His name is Bryant Moreland he also goes by the name EDP445 on the Internet, You will come to find out that he is an unstable and dangerous individual, and has made multiple attempts to solicit a 13 Year old girl. I feel like this is something you should know about the person that you sell guns too, good store nontheless.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I made a very minimal payment to order a Radian Model 1 from them. In a little over a week they notified me that my rifle was ready to be picked up. I was very pleased that they went ahead and ordered the rifle from one of their suppliers. Would definitely come back here.

I will never buy anything from this shop. As a casual gun buyer I was shopping for a .22 pistol and found one at this store that was a Keltec. The price was in the $300s.. $400 with tax and background. I asked for information on the pistol about price and reliability, but no one would pull it up online for me or give me a straight answer. I tried getting info on my phone but for some reason I couldnt get internet service(I dont blame them for that, but should have been my first sign to walk away). Finally one person behind the counter said they had no complaints from previous sales. I trusted the merchant and paid for it. Come to find that the Keltec MSRP was $199. Needless to say I will not shop a store that will not be straight forward with their markup. Had I known I would not have purchased there. But I will never purchase there now.

Loving the new M&P Shield Plus I purchased at Northwest Arms. They were very helpful, and answered all of the questions that I had. It is a very friendly place and will be back soon.

For AR builders they have everything you would need. They stock higher quality parts and budget parts. I found their prices comparable to online and in town vendors. The two shown in my pic are both a mix of local and online parts mainly just due to holiday online specials. I have built several of various calibers and styles so I have had opportunity to visit most of the area shops. Northwest Arms is one of the better ones.The staff are friendly and fairly knowledgable. I did get the wrong sized gas block for the desert tiger build which I built for my father but a trip back the store resulted in a no hassle exchange for the correct one. When I brought my father in to purchase an Aero Precision builder set for his build it went fairly quick and we left pleased with the customer service and parts choices.

Would I recommend shopping here? Yes, if the alternative was being ran over by a car.Even then it would be a tough decision.Workers are extremely sensitive, theyll call you in and tell you youre guns ready and when you get there theyll tell you they made a mistake, if you say youre not going to shop there again after then theyll just give you your money back and 89 you lolTheyll also try to charge you $50 for a box ammo.

Horrible experience. Bought a handgun, background check was fine. Was called to come pick up the hand gun. When I came in they said I could not pick it up because my driver license address did not match my address on the background check form. Why was this not addressed before they even took my money and ran the background check. They should have told me this as soon as they checked the form I filled out. This could have been handled before, this is on your employees at this store. They didnt do their job correctly in the first place. Im the customer they are supposed to be the Professionals. Extremely unprofessional is what everyone is at this store. I have already told everyone I know not to shop here. Im a veteran and I told all my veteran friends to never shop here.They agreed. I have fixed my issue with my address and will be purchasing a gun and all future gun related purchases at a different company/store. You just lost business. Thats 30 plus sales you just cost your store by employing the worst employees with worst customer service.

Always do business with these guys! These people are always so kind and always have big smiles on their faces. Ordered the Akdal MK 1919 from them. it arrived on time, picked it up and ran to the range. worked as advertised. comes with (2) 5 round mags and toolkit but there are after market 10 rounders. i going to stick with the 5 ers. no feed jams. only using light loads to break it in. only shot 25 rounds tho, it was just to hottt !!. it is much larger than it seems in the videos but has good balance. the service at Northwest has always been great. only place for me to buy firearms. thanks guys.

Went to buy a Sig P365. They had a great selection and the sales guy was very friendly and patient. He even found me a great conceal holster. Every employee was very friendly and knowledgeable. Plus great prices. No commando sales people here. I won’t shop anywhere else

Michelle Gordon (Owner of store) is shown that she does not intend to do no business with African Americans. When i first walked in I see confederate flags And stickers all around the store which already made me feel uncomfortable. Anywho, I purchased a firearm online and it was sent to northwest arms to transfer it over to me. She refused to transfer the firearm in my name. She told me i would have to have a valid DRIVERS LICENSE not IDENTIFICATION. We ALL know that a drivers license is not required to obtain a firearm in Nevada. I have paid almost $500 for my firearm and she is refusing to transfer my firearm to me because i do not have a drivers license. Please do not do business with this store if you are Black.

Great staff very knowledgeable, I did purchased my sig 365 from them, gave me a great rundown on the gun. I also used them for shipping my auction bought guns and there FFL shipping and they are great with that as well . Went here today originally to sell my Marlin lever action rifle and was told that they stopped buying guns as of last month. So if you need to sell a firearm you no longer need, I would go else where if you can’t sell it yourself. The website they have can be a little misleading on info such as that. But ended up buying a new replacement everyday carry gun and the process was fairly quick and painless. They have a pretty decent selection of firearms to choose from and the prices are about what you can get from the factory. Overall, will maybe come back here again in the future.

Fantastic store with great staff. I discovered the store purely on accident when I showed up to have lunch next door. The selection these guys have on hand is fantastic and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had been having some problems locating a particular shotgun load locally and they had four boxes on hand and ready to go. And the staff explained to me why I was having such a hard time finding it locally. Will definitely shop with these guys again.

Customer service is great, and the are very knowledgeable about products and firearms. The prices are very reasonable as well. They have a lot of AR accessories to choose from at low prices compared to others, so it’s hard not to buy something when you walk in there. I would recommend this arms dealer to anyone looking to get a good deal.

Called earlier today looking for a quick detachable mount for my vortex HD razor edge gen 2 34mm tube told the guy over the phone the specific Dementionsof the scope an what I needed, employee told me they had a mount just for it. Drove 28 minutes to the store with my scope an rifle. Told the employee I called earlier an came in for the mount, employee went to the back to look for it. I noted the harvester suppressor they had for 900 made a note to myself to buy that as well and the mount....employee came back to tell me they dont have what I needed but they could order it....my time is valuable to me and I dont like being jerked around....will not be coming back to this shop or referring people to it... Will buy my mount an suppressors someplace else.

Michelle and the entire team were great from start to finish. I called from my home in New York with an offer for a pistol, agreed on a price, and I sent them a check. After it was in the mail I suddenly had a wierd thought about sending money to people I had never dealt with before. My fears were completely unfounded. Everything was easy, relaxed, prompt, and professional in the most pleasing way. Looking forward to meeting these fine people on my next trip to Las Vegas.

Ive been in almost all the stores in Vegas, and NWArms is my goto place. The staff is knowledgeable, and friendly. Their prices are great, and they do value repeat customers and new customers alike. Ive spend hours in the store on various transactions, and know the whole team. Some of these reviews are suspicious to me, as they dont fit what I have seen.If you are a new buyer, you cant go wrong with them. They are patient, and have a wide selection and can advise correctly. If you are a regular buyer, their experience is useful and transfers are quick and efficient.I suggest new buyers going on off times to get the most counter time from their team. They are popular and it can get busy on the weekend and every day later in the day.

Love this place, made me a regular because I frequently use their layaway program. Patrick is awesome, well informed and customer service I excellent. sometimes I just drop in to chat and keep people away from glocks

This is a family run business. they are very helpful and you dont get the attitudes that you get from staff members of other stores. i had an issue with a gun part and after they sold it to me they also installed it so i didnt have to worry about loosing it again when i got home to try to finish the build. and they did that at no extra charge.

Not bad for a gun store, small but average.But they do charge taxes on out of state firearm transfers which to my understanding is not necessary or required by law in nevada.Fee was already higher than some, and then $40 more in taxes unexpectedly is a pain.Went out of convenience, will not return.

Ive shopped at Northwest Arms for a while now. They have always had everything I am looking for. Mark is a good salesman, and the owner is very easy on the eyes.

Worst gun store in the time zone, tried to give me a hard time for returning magazines that almost got me kicked off of a range due to misfeeding. I was later told they would have to send them to the manufacturer for repair...which coincidentally they had no paper work or information concerning the company that produced the magazines that would have received a D- in high school metal shop.

I purchased a used Raging Judge Magnum from this location in the last 2 months. Moderate wear was visible on the gun. after cleaning it I was disgusted. by far the dirtiest gun I have ever seen or touched. How could a gun store sell a gun literally dangerously built with grime? As a gun enthusiast I am severely disappointed. I am afraid to buy here again for my safety.

The service was terrible. Second trip in, I wanted to give them another chance as Spartan Arms is quite a drive. The young man was rude, arrogant and dismissive.So, just like the first time, I left and went to Spartan Arms.

Thieves!! Didnt wanna trade the quadrail I bought. First they said they will I went back in but they didnt have the color I wanted.So I waited went back ths guy there installed it but forced it on there scratched up my whole rifle and the quadrail. So then they said they cant trade it.no more after its been installed. They have the nerve to gdt attitude like if im trying to rip them off when I just want my quadrail to come off and be able to put back on like its suppose to.... But yet they forced scaratched up all the quadrail. There words were the colored quadrail are difficult to install unlike the black ones because of the paint. Then they said they never said that but then said they stopped carrying firefly prodcuts and.obviously its for the same reason they told me about the paint. The guy that installed it u can ses him telling her stuff in secret and her looking towards me . these people are thieves unproffesional for $50 they will lose a customer...greedy greedy greedy but will smile and be super nice when ur buying it.

Got a fair price on my new AK before it is too late. I drove all over town before I went to these folks. Three other places were at least 15% higher for the same gun.

Before I even bought the gun from them I had called him at least three or four times to get some info and when I explained that I had found the gun advertised a little but cheaper they matched the price no problem . They will be my goto gun store from now on.

I won an auction for a H&R Model 58 Topper for a reasonable price. The staff was friendly however, my issue is with the condition the weapon was sold in. The wear and tear (mangled trigger guard) are not an issue, as the were clearly documented in the pictures. It was the filth and crud in the barrel and action that shocked me. I know it takes time and used weapons are not the focus of their business model, but I would expect any store that sells firearms to take some pride in the product they are selling to the public.

Had a great 1st time experience at this location. Mark & Semi were VERY helpfull. Both were friendly, hospitable and knowlegable.Semi greeted me as soon as I came through the door. Even as he was helping someone. Alertness, major key! They were busy so I walked around and saw that they had a nice size selection of handguns to look at.Once Mark finished with his customer, he greeted me with a warm, Hi how can I help you today. He stopped........ drew his weapon, and pointed it between my eyes................ NAH, JUST KIDDING!!! He Broke The Ice by asking If i were a Cincinnati Reds Fan! Lol.I came armed with a million and1 questions and he tackled all of them and even provided Insight and Recommendations on Ranges, Told me about the MILITARY DISCOUNTS and etc. I felt very comfortable working with Mark and I hope to work with him again in the future. Semi finished up with his customer and even chipped in on our conversation and provided me with more recommendations.They sell used guns. (Bang for you $$$). They work together to help you have a pleasant experience at their store. Solid People and I appreciate that.

I went to a few gun shops around N Las Vegas and maybe it was just me wanting to browse before I bought a new hand gun but a few of the shops didnt seem to give a rats butt that I was in their store browsing.Im a military type guy, 17yrs in the Army and I dont like getting the salesmans pitch with a weapons purchase. Maybe thats why other shops left me alone, but I feel like was ignored entirely by almost every one of the shops I stopped at from Craig rd & Loose Rd till I reached Northwest Arms. They greeted me when I walked in and asked if there was a handgun I wanted to see and immediately took it out from the case so I could check it out. They were friendly but not overbearing and pushy or rude. I also did my CCW class there and it was a great experience!Btw they have a kid area if your like me and think a gun purchase should involve your family. Gun education starts from the time you buy your weapon and continues when you bring a gun in your home. 😎 Stay safe and be armed, Northwest Arms will get more weapons purchases from me for sure!

Well, this place is awesome. I buy all my firearms here. And, Yes, they are required to conduct a background check on all firearms, including long guns/rifles. The special orders are the best - I just let them know what Im looking for and BAM, its there. Need my firearms cleaned, BAM, they do it same day service. Need my handguard upgraded to a freefloat, BAM, they do it in a day. They were even gracious enough to take me out and shoot my suppressor before tax stamp came in....P.S. just got it last week. So stoked.

This place is horrible. I tried to order a trigger spring for my glock 22 and first they didnt even know what it was and I had to pull it up on my phone to show them the part I needed, second they told me for 3 weeks that they had it ordered and come to find out they didnt even order it for three weeks after my request and it took two more weeks to get it. Lastly I wanted to buy a used firearm and the owner Michelle said they dont allow you to break down the slide to check the barrel, firing pin, etc for any damage. I will never use this shop again nor recommend it for anyone!
