Waited entirely way too long to try this for the first time today! Their food is delicious as well as healthy. The service and staff are super friendly as well. You definitely cant go wrong with stopping in for a meal here. Will definitely be coming back on a weekly if not biweekly basis as a way to incorporate delicious and healthy juices, bowls, and paninis into my diet.

Today was my first time ordering here. I took a while to order what I wanted, but with the help of the guy at the front I felt sure Id like my choice. I ordered the dessert acai bowl and asked if I could add blueberries and raspberries. He said no problem and added that to my bill. When I got the package with my order I thought about double checking but the order sheet was attached which clearly stated the additional berries so I left. Well, I liked what I got, but am only giving it a 3 because my extras were not included. It wasnt a busy time so I have no idea where the problem was. Rather disappointing for my first attempt. 😕

Ive been here a few times now and am currently ready to write a fair review. On my first visit, the cashier was nice. I told her that Ive never been there before and she was more than happy to go over the menu with me and recommended her favorite bowl, of which I ordered and it was fantastic! On my most recent the girl was nice and helpful and was pleasant to order from.Now onto the FOOD. In my opinion its a bit OVER PRICED for what it is. But the BOWLS are absolutely FANTASTIC. While on the other hand their PANINI and grilled cheese MISS THE MARK. Every time Ive ordered a sandwich from here it has come SLOPPILY thrown together and lacking fulfillment because they are SPARSE with INGREDIENTS. And every time they have been very, very DRY and hard to swallow. Needless to say, my panini today had about half the steak it should of... was more like I was eating mostly toasted bread.So to sum things up... customer service is friendly and helpful, they are over priced, their vitality bowls are fantastic and their sandwiches are empty and dry and leave nothing to be favored.

I ordered 2 different smoothies but they both tasted exactly the same, and they were waaay too liquidy to be considered a smoothie. I make them at home all the time for significantly cheaper, so I probably wont try this again. Going to Jamba juice next time Im feeling lazy.

We stopped by for a healthy lunch. We got a salad, panini & a juice. The juice was wonderful but the food misses the mark. For the price you would expect a gourmet salad with wonderful flavor but it was the opposite.

Mckenzie is the definition of customer service. With me being a first time customer, she explained to me what make their smoothies different from any other smoothies place. It was amazing! We will be back again. Great staff, great taste. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Came 30 minutes prior to closing, and was told we couldnt get juice or panini. Smoothie tasted like water, and we paid $3 extra for turkey on the salad, and received less than a tablespoon of turkey.... Lastly got told to leave before they even closed because they had to put away furnitureYikes

No customer service. Love their bowls but they have no care for customers or customer satisfaction... makes it hard to come here.

I waited over 20 min for my food. The panini was cold and soggy and the salad was missing some ingredients

I’ve only been to one other location but I’m addicted to this spot! The staff is so ridiculously nice and helpful. And the bowls are so delicious and consistent! I really appreciate the level of customer service here. I eat here quite frequently and during one week my bowl was a little off a couple of times. I brought it to their attention and I’ve never been more comfortable and satisfied while making a complaint. Jackie, the owner, was so kind and I could tell both her and her employees really cared about the feedback. I love eating here, it’s become a fantastic healthy ritual of mine. I’ve been eating these bowls about 3-4 times a week and I feel great. And I haven’t had one I don’t like!

These folks REALLY love their customers! I recently moved to the area from Atlanta, Georgia and this is definitely my go to place. My gf is pregnant and very picky but she loves everything on their menu. The staff is super helpful, informative and friendly. The owner is almost always there and she’s very hands on with her business! Thank y’all so much for the great food and awesome vibes! Vitality Bowl is my go to item!

Love the bowls! Love the staff! Its the perfect breakfast or early lunch. When I have one, it leaves me feeling both full and energized all day. I hope theyll open one in Henderson. I wont be able to stay away!

Some friends brought me a Vitality Bowl one day, and the rest is history! I go at least twice a week for a delicious & nutritious bowl. My favorites are the Nutty Bowl, Vitality Bowl, Warrior Bowl & Dragon Bowl.They have seasonal/monthly specailty bowls as well that are great.Staff is always helpful & nice, putting a smile on your face! In short....I love this place!

I go to Vitality Bowls on a pretty regular basis, and Im never disappointed. I always get excellent customer service (which you cant always count on these days), fresh ingredients, and delicious food. Everything is made fresh to order but the wait is never long. Ive only tried the smoothies and bowls so far, but plan on trying other menu items in the future. Oh, and they have a rewards program that always gives me money off certain items - so I often get my bowl or smoothie for less than the regular price!

Great tasting healthy alternative to the food that is around them. They are usually fast but get bogged down with orders from time to time. Dont plan on sitting down here though as they have almost no dining area to hang out and eat in. This makes them an excellent option to order online thru Postmates

This is one of my favorite places to eat, no matter the time of day. The Nutty Bowl is my go-to. They make every bowl when its ordered, so its always fresh, and if you have anything you want to avoid or want added, they happily accommodate. Theyre also good at working with food intolerances.Everything Ive tried has been delicious!

Wow. First and last experience, no thank you. Was greeted by a girl who came scrambling out of the kitchen area to take our order. We told her it was our first time and she told us to take our time and to wave through the window when we were ready. Which, whatever. Ordered 2 bowls and a panini to go. Got to our destination (floyd lamb park,) and noticed we were only given 1 spoon. I’m happy we it least got that. 1 of the bowls were soupy w contents spilling out. Lastly this establishment showed up in my news feed celebrating free coffee with the purchase of a bowl which we were never offered.

Weve had a very good and generous acai bowl. The big size was more than enough for two people. The workers were extremely nice too!

I love Vitality Bowl. Everything tastes great and it is good for you without any added sugar, ice, or fillers. Everyone who works there is so nice and patient with answering any questions. I only wish it was even closer to my house so I could go every morning.

One of the best smoothie/bowl places in town. The selection of bowls they offer is awesome. So many great options to choose from, and the owner Tracy is always great to talk to. Because Im working all the time, I dont come here nearly as much as Id like to or Id be here every day for a morning acai bowl

Amazing food. Its like a thick smoothy on bottom and fruit with granola and toppings above. So healthy and yummy. A large serving lasted me 4 days in the fridge.

My favorite Açaí bowls in town! I always get the breakfast bowl and it is so delicious that I crave it on a daily basis. Can’t forget their incredible smoothies. The staff is always so courteous and help you choose your favorite item easily. I have had several competitors bowls and nothing amounts to vitalities. The only thing competitors have going is their convenience of multiple locations. So only advice I have is to please bring one to summerlin for selfish reasons lol
