Ive had 3 deliveries from Smf . 1st was ordered 6 days before Christmas and still arrived before Christmas. Second arrived 3 days after shipping 3rd was a backorder item that took awhile but was worth the wait. I did place a call to them on all 3 orders and the lady on the phone(m) was great and should write a book on customer service. Will do business with again soon hopefully.

Received the incorrect product. Contacted them via email x2 and review on their website after no response.After 17 days they responded to the email saying it would only cost me 55 cents to return my item and have them ship me a new one. Not a big deal as far as cost. But with all the great websites for ordering parts, why deal with slow/poor customer service.

Great products in incredible time. Called the day after I placed an order and they modified it (added parts) and still had it shipped that day. Recieved items 3 business days after order. Will do business with again.
