I was there in May and went in for the neverfull Mm bag. They had one. They didn’t seem to care if I bought it or not. I paid cash for it. Left and went to my room to find out that all those bags are made in USA in California. It has no number inside where it’s supposed to be. I wished I would of bought it online from Italy or went to a different LV store in Vegas
Chelsea was zero help to me. I purchased a $700 wallet few years ago and on the inside fold, the leather started to bubble. I brought it in and spoke with Chelsea and she told me she’ll look into it and then call me back. She never called. I called again 3 weeks later and left a message. I didn’t hear back from anyone for another 2 weeks and then the person who called and left a message was very short. Message just said, I’m calling you and call me back if you have questions. Luckily I spoke with someone at the LV store in San Diego Fashion Valley and they resolved it right away.

Today my wife and I went to the store and chelsea was in charge. We bought a scarf from another state and came to exchange it for a different color. Her attitude changed when we told her that we had come to exchange the scarf. When the return didnt go well, she sighed and got annoyed. It was so ridiculous. When she kept failing, she left us to the other staff next to us and dealt with other customers. The other staff were very kind unlike her. I dont understand how this kind of person works at luxury store. I dont want to see chelsea the next time I come. She seems more suited to work at Walmart.

I had the pleasure of being greeted by Mary for my shopping experience. She was an absolute delight to work with. Ive shopped in various LV stores but Ive never met a client advisor like Mary. She was amazing. I felt like I was shopping with my sister. She was so sweet and extremely knowledgeable about the products. I will make all future appointments with her when shopping at this location. You truly exemplify the LV brand Mary and they are very blessed to have you. By the way...I absolutely love my Monogram Empreinte Neverfull and wallet. Thank you again my dear! :0)
Atwood is a wonderful Louis Vuitton representative. He knows the products so well and took the time to learn and understand my tastes. Its a very busy store with a lot of stock, and he knew everything about what wasnt showing on the shelves. I would highly recommend him and this location. I found it hard to choose! Great mens selection, too.
My mom purchased a bag here and was very happy with her saleswoman. It made me happy to see her satisfied. Great service
They literally had a line with 20 people in our from Ans they weren’t letting people in Ans there was no one in the store. The salespeople were sitting around talking. I waited in line for 55 mins before I was let in. Customer service is far below standard. This store should be closed.
Purchased a pair of boots from Sheila who was great on 11/14. I typically wear a size 7 I’m shoes however the boot fit too tight. A size 7 1/2 was available so I tried that, still right but fit. I asked Sheila for a size 8 however she said she would not recommend that based on my foot size this would cause creases in my shoe. Based on her recommendation I purchased the $2,000 boots. Wore them to breakfast today for an hour and had blisters on the back of both heels. Took them back today to EXCHANGE, did not want my money back just a shoe that fit, (because they did have a size 8) “manager” Chelsea refused because the shoes had been worn for an hour. She was very rude and snobby. Horrible service, very unhelpful. They’re a few other LV stores in Vegas I would recommend all BUT this one.
All 5 stars especially for sales executive ‘Rebeca Fuentes’. She was super helpful and professional with us. This was our first ever visit to a LV store. We were looking for iconic monogram handbags and we got very respectful treatment from everyone in store and especially from Rebeca. She showed around available options, explained different features. I have read some 1 star comments here and some other LV stores about customers being disrespected but we never felt that way. Thanks Rebeca ! Hopefully we will join LV customer family soon
Mediocre buying experience. I bought a bag at this location as they were the only store in the city that had the bag I wanted, and the saleswoman was not very attentive or explanitory. She kind of just stood off to the side and looked around the store, she wasnt polished either, and wasnt gentle with the bag I had just purchased. The team also needs to polish their verbage, instead of saying, When theyre gone, shell help you, (cringe!) they should say, When she is finished with her clients, she will be available to assist you. I work in hospitality for one of the highest grossing properties on the Strip, and the guest services provided during my buying experience convinced me to never return to this location or recommend it. I shopped at the City Center location for a wallet, and that experience (for just a wallet) was far more exceptional.

I am not one to make reviews, especially towards poor behaved employees at stores. My first time walking into a Louis Vuitton, and I believe it’s my mistake for expecting a great experience and later to be disappointed. As we waited in line to enter the store, the saleswoman who greeted us started a conversation and never tried finishing the end of it. We were ignored as if the other end did not matter. Once we walked in we were appointed a saleswoman, she didn’t put effort in selling us nor convincing us this bag (Petite Boite Chapeau), or anything for that matter, was worth purchasing as if she had made the assumption it was a waste of time with us. Well she may have had a point, once my family and I knew we were not welcomed we decided it was best to eliminate the problem and show ourself out. Hopefully, this helps!
Beautiful store but the service was terrible. My friend and I were helped by Shiela, whom was very abrasive. We felt as though we could not make a move in the store without her. I was excited to shop but Shiela was way too aggressive.
After being ignored at the Wynn Louis Vuitton I took my business to the Palazzo pop up and I’m thankful I did! We were greeted the moment we walked in and although they were very busy, Sheila gave me excellent service! She took the time to show me all the bags I wanted to see. I am very happy with my purchase and experience at the pop up location in the Palazzo, thanks to Sheila!

I went in here to purchase a bag (obviously) and I had the best experience. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, the worker named Jastin thoroughly took his time with us as I was buying my FIRST Louis. It was such a great experience and help me find a card holder to match it. He helped me as I walked around the store and was really awesome. Keep up the great work!

Atwood Owen is the epitome of customer service and Louis Vuittion USA (Las Vegas). We visited him in March 2019 and happy with the service that he provided. I emailed him a couple days back in regards to a bag that COULD NOT BE FOUND in New York, Canada or Miami, as I travel for work and stopped into multiple stores. HE FOUND IT AND SHIPPED TO ME IN 24 HOURS. He should be commended for his work! Louis Vuitton USA should be proud to have such an employee like Atwood. Thank youI must say that the customer service at the Louis Vuitton in at the Shops at Riverside in Hackensack New Jersey is the worst!!! Their sales people and managers have no accountability and customer experience is a reflection of what management is lacking, professionalism. The manager asked me to cut the sales rep slack because they are in training. I dont care about excuses, it is irrelevant to me. What is relevant is the fact that I am trying to purchase a product and you dont even try to sell something else.

Dont buy shoes! (Look at my photos) They caused bodily injury (blisters) AND scars. You can see the 1st blister & its scar on the right side of the 2nd blister a couple weeks later from wearing their boots. They wouldnt let me return because they couldnt be resold, they were worn. I also purchased a size bigger as they recommended. There is a lip inside the back of the boot & that caused the blisters so its NOT the same as not liking the boots etc. LV shouldve exchanged or returned these. No possible way to return with their existing policy. I will be calling my attorney tomorrow as I tried every level of escalation with no resolution. I also asked to speak to the store manager & Cathi played the role even though Vanessa is the store manager not Cathi & I specifically asked. Cathi is a lying employee & should not be working there. Thats unprofessional & shouldnt be tolerated by LV. Im happy to remove this post if LV takes accountability & offers a reasonable resolution
My husband purchased my very first LV purse and Atwood was very friendly and all just wish I was told what I thought was a charm on the front of it was a key chain for an additional $2-400. I unpackaged it to my disappointment no charm. The purse is definitely classy but the charm (key chain) made it even better. Very disappointed for $2400. Like buying a car I guess. First experience with Louis Vuitton not a what I thought it would be.

I do not normally write the review, but my mother was deeply touched by LV experience with a Client Advisor name Kyle Lin that I had to write this.My parents went to Las Vegas few days ago for their 30th anniversary and decided to stop by the LV boutique to ask for help on her previously purchased handbag. She said this young gentleman name Kyle Lin who was already helping out other client, came to help them shortly after he finished. He was very knowledgeable on the products that my mother found an issue with, and genuinely helped her through the customer service process step by step. She was extremely pleased with the customer service provided by Kyle and shared this story to our family, asking if I could share this with your team.Thank you so much for providing exceptional customer experience for my mother, I truly appreciate it. Kyle is definitely an asset to LV!

Tiny, bare-bones store that isnt consistent with LV brand. Both employees appeared unkempt and were unfamiliar with the LV brand and bag styles. With such limited inventory, I dont why this location even exists. Very disappointing. Even the nearby Kate Spade shop had more appeal than this sad space.
