Visited this artificial lawn store to look at various grass samples. Were landscaping our backyard and are considering artificial lawn as an alternative. We looked at various lengths of grass, asked questions regarding price, care and durability. Aaron was very helpful providing us answers and solutions to our questions. Will consider returning and looking at more samples in the near future.

Pick a different landscape company, it’s not worth the hassle and headache to deal with Purchase Green / A&R landscaping.If you want to babysit your landscaping project on behalf of the landscaping company, than this is the company for you.Everything that happened:I completed my quote and 50% down payment end of March and was told the landscaping was scheduled for the first week of May.The first week of May rolls around and I haven’t heard a peep from the landscaping company (Remember I paid 50% upfront). No communication. I call the office and was told that Saturday the landscaping would be arriving to complete the landscaping.By Friday evening 3pm still hadn’t heard anything about when they would be arriving the next day (no email or call). I call the office AGAIN and was told they didn’t have the grass in-stock and it was pushed until Tuesday. Again, zero communication about this delay. No call, no email, nothing. I had to call them in order to find out.Tuesday rolls around and per usual, no communication. I call AGAIN and the owner said still didn’t have the grass and it would be pushed until the next day. No call or email communicating this to me - for the 3rd time.Wednesday arrives and the landscaping workers arrive in the morning. The first thing they ask me is “what are we doing?”. The workers didn’t even know what was supposed to be done to my backyard. They call the office and figure that out, and as they are working on the backyard. A couple hours in I remember I had a special request to fill in a gap between my back gate and the ground which didn’t appear like they were doing.I had to call the owner - 4th call at this point - and ask why the gap below the gate wasn’t being filled. He replied that he forgot.Later that day the landscape is completed and looks great. Then the very next day I get a call from the office wanting the rest of the payment. They have no issue with communication when they want to get paid, but any other time forget it.The next week I reach out in order to obtain drawing / plans for HOA and my records. Took them 3 weeks and multiple emails and calls to send me simple drawing. I had to threaten a bad review (this review) in order to get a copy.Everything that I described above could have been avoided with a simple email, call, or text. Instead I had to continuously reach out to them any information on the timing and details of landscaping project.Needless to say, this company has absolutely horrendous communication, organization, and overall business practices.

Absolutely great customer service. Highly recommend for first timers or anybody. Rich helped us pick a really nice affordable turf for our backyard. As first timers he was very helpful and understood exactly what we wanted. The process was fast and convenient. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

This Location is a joke and the owner Rich or Rick is a scam artist and a crook, thief, lowlife. Dont spend your hard earned money for a terrible product and terrible service. I had this establishment install the grass and finish the backyard 2 years ago. We were told that theres life time warranty but turns out to be 15 years. Thats fine too.There were a defect Of the grass and the owner came over!!! and he was giving us the run around saying it has grass burn from the windows. Furthermore at the initial consultation he was the one who came in!!! as a professional he should know what to look for. The funny part is that he was suggesting to ask my neighbors to tint their windows . Common now !!!Yes I was angry and yes I asked him to leave my property!!! I was angry because he knew theres an issue with the grass but did nothing to fix the issue!!! I have 15 year WARRANTY!!!

After a rocky start and an outstanding effort to correct the issue the, installation and quality provided by Purchase Green was pretty good. After seeing the final installation I can honestly say that I am pretty happy with the result.

They show up when they say they are going to. They communicate clearly every step of the way. They go above and beyond what even I expected. Most importantly the owner is involved in the day to day operations and is present. Highly recommended. Save yourself the time, if you are looking for artificial grass and landscaping (irrigation, pavers, plants and artificial grass), look no further than this company!!!

Wow-I was blown away by the service from Rich and his crew. They came out and installed artificial turf for my front lawn. They showed up as scheduled, and went way above and beyond with the work they did.Not only did they do a fantastic job installing the turf, they trimmed the tree which had some branches extending into my neighbors yard, suggested a border between my neighbors lawn and mine to make everything look more professional, cleaned up the entire cul-de-sac, completely cleaned my entire lawn and front porch of all leaves and debris - and reset my sprinkler clock for me. They also rearranged my tree ring to look much more even and professional than it did. Now thats what I call service above and beyond!I would definitely recommend Rich at the Purchase Green location on 2710 E. Patrick. Thank you Rich for such a wonderful experience. I now have a beautiful and water-efficient lawn.
