So I would like to briefly go over my experience. I completed my transaction over the telephone after being recommended here by a close friend, I live in the state of Florida and here is how my experience went. I called four times and sent 2 emails.The 1st time I called I spoke to Nick I believe it was, very polite and astute individual he was prompt and informative. I called initially to inquire about an Archon Type B I had been diligently searching for for a month i he confirmed they had one in stock and explained thoroughly what exactly I needed to do in order to place my order. I sent my 1st email with the requested information as well as a thank you. My 2nd phone call was to make sure that they received my info and payment this time I spoke to Andrew I believe he is the manager/owner, again very polite, and all around amazing guy. My 2nd email was to request information on any RMRs they may have in stock to which they promptly replied with an inventory list for me if I should so choose to purchase one. My 3rd phone call was to confirm shipment and tracking information I spoke to a separate sales associate at that time who followed suit with the characteristics of his predecessors that I spoke to. Shipping was 2 day (as is with all pistols) but as soon as payment was confirmed they had the pistol boxed and shipped I expected it yesterday (Tuesday 7/13 but instead it arrived Monday 7/12) which I was very pleased and surprised to see. My fourth phone call was today, the pistol is immaculate - perfect - everything I expected and so much more, they even sent a cool thermos a patch and some stickers I will be throwing on my safe 😊. I simply called them to thank them for such excellent service throughout the entire process, it truly was a phenomenal experience and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a firearm, ammunition and everything in between! Thanks guys! You rocked it!

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, great gun shop for pros and beginners, highly recommended

I went in and purchased a gun. No felonies. I am a local business owner, home owner with multiple homes etc. I purchased and was told to come back for the background check another day due to it not being available. I did and they said it wasn’t available that day and it’s ok they will do the check and call me back tomorrow. They didn’t call back efficiently. Finally a week or so later they said I was denied but they would take a utility bill to the home I’m registered at. The utilities are in my wife’s name and so they said that’s not good enough. I told them how about car insurance, registration. They said no. I brought my bank account at first he said ok he would take 3 months of bank accounts and then it became no. they said no to purchase agreements and my local office rental. I even brought in my filed taxes which again showed the same address as my valid ID and all other documents. Because the utility bill has water or electric didn’t show my name he said because it’s on them some type of liability that he would not release the gun. After 3 weeks I asked for a refund and they charged me the $25 background check and a $125 which was equivalent to a 15% restocking fee. This is not customer service. This is robbery based on a personal decision. I would never go here. They also had horrible customer service and sales skills. I would recommend anywhere else.

The lady at the front desk was nice but the other 3 guys selling guns didnt even bother to talk to me. There was one other customer in the store when i walked in and when he left i was at the counter looking at their selection of guns, not one of them asked me if i was interested in buying a gun they just walked past me and talked to themselves. Will not be returning.

Dont know if they have new owners, or just new employees, but this shop went from ok, to atrocious. The salespeople are exceptionally arrogant, and whenever you ask a question they act like they act as though youre putting them out. Ive bought several firearms at Lock N Load Tactical, but now I wont step foot in this place.

Unfamiliar with the products they sell and prices are almost double from anywhere else in the valley. Save your money and go somewhere else. Also the customer service is very unprofessional. When asking questions about the products they were very condescending in there answers (and almost everything that was told to me was wrong)

Highest priced guns in Vegas who sells a stock Glock gen 4 for 700 😂😂 if you buy guns here at those prices then you definitely don’t know anything about guns. Also everybody in there is a expert I guess the guys don’t know Glock prices around town just what they sell them for...0 stars if possible.

Walk in and right away I was asked if I needed any help, told him what I was looking for, he show me, but the internet price was half the price in the store, told it was a internet price, and he went and asked the manager, they gave it to me at the internet price. Cool placeP.s. I even missed up the paperwork and they were very understanding

Not sure what all the reviews regarding the customer service but Ive been there maybe 4 times in the past month and every single visit I was treated great and were helped promptly! Their prices are a bit on the high side for certain items but I would recommend this store!

Very happy I found Lock N Load because after visiting several places none of them had very many firearms left to choose from or any ammo left because of the high demand right now for firearms but when I walked into Lock N Load I was very surprised they had plenty of firearm options still available to choose from with ammo available, even as busy as they were they still gave me great service, were very knowledgeable and took the time to help me find what I was looking for, which I found and purchased. The paperwork was simple and they got the background done fast, so I was able to pickup up my firearm first day which was a nice surprise and sooner then I was expecting because of the high demand.I highly recommend Lock N Load for all of your firearm needs,

Most of the reviews on here giving 1 stars sounds like people 1. Who have never owned a gun before and 2. Probably shouldn’t own a gun.I’ve never purchased a gun here but I get a few accessories or ammo every now and then. The Asian guy behind the counter is extremely knowledgeable on guns. I’ve always had a good customer experience here.

All of the reviews regarding their unfriendly and condescending staff are 100% true!!! Seriously! The most obnoxiously pretentious staff ever, can never just be helpful or courteous. They need you to KNOWWWWW that you are not a level 100 tier master in arms gun expert like they are. My wife tried to surprise me with a red dot on my Glock for Christmas and she went there hoping for help but because she didn’t know every last detail on the gun they simply told her that they can’t suggest anything. Okayyyy, that might be fine but they left it at that and didn’t tell her what details she would have to find out in order to give them a better understanding. She said every question she asked basically came with a rolling of the eyes and a short answer as if her business and inquiry was a nothing but a bother to them. Unreal man. To the staff, Please get over yourselves. It would be nice to have an enjoyable experience at a local gun shop... till then I’ll take the extra time and drive further

Reading the reviews of this place, I was initially skeptical of their service and standards. I could not have been more wrong. I went in to complete an online transfer and background check paperwork. They lady behind the counter was super nice and patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The shop was filled with customers and employees. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. Will definitely work with this business again.

Good selection of firearms and firearm accessories especially in a tight market as it is currently. Very friendly staff who are both knowledgeable and personable. Would recommend if you happen to be in this area of town.

If Negative 100 was a review I could give, this is what they would get, Id rather be shot and robbed than spend any of my hard earned money here, they should close their doors, worst experience ever! Anyone thats a new gun owner stay away, you will get zero assistance. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes listened to the employees have a personal conversation with someone, not one person asked if I needed help, I counted 7 employees, as I left they were told this and his response was ok, No big deal to them. How many thousands of dollars walk out that door a day.

Unprofessional staff members ! Very rude and smug ! Ive been to this store twice and was treated the same both times . I dont know what it is but they just dont seem to want to help me out . On one occasion I was ignored by an employee who was talking to a woman about irrelevant topics when I was clearly waiting in line to be helped . On that same visit I asked if they had any AR style platforms left in stock . To which one member replies something to the effect of we only got this 22 left but it was said as if I was wasting his time . Later, I asked another employee about a gun on their wall that looked like it would be chambered in 556 and what do you know, it was . I dont know if the other member was lacking knowledge of his inventory or just wanted me to leave but overall the 2 visits Ive had made me never want to return .

Gabe, who greets you when you walk in is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made it a quick trip for me. I’ve been in there a couple of times great service good guys, no wanabes here I don’t know where that came from. Good guys who are just trying to help you out.

I bought 2 guns 2 different times here and both times I didnt like the customer service or even the atmosphere. They seem to have their regulars that comes in and they automatically helped them b4 they even said How Can I Help You to me. They dont have good customer service, I always feel dumb asking questions, and feel they assume you should know better. Only reason why I bought the guns were because they had the guns I wanted instock. They did not give me any discounts just what the Manufacturer Price Tag and that was that..... im not buying anymore guns from them anymore.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE! I wish I had I’m a first time gun owner and wanted some help finding and learning about a potential gun. When I expressed this to the guy behind the counter I was met with cold and short responses. It was immediately clear to me that I was not welcomed and he wasn’t going to help me besides ring up my items. I finally picked a revolver with no help from him whatsoever but was also interested in a rifle and showed him one I’d seen on online he said WE DONT HAVE THAT HERE! And when I asked if he had any others that were similar he pointed in a general direction and started ringing me up without even letting me see anything else. He was downright unhelpful, rude and condescending. I would’ve chalked it up to a bad day had he not been like this when I went to pick it up after my background check when I showed up he wasn’t helping anyone but looked at me and walked away and waited for someone else to help me. He wasn’t any better and I was nothing but respectful and courteous to them, I had to come back one other time and the man that helped me I didn’t catch his name but he treated me like a human being and didn’t look down on me he’s the only reason I didn’t give them one star. TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. If you’re a POC like me or a new gun owner don’t come here like I made the mistake to find some other place to give your money to, there’s plenty of other gun stores around this city.

Before today I got bad vibes from this place. Theres a certain employee whos very condescending. Today was not the case. I picked up a CZP10C and the deal went great. And the price was lower than I expected. Leo (bald filipino guy) was super awesome and professional. He was knowledgeable and patient. He didnt rush me and he valued my business. I wasnt just a number to him. My opinion of this store has changed for the better. There will always be know-it-all gun store cowboys. Im glad I didnt deal with one today. Good job Leo! Not a very friendly environment. Went in to buy my first glock and was the first customer in the store. was greeted by a tall old guy with white, brushed back hair, 2 magazines and a pistol on his belt. No greeting or welcome in, just what do you want. Ok here. No questions about what Im looking for or any information about the gun whatsoever. After examining the gun I let him know its the one I want and I guess Ill take it(since he didnt say one word to me while examining it). Then comes the paper work. While Im trying to fill the paper work out this dude literally just stands over top of me staring at me while I fill the paper work out, then when he realizes 1 of the lines I filled in was wrong, he has the nerve to act hes annoyed at the fact that he has to hand me another paper to fill out correctly. So the purchase continues, I fill out the store agreement form, wich asks if the employee showed you how the weapon work and all that stuff, which he didnt, but i checked he did because I couldnt stand his vibes any longer. Then the best part, after handing over $425 in cash and more on my credit card, this guy literally hands me the glock box and receipt to me over the counter and turns around and starts going about his buisness. I literally had to ask is that all? everything good? He goes yea thats it... Not 1 Thanks for shopping here, enjoy your new gun, we are all set Have a great rest of your day, Thanks for stopping in. Nothing... so as the polite guy I am I said well have a good day and walked out. Worste gun buying experience in my life... thanks for my first glock though I guess....

Purchased two new handguns. Knowledgeable staff up until the weapons were bought and paid for. I asked about accessories, holsters extra magazines etc. Staff member pointed to the wall and said over there.

Great group of people.....Doug, Netty are just two I had interaction with.Ordered a pistol online. The transfer fee and background check fee were both reasonable. The first time using the store as an FFL. The Main reason is the proximity to where I live.Got a call when the weapon arrived. Went in the next day and filled out my paperwork. A few days later, another call....the next day, I went to pick up. Got some ammo with my new semi auto, and I was out of there. Went to the range and put a hundred rounds through it.Thank You

By far the BEST OF THE BEST !! when it come to selection, service, and store set up. I highly recommend these guys for anyone looking for their first gun or there next gun. You wont find a better place in town or the state !!!

By far the rudest bunch of wannabes. The service is terrible the attitudes are down right disrespect. I actually had to check the counter guy and asked him what’s your problem. The owner should really read his reviews and make changes to some of his help. It’s really to bad how your help can damage your business. They actually stock some nice products. Employee is very condescending. I went to the store to asked if my rifle has arrived that I ordered on their website because it has been well over a week and the guy said that well you have to be patient and its just an estimation. He said it very rudely like I was inconveniencing him. Then the next day I got a call from them that the rifle is not available at this point I just told them to cancel it plus the scope I ordered for it. Im just very disappointed with the customer service, I can only imagine for people that are new to the firearm world how nerve wracking it is for them and then you get treated very rudely. Goodluck

We bought our first gun there last week and the person that help us was ok . We came back today 8/29/20 to hopefully purchase our other one . We left the store because we had the rudest and mean sales person . These purchases are over 1000 dollars . I guess they do not need the sale that bad . We were simply asking a question and he acted like we were wasting his time . Too bad because it was not just me buying but my family members .Bad service and bad attitude. Despite of bad reviews I still decided to go there to check for some accessories and none of the crew even bother to greet me instead hearing one employee yelled at me with rage asking me to close the door because it didnt close behind me as i enter...while checking for accessories one of the magazine fell and the guy told me right away you break it you pay it and i ask him if they have mag extension and he turn his back on me pretending he didnt hear me..I feel bad to the owner of this store..he need to hire some good people..their customer service is BROKEN..

Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place, just visited for the 1st time today..One of the employees “helping” me do paper work was rude and unprofessional, he cussed and refused to help me with the process. Really awesome store with great selection of firearms and accessories. Lots of testosterone in the air though. The guys can be a little intimidating, they are all carrying openly. Don’t expect any please and thank you’s, which is fine. They are all very knowledgeable.

When you walk in the door there’s a man with a rifle mag on his belt for some reason right inside the door that hollers “Guns or ammo?” at you. He said “you’ll be over there” when we told him we were there for ammo, which is incredibly vague and we inevitably ended up in the wrong area. The store itself is extremely clutter and disorganized. The workers are bossy and unfriendly when it comes to answering costumers questions. Walked out of there thinking I’ll never come back to that place.

This place is great, all the employees are Nice and helpful from the outside to the inside. Especially right now that they are so busy and still had a smile and good variety of guns and ammo,as well as answer all questions answered without any attitude they made our experience a 5 star ⭐️ visit.

Waste of time. I called in asking if they carried specific ammo. They said yes and I drove across town to grab some. I get there and am told they dont carry it. Useless. Too interested in recalling the Governor to bother knowing what they do and dont sell.

We visited yesterday and there was a line outside. When we got inside, the man that helped us was very patient, knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had without making us feel rushed. Before visiting, we had stopped at a few other places & made some calls. Most of those places made us feel like they didnt have time to help us. This was our first gun purchase and we had a great first time experience at Lock N Load.

7/14/2020 Store was crowded we were told to wait at the entrance and REMOVE OUR MASKS? for the camera?? Really during a pandemic?! meanwhile other customers walked in and were not asked to wait nor remove their masks.... sales guy was vary short and disinterested did not seem to have any intention in helping us. Extremely rude people with overpriced products. Tried to mark up some ammo I had purchased before for way cheaper and I saw two of the staff guys pushing some customers away for no reason and cursing at them, trying to pick a fight. Absolutely unacceptable.

Great selection. They are known to often talk down to customers. I love browsing there and a couple of guys there are great help.They probably have the best selection in Southern Las Vegas/Henderson. But if you want the best service in the valley and dont mind the drive, go to New Frontier Armory. They rock in both selection and treating you the way a customer should be treated.

I’ve purchase at least 4 guns from here, and visited many other occasions. They always have plenty of staff ready to help and answer any questions you have. They also have a website that you can order from, and easily pick up in store.

One of the three fun shops I frequent. This one is the longest drive but so far has been by far the best shop to deal with. They took the time to help my wife with her first purchase even though it took 3 visits before she made up her mind. She loves them so much she’s now been back and bought 2 more.These guys were exactly what you want from a fun shop staff. Walk you through the features, and help you with your grip to make sure your getting the right tool for you needs. They have an excellent selection and aren’t like some stores where it feels like you better know everything before you walk in.

BEWARE !!!! No wonder why they have lots of guns still on the wall while most gunstore is sold out of everything because of the pandemic...we came to help a friend to buy his first gun and chose an ar15 and hand gun wort $2700 for both...while our friends asking us for suggestions.. the seller got crazy n told us to let our ZERO IDEA friend to decide what to buy...and told him he cannot sell the gun because blablabla this blablabal that We just walk out and find another gun store...WORSE customer servise ever..dont buy anything dont even think going there..READ ALL THE REVIEWS before going there...this store dont even deserve 0ne star.......after arriving to the next gunstore wall is almost empty but the guy is so nice and we spent $2900 for two guns and we told him about what happened to that HELLSTORE that we just visited and the guy guested right away and ask us “ IS THAT LOCK N LOAD?”

As retired Officer and firearms instructor I found the service and knowledge of the staff very unprofessional and inexperienced. They were very rude at the door, instead of a warm welcoming environment if felt very unwelcomed. I would ask the the staff questions about certain guns and the staff could not answer my question and were unfamiliar with basic operations of these guns. I purchased a firearm there but wished I hadn’t. I will not shop there again and I do not recommend this place.

Went here and bought a firearm from them. Staff was helpful and friendly after I showed interest in making a purchase. Most guns here are on the higher end of the price scale. Very little selection in the lower end. They busted their butts to get me taken care of and off with my purchase. Very happy with my purchase and will surely look here for my next purchase.

Lock and Load is great! Steve gave me a great deal on the weapon i ended up purchasing as well as some direction as far as the weapon itself was concerned. i spoke with most of the staff as far as minor chit chat goes and every one of them were friendly, happy and just nice people all around.i like the fact that the staff there are confident, keep everything under a watchful eye and keep everything under control. lock and load is busy for many reasons and one of those reasons is because they kick much ass!i read all of the other reviews posted here and after my own experience and the experiences of the other customers i mingled with i have come to the following conclusion; if you are going to act like a dick you will be treated like one, kicked off the property like one and then asked to never come back like one. there is a much better place for the likes of the cry babies that posted poor reviews based on bad customer service.....Wally World. hell, i bet they know you by name.seriously though, this is a great place to shop for all things fire arms. professional, well informed and courteous staff that keep the undesirables out while keeping a warm and inviting atmosphere. they even gave me a free zombie slayer t-shirt!!

Been here a dozen times, and even the nicest staff are super condescending and impatient. None of them have a passion for firearms and most hate their jobs. Drop the ego and hire staff that care.

Stopped in to see what they had, next thing I know cash is on the counter and Im filling out paperwork. These guys are great, wish I could remember the person who helped me specifically, but considering I had questions about a few other products, most of the sales staff was more than willing to answer my questions..

They are super friendly and knowledgeable here. Henny was my salesman and he was the bomb! Very smart, knows his stuff, super helpful. I got the best price in town on exactly what I wanted. Id definitely go back again and again. What a great experience!

Worst treatment I’ve ever had, I hate to say it but it was straight up racism. I’ve never written a review of a store, never in my life. It just bugged me to the point I had to put it out there. I’m a former Special Operations team member, former cop and 15 plus years state department protective specialist just enjoying a day off with the family and decided to check on some mags for a G43 I just got. I had on work out clothes, all Nike, no sagging, very clean, by myself, not loud and rude, just a dude walking in the store, I have some tats but I’m a combat VET, nothing out of the ordinary. Guy looks at me for a sec, says “wazup”, nothing else. White dude behind me he asked, “do you need any help finding anything?” “If so just let me know” I’m looking at mags right in front of him and he just looks away. It’s a shame people just don’t act professional to everyone they come into contact with, for what ever reason. Is what it is I guess, just a shame, I just shook my head, smiled, left the store and told my wife we’ll just order what we need. Take from this what ever you want

This is the place to go and buy your weapons in the Las Vegas area. Very knowledgeable, polite and the prices are right. Great job!For those of you whining about customer service, they are not going to kiss your ass if you drop $700, $1 or more than $700.00. Would you? Maybe if you dropped $10,000 or more regularly? Needless to say, you are not a VIP nor are any of us for that matter. They treat everyone the same; fairly. Go join the tax payers paid entitlement committee if you need hand outs. The store had what we were looking for and got us in and out as soon as possible. If you are eligible for any discounts you are required to bring the document. It might be better to call ahead to see what they need from you. We had to drive 35 minutes back home to pick it up. We did get a great deal there so it was worth the trips. The scopes were better and slightly cheaper than another place we had just purchased one from. They have alot of guns and accessories to choose from.

Bought my first firearm in Nevada from them about a month ago. Kevin was very professional and very knowledgeable. Ive been back a few times to buy some ammo and dealt with a few other employees that are also very knowledgeable. Good crew! I recently bought another firearm from them and will continue to do so. I have purchased 3 guns from lock n load. All of my experiences have been great. The employees have been a lot of help and fed me great knowledge being an amateur gun owner.

Great selection of guns but a Bunch of ignorant sales people, if you dnt know what you’re looking for or need advise on anything be prepared for sarcastic remarks and to be belittled by your lack of knowledge.

Worst customer service in Las Vegas no doubt about it. Very overpriced as well.

Overpriced firearms, rude service, most of the guys in there don’t even know what they are talking about when it comes to firearms. Don’t even dare having a firearm shipped there, they are extremely rude and act inconvenienced to have to deal with your transfer. Plus they charger $35 transfer fee. Almost any other gun store in town is better than lock and load.

This was my 1st at this shooting range and the staff made me feel very safe and comfortable. They were very friendly and knowledgable. They made sure everyone had protection on and completely understood the instructions before starting. Since I as qualifying for my CCW, I was a little nervous, but they encouraged us and reminded us how to shoot properly.Once I got the hang of shooting the revolver, Jared, one of the instructors, showed me how to properly empty the casings to make it easier for me. Overall, both instructors were very good.In the end - I passed and qualified on my first try :) Thanks guys!

Been here a few times over the years and theyre always rude. No Hi, welcome to the store or how can we help you today. Just a what do you want attitude. Was hoping things have changed but theyre only worse with the shortage.

I have ordered a Smith and Wesson 9mm handgun online on April 22, 2020 and still havent gotten it yet. It shouldnt take that long while I have read other peoples comments that it only took them a week for their order to be picked up from the store. 😠

Good store, great people. They have a ton of inventory, but the store is super cramped, and often full of people as well. Would like to see them get a bigger location.

I purchased a gun from this store and went to a shooting range to try it. After paying range fees and wasting my time to go there I found out that they sold me the old version of the gun. Obviously they tried to get red of their old inventory and assumed that I wont know the difference. I had no choice than to go back and ask for a change/refund. Stuff was very rude, unprofessional and unethical. They ruined my day, wasted my time and didnt even acknowledge it. I am not sure how many other customers had been screwed like me with dealing with them. Definitely stay away from that store especially if you are a not experienced buyer and havent done lots of research on guns before going there to make sure that you are going to get what you are asking for. Unfortunately, the lowest number of star to rate is one, they deserve much less than that.

I tell you honestly, this guy is rude, Basically I just got in there to get ammo to my guns in those days, anti-Semitic guy, never had to go thru this experience before in my life, this guy was so rude didn’t even talked to me the way a customer needs to be treated..I will never go there again.

These guys are awesome, vary helpful, they answered a lot of my questions on rifles and accessories, store has a huge collection of rifles and everything else you need for your firearms. Will definitely be back in this store again soon.

Came in to the establishment a few times to scope out the Glock 19s, each time I never felt out of place. Ended up purchasing one from them. I did bring in my friends on numerous occasions and theyve made purchases as well. The staff amicable and knowledgeable.

I have purchased 2 handguns from L&L and I get great service, knowledgeable sales and prices are the lowest I can see from all other stores in LV. For some of you that are looking for certain types of guns or rifles. You can call ahead to make sure of the prices and if they have it in stock. Be sure to to know exactly what it is your looking for, because they have been the lowest on all hand guns for sure and rifles for the most part. I also buy from another store in LV, like them too. But thats for another review of its own. My son bought his AR 15 from L&L and he too was happy with the cost and service.
