These guys are absolutely amazing! We were searching everywhere for some really hard to find flooring to replace a corner of a damaged room that we were repairing. We were having a really hard time finding this product. A lot of the places that we were calling couldnt get it. When we called this place they said that they could find that stuff no problem and they did! We were so happy that they located it. When we arrived to pay for the flooring to order it I walked in and couldnt believe the size of this place! Its absolutely huge and they have almost any kind of flooring you need Tile, Hardwood, carpet, you name it. I would definitely come check this place out for any of your flooring needs. 100% recomended

Pleasantly surprised by the experience made so by a sales associate who was able to find just what I was looking for within 10 minutes of arrival and the sakes associate discounted the price without negotiation. My purchase was immediately loaded into my vehicle ...all told the experience took maybe 20 minutes. I will would recommend 1 stop 4 flooring.

Terry Perelman was our salesman and he was was professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained all the details with us. He was friendly and courteous. Would keep doing business with him, we highly recommend him.

Ive been in this store a couple of times, but today, I had the best customer service experience EVER! James was definitely the most helpful person Ive dealt in the whole place. I truly felt he went above and beyond.And Im happy with my purchase and the cost.Ive shopped around looking for new flooring for awhile now and definitely walked out a happy customer! We had wonderful customer service from our salesman, Robert. My husband and I had just purchased a home and when we did our final walk through, the carpets weren’t in such great shape after the previous owners furniture was out. We were in a time crunch as we were moving in in just a few days, but didn’t want to have to do the carpet after we’d moved furniture in already.The carpet we chose wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be able to arrive before we moved in, so Robert helped us choose a carpet that would be shipped and able to be installed before our move in date. The whole process was great from start to finish and the carpet looks beautiful!!

We looked for weeks for a waterproof laminate we liked and they had the largest showroom of product. Took home several samples to make a decision.The salesman came out and measured gave us a written estimate right there. Of 3 we had they were least expensive so we went with them.Product ordered and install date set no issues at all. 2 installers showed up on time and did a great job over 2 days getting it done. We were pleased with them and how they managed to clean up fairly well after the job.The reason for 4 Stars was there was no follow up during or after install. I would have expected a call after the install just to close it all out. Guess things have changed over the years?As an FYI they were 2,000.00 less then the highest bid and their measurement more than 20sq ft less then the other one. Our install was completed with half a box (10 sq ft) left over.

This flooring company does the worst carpet installation. Within a few months, the carpet needs stretch already. Called back to schedule, initial appointment was on Friday, a Mexican worker showed up and said the boss is not paying enough to do all the job so he left. Played phone tag games trying to have them come out, finally rescheduled for Saturday again, no one showed up again, of course. Called the company again and the boss didn’t want to deal with the situation and said they will send someone out on Monday morning. Here goes again on Monday, no show again and phone tag games again. Warranty is never gonna be done as what you paid for. I would not do any flooring with this company at all. It’s not worth your time and money to deal with this kind of business. I don’t know how they survive and keep the business going. This kind of business should shutdown instead!

I have a newly built home and carpeting was purchased from One Stop 4 Flooring. I do not let anyone walk on my carpet with shoes. The carpet is unraveling in two seperate areas. I am total disappointed with this carpet. So I called the store and spoke with the young lady that I dealt with when I purchased the carpet. She told me that the rep for my area wasnt available, and would not be back until after the Holiday. That he would call me as soon as he returned. Which was supposed to be the following Monday. I did not receive a call. I called the young lady back and he was suppose to be out here today. I was told no specific time but I she stated I should be the first stop in the Morning. No one has showed up yet nor did I get call. I think I am getting the run around. I do not suggest this company because of their lack of professionalism. The quality of customer service and their product is poor. No follow up skills and tell you anything to perceive you are being taken care of but in fact you are not.I have to say thank you. They came out and fixed the carpet. It look amazing!

We had laminate wood floors and new tiling installed in our house and are very pleased with the result and very pleased with the price too which was very competitive. The work was scheduled very quickly (2 different crews, one for the wood followed by another for the tiling), the whole job was completed within a week of making our wood and tile selections. They were all experts in their field and did a flawless job for us.Also wanted to thank Salesman Alex for all his advice and patience right from the start when he came to the house to give us the original quote. Also his material estimates were spot on, only very small amounts of tile and wood left over so we didnt end up buying more than we needed which is often the case. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this company!

Wish this place was more customer service friendly. You have to talk to someone to get prices on any flooring, so its hard to really shop to figure out what is in your price range. The guy working with us seemed defensive that our tastes werent the same and eventually walked away from us when he seemed we didnt want to buy what he recommended. Going to go elsewhere for our flooring needs.

Smells like vomit for some reason in the parking lot and inside the store. However they have a large variety of flooring and the staff i encountered were helpful. The prices seem reasonable compared to other places as well.

I already dont like them the guy Rob is so unprofessional instead of coming over to do measurements and doing his job professionally he feels the need to put his two cents in our personal life and doesnt mind his own business and I feel so offended!!!!

Would not recommend One Stop 4 Flooring. Very unorganized and horrible communication with customer. Made numerous mistakes and they never apologized. A week long job took over a month to get done. Workers did not take off their shoes after I asked them to several times and they ended up staining my new carpet. When they finally did they would go in and out of my house with their dirty socks on. They also were very messy and did not leave my house clean. One Stop 4 Flooring did nothing to fix it nor apologized for it. I did not feel valued as a customer and did not have a good experience at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

What a great team of professionals! I have seen many other flooring outfits across Las Vegas. One Stop $ Flooring is HANDS DOWN the VERY best across the board. Period!
