till the 26th when we return to have her bag. We came home on the 25th and it was to be delivered to my business the following day. When it was late afternoon and still no package I tracked it by the label we were given and was shocked to see it was never sent. I called the store and she swore to me that it had been shipped, then put a supervisor on the phone who promptly gave me all the excuses why it wasnt there fault they did not meet the promised time, oh well they dont pick up on Saturday and we were closed on Christmas! I told her I bought and paid for it last Thursday the 21st in the morning and the salesperson told me it would be sent that day! she said oh no you purchased it on late Friday, the she checked and realized I was right! When I told my wife what had happened it completely soured her experience and we canceled the order! they offered her not the for the horrible experience and my wife told me the same thing happened at this store on a previous purchase as well! If you want to pay over $2000 for a Purse you expect good service, save yourself the trouble and by a burberry instead! or choose a different location!
