Walking in here the first time was fantastic. I was greeted immediately and had all my questions answered and their current smart watches. I ended up buying the Fossil Q Explorist HR and love the watch. But after a few months of normal wear, the charging rings on the underside of the face began to fall apart. Today I walked in to ask about it and see what I needed to do to have it repaired. The employee I talked to immediately jumped into action. He looked at my watch, pulled out a brand new one from under the cabinet, and began switching it out on the spot. He didnt ask for a receipt or any proof of purchase, her just went to work. Within minutes I had a brand new watch on my wrist, sized to me. I have not had customer service like that in a long time. Without a doubt, this experience has made me a lifelong Fossil customer and I will continue to do business at this store.

The people there are super helpful and friendly! They helped me narrow down what kind of watch I want and although I didnt buy anything on my visit they helped me math out which purchase option would save the most money if I did buy the watch I liked (comparing online, in store and over the phone). Jackie and Daniel were fantastic they swapped out an old watch i had that kept breaking no questions asked and also helped me get my wife a 3 band option 4th generation smartwatch and helped her set it up and fit it to her size! Truly great customer service and great quality watches what else do you need.

This location has some of the best customer service. Every time Ive gone in theyve been absolutely great regardless of who was working. I first came in looking at the newest Fossil Explorist smart watches in November. They were helpful in telling me about all the features and were patient while I tried on several styles until I found the look I wanted. I stepped out to think about it because its a large purchase but their customer service was actually the defining factor in coming back to buy it. Not long after that I came back again to buy a new strap because I grew tired of the one the watch came with and they did a great job then too. I even sent a coworker to them who ended up buying the same smart watch as me and she reported the same friendly atmosphere Ive come to know. Most recently I had an issue with my watch, which I caused, and in troubleshooting with Kevin he went above and beyond to solve the issue and I appreciate his and everyones effort at this store. Will definitely be returning to this store whenever I want to make a purchase with Fossil!

Needed to change the battery in my everyday fossil. Apparently its one of those watches where the battery isnt easy to change...so guess what...they just gave me a new watch! Talk about service and going above and beyond! Thanks Yessenia ( I hope I spelt her name correctly)

Great customer service from a gentlemen and woman closing on a Tuesday night last week! Me and my sisters came in close to closing time and they were so patient with us.
