If I could give this store more than 5 stars, I would! I absolutely love everything from employees, to managers, to the actual store itself. The store has a very good variety to choose from. Now my wonderful SA Ailan, there isnt enough words to express how amazing she is! The minute I walked in for my appointment, I was very welcomed with a wonderful hug, I knew it would be a great day! Todd the manager, is beyond awesome! He is very friendly and checked on us about 3 times. It felt like we were genuinely welcomed here. I did buy house decor and personal items. I have few Hermes stores locally but I feel very comfortable with this specific Hermes store. I dont mind driving 4 hours, one way, to see them. I am a customer for life.

Poor service and very unprofessional staff especially the manager (Todd). He never returned phone call. Extremely disappointed in representation of the Hermès brand. Worse service I ever experienced. Steve is the only one that tried to help at this location. In the end, Steve did go extra miles to help and accommodate my needs. You are a great SA Steve. Thank you.

Hmmm ... especially the door guards need to learn a lot in that branch to live up to the service in the Paris headquarters or my Dubai Mall branch ...

At this time, they take appointments only. I had an appointment but had to wait 5-10 minutes because the employee assigned to me was busy. Employees are very courteous and professional. The reason I knocked off one star is because there were people who didnt have an appointment, but because they were making a fuss, the manager decided to let them in anyway and had someone assisting them while I was still waiting.

Went to purchase an Apple Watch band from this location. Was informed by the person on the phone that “we don’t sell to people with whom we have no relationship, but it is just a watch band. I mean, it isn’t JUST a watch band.” He then agreed to set up the sale with his staff. Following that: total silence, and ignored follow-up calls.I ended up sourcing the band out of the Thai Hermès online store. A lot of hoops to jump through for “just a watch band” (his words, not mine).

Allison ‼️‼️‼️We went to Hermes store at Crystal place few days ago.Allison never let us go and browse around the store, I ended up buying one item, she never asked if I in the system, never create a profile and didn’t wrap my purchase.Very disappointed, not a great experience at this location.

Not a very friendly store. Wife Inside and they will not let husband in who will be paying. Provided them of her name and response I received was I need to call her which I did but she was pre occupied and phone was on silent mode.Lots of missed huge sale.Definitely I would not recommend going to this location.

Wonderful customer service that will help you find what you are looking for and give you some ideas to enhance what you wanted. As always Hermes has great fashion with accessories to chose from in their store.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A RETAIL STORE!!!I tried entering your store shortly before 1pm today and was told that I would need to make an appointment first. I told the employee that I had a meeting in 15 minutes, forgot my belt at home in WI, and wanted to purchase a belt quick. I was told once again that Id need to make an appointment, so I left. (I couldnt see any guests/customers in the store.)I went to my meeting and since I was still right there in the vicinity... I went back at 6:30 and was once again told that Id need to make an appointment. So... I left the store and immediately called them. I was told, Oh, Im sorry, but we have someone in our store and hes our last appointment for the day.IT LOOKED LIKE THERE WAS ONE PERSON UPSTAIRS. THE STORE CLOSED IN 30 MINUTES. AND THERE WERE THREE PEOPLE WORKING (2 MEN AND A WOMAN).SO... WHEN YOUR BUSINESS FAILS AND YOU WONDER WHY... THATS WHY.

Serena was awesome! Extremely helpful and polite. She was knowledgeable and went above & beyond to get me the items I was looking for. I would definitely return and recommend Serena as a sales associate.

SA (Steven) was great! We bought a belt and he was very helpful and patient. Enough so that we came back the next day to buy two more as gifts. We were staying at the Wynn which had another store but felt the extra travel in 118 degree heat was worth the service lol. The wife kept changing her mind. Very pleasant to work with.

Beautiful new store! The old store was so tiny but WOW the new store has so many selections. So much tableware and ready to wear! SO EXCITED!

Very very beautiful collection but the young sales lady “professial sales” very unfriendly. I was there with my two kids and my wife and really wanted to buy a nice classic sneaker. I would have felt stupid – that is why I did not allow me to buy it with such a rude Sales behavior. Probably if the older lady would have assisted us things were going to be different because I saw she was really kindly with some other customers.

My husband and I were going to see a concert that night and I wanted to buy him a belt as a Fathers Day present. We walked in the store and were assisted immediately. The sales associate was extremely helpful and friendly. Great Customer service.

Good service, nice layout of store. Bought Apple Watch straps for $330 nice leather upgraded the watch for sure. Other straps can be bought for less obviously but only one is Hermès.

Refused to talk or give the time to us and rude.

We love Hermes products. Stopped at Crystal Shops Hermes and were basically ignored by a sales associate on her iPad and had a male associate actually turn away when we needed help. Went to Hermes Bellagio where we stayed to comkplete our purchase. Will never go to Hermes at Aria again

Having shopped at the Paris location this store is not representative of the brand.Expect an underwhelming experience.No question from staff about previous experience or spend history and unwilling to grovel when I inquired about product availability for a special occasion - Ill be visiting another store with better staff.

Korean staff was there for shopping.
