RUDE!Ive came with him before, was nice.I got recommended to him twice. Right now he treated me totally bad because I didnt want to buy a qd part for my sling. Gave me the worst attitude ever and when I tried to explain my self, he just had his back to me yelling Im done Im doneDave, if youre having a bad day or got personal issues, learn to leave them behind, handle them or close your shop for the day. Dont take it out on your customers. Be more professional.Dont act like youre the only Gun Butler in town.

Dave is a true professional and total gun nerd. He makes sure the job is done right every time, and I could not be more pleased by the quality of his craftsmanship. Ive been dealing with Dave for years and he has earned my loyalty and return business.

I called Dave and he was friendly right off the bat. I was cleaning my AR and got a tool stuck and needed help. Dave had me drop my stuff off at RECONARMS (five star Gun shop btw) He does his pick ups and drop offs there. dropped my upper off today, Dave calls me 3 hours later- done!!! Dave rocks.

Fantastic guy! Very small room but the guy knows his stuff and is VERY polite and funny. I went to get my headspace checked and his price was fair and it was quick. You can tell he is a guy that loves what he does. Only problem was that there wasnt a sign on the outside of the space. I had to call him to have him explain where it was. But I was very happy with the price and quality of service. Support a small business and go here!

The short version: He might be able to fix your gun if you give him at least 2 chances and drive there multiple times, but dont ask him why he may not be there during the hours that he advertises, or he will definitely shut you down and you will still have to pay!The long version: I brought him a rifle that had a round stuck in it. The extractor was broken because of some buildup inside the barrel. He ordered a new one and it took about a month to come in. When he notified me it was ready, I picked it up and paid him. About 3 weeks later, I took the rifle out to shoot it and it would not fire. The following Monday I took it back to his shop to have him look at it during business hours, and no one was there and there was no sign on the door. It was also the Monday after Christmas so I figured maybe he had taken some extra holiday time and forgotten to leave a note on the door. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I waited a week to call and ask his hours and he told me the same thing it said on Google (10-5 M-F), so I told him about the rifle not firing and he said to bring it in and to bring at least 1 round so he could see what was going on.So, the next day, I arrived at his shop at about 10:10 AM and he was not there again... no note on the door. I sent him a text message that said this exactly This is the second time Ive stopped by your shop when you are supposed to be open and youre not there. Its really out of my way. When will you be at the shop again so you can look at my M1?.As I began to drive away, I noticed him arriving in the parking lot and I stayed and waited for him to open. When I handed him my rifle and 2 rounds, he asked me if I brought a clip. I had not. The 1st time he worked on it, he did not need it and he when I had spoken to him on the phone the previous day, only asked me to bring 1 round. I drove all the way back home and got him 2 clips and a few more bullets, drooped them off and left. The following morning, he responded to my text from the previous day with Im in right now. You can pick it up anytime. Sorry things didn’t go your way. and when I called to clarify if it was fixed, he let me know that he was not going to fix it because I was harassing him (the single text I had sent was his sole basis for this claim). I went to pick up my gun and I asked him to refund me because I paid him to have my rifle operating properly and it still wasnt. He claimed he earned the money I paid him because he had ordered a part and installed it. (in case you lost count I drove to his shop 6 times and paid him once to repair a firearm that still does not work)I then took the rifle to another local gunsmith who was finally able to get my rifle to fire. He told me that the extractor was installed incorrectly and was now broken and the estimate to repair was between $120-$150.

David (the owner) is extremely knowledgable and very professional in his business. He takes the time to explain all of your concerns. I took my Glock 19 in for a tune up and it now works perfectly. I really like this guys attitude ad his jokes. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants to be treated like a human being and get the job done right the first time.

Great customer service, very personable and honest. Very willing to give advice and recommendations, and supportive of women learning how to shoot and handle guns. Fixed the firing pin on my Baby Browning, and cleaned it as well. Definitely recommend this business, and will go here again.

I Highly recommend the gun butler for your rifle fixes. Went on monday for a stuck flash hider removal and was able to take it home within a few minutes, quick and fast service. Other shops were telling me that itll be a full day. Dave was knowledgeable and courteous he even helped me take my rifle back to my car cause I had broken leg and was struggling with the rifle bag. Thank you gun butler.
